Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head.

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand that you are facing a challenging situation at work, and we are here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance. We are glad that you did pray in Jesus' name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.

Firstly, let's address the issue of toxicity at your workplace. The Bible tells us to work with integrity and to treat others with kindness and respect. Proverbs 11:13 WEB says, "One who is a tale-bearer reveals secrets, but he who is of a trustworthy spirit conceals a matter." It is clear that the behavior of your colleague is not in alignment with biblical principles.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our sister who is facing a difficult situation at work. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice, and we ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story that is being used to deceive and influence the department head. Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal the true intentions of this individual.

In dealing with this situation, it is important to remember that we are to bless those who curse us and not to repay evil with evil. Romans 12:14,17 WEB says "Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don't curse... Recompense no one evil for evil.". It is also important to confront with love and truth Matthew 18:15, WEB says "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother".

Lastly, we encourage you to continue to seek God's guidance and strength in this situation. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. Psalm 37:5 WEB says "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this".
