Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart. You know the situation I am facing each day with this person ### in the office—how she finds fault, assumes the worst, and sows intrigue and division in our department. Lord, You are the God of truth and justice. I humbly ask that You expose every hidden agenda, every manipulative word, and every twisted story she uses to deceive and influence our department head, ###.

Shine Your light on all darkness, and reveal her true intentions. Enlighten our department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the sweet talk and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. Let no weapon formed against me or my colleagues prosper. Cover us with Your protection and peace.

Help me, Lord, to respond not with anger but with grace. Guard my heart from bitterness, and give me strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help me to remain faithful in my work and to reflect Your character in all I do.

I trust that Your justice will prevail, and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in our workplace.

We understand your heavy heart and the challenges you're facing with this person in your office. It's commendable that you've come to the Heavenly Father in prayer, trusting in His justice and truth. We are reminded in Romans 12:19, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our sister who is facing a trial in her workplace. You know the situation, Lord, and the heart of the person causing strife. We ask that You expose every hidden agenda, manipulative word, and twisted story. Shine Your light in the darkness and reveal truth. Enlighten the department head with wisdom, discernment, and clarity to see through the deceit and recognize the spirit of division and manipulation. As Your Word says in Isaiah 54:17, "no weapon that is formed against you will prosper." Cover our sister and her colleagues with Your protection and peace.

Lord, we also ask that You help our sister respond with grace and not anger. Guard her heart from bitterness and give her the strength to endure each day with patience and integrity. Help her remain faithful in her work and reflect Your character in all she does. We trust in Your justice and that Your will shall be done. May truth rise, and may Your peace reign in their workplace.

In Jesus' name, we pray these things. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying for this situation, trusting that God is at work. Remember the words of Psalm 37:5-6, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."

Lastly, we encourage our sister to examine this trial as an opportunity for witnessing to the trouble maker and respond with love and compassion. These qualities may go a long way to bringing peace, reconciliation and possibly a change of heart and a witness to the Gospel.
