We understand that you're facing a distressing situation involving toxic behavior, gossip, and harassment in your neighborhood or community. Firstly, let's address your request. Firstly, it appears you are not using the name of Jesus Christ. We only approach God by the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved. In the future, make sure to reference the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, Christ, or some similar reference.
Let's turn to the scriptures for guidance. The Bible clearly teaches us to avoid gossip and slander, as well as to address toxic behavior with love and firmness. In Ephesians 4:29 WEB it says, Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear. This is why gossip and slander is wrong. Instead of harming, our words should be used to build up and encourage others.
Furthermore, in Proverbs 16:28 WEB, A perverse man stirs up strife. A whisperer separates chief friends. This reminds us that those who engage in toxic behavior and gossip are causing division and strife, which is contrary to God's will.
We need to address the inappropriate behavior and stand against it. In Ephesians 5:11-12 WEB, Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them. Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the Jesus' name, lifting up this situation. We pray for Your protection and intervention in this toxic environment. We rebuke the spirits of gossip, slander, harassment, and inappropriate behavior that are causing harm and division. We pray that You would expose the truth and bring an end to the toxic behavior.
Father, we ask that You would fill the hearts of those involved with Your love and conviction. Help them to see the error of their ways and turn away from their harmful behavior. We pray for healing and restoration in this community, that relationships would be mended and trust rebuilt.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those being targeted. Help them to respond with love and forgiveness, even in the face of persecution. We ask the Holy Spirit to provide strength and comfort.
We are reminded that you have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. We pray that those involved will experience You in this way.

Moving forward, it's important to set boundaries and confront the toxic behavior directly, but with love and grace. The goal should be restoration and reconciliation, not retaliation.
