We join you in lifting up this entire excursion before the Lord and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are heard.

We pray together for the Lord Himself to lead this group of tourists, to go before them and to be their rear guard, to direct every step of the bus, the driver, the guide, the hotel, the places visited, the food and water, the air and the whole atmosphere, the ship, the schedule and every way they will travel. We ask for His hand of protection over everyone and everything, big and small, and we thank Him that the blood of Jesus Christ was shed for the forgiveness of sins and for our redemption, as it is written In him we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace Ephesians 1:7. We ask that by that precious blood they would be cleansed, kept and covered, and that the Lord would command His angels to watch over them, for He will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways Psalm 91:11, and Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:8.

We also bring before the Lord your concern for finances and for honest dealings, that the hotel would charge only what was agreed and that you would not lose money beyond what was calculated before departure. We pray for integrity on every side and for the Lord to provide and to establish the work of your hands. We remember that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 and we ask for wisdom and favor in all business matters. We pray that you would trust Him even in these practical details, for it is written Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6.

We pray that the tourists would be safe, joyful and at peace, and that they would leave only good comments, but even more we pray that they would see the goodness of God through your care and that their journey would be marked by His peace which surpasses understanding. We ask that anxiety about costs or logistics would be replaced with thanksgiving, for Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

Father, we place this bus, this driver, this guide, this hotel, this ship and every place and schedule into Your hands. Let no harm come near them, let every plan be established by You, and let Your will be done in all things. Provide fairly, protect completely, and let Your name be glorified through this excursion. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

It is understandable to feel the weight of all the details you named, the bus and driver, the guide, the hotel, the food and water, the schedule and every place you will visit, along with the worry about costs and not losing money.

We are joining you in prayer for the Lord to watch over this whole excursion and to give you wisdom and peace as you lead.

One practical step that may ease some of that financial pressure is to keep the calculation you mentioned and any agreement with the hotel in writing before you depart, with the total clearly confirmed. Having that paper to refer to can make conversations calmer if questions about charges come up, and it helps you steward what has been entrusted to you.

Father, we bring this group and this excursion before You. We ask for Your hand over every traveler, the driver and guide, and every place they will stay and visit. Give clear guidance, safety on the roads and at sea, and fairness in all the dealings and costs. Provide for what is needed and give our friend peace as he trusts You with each detail. Armor of God Eph 6:10-20, Ourselves, Our Families, Leaders, Pastors, Evangelists, Churches, Ministry Partners, All Believers; Even Government, EVEN "ENEMIES" (Enemies are Opportunities to Show our LOVE for Jesus by praying for their salvation, 2 Tim 2:25-26) -- Utterance to Proclaim Mystery of Gospel Boldly, Eph 6:18-19... Father, thank You for The Word and Holy Spirit that instruct us, 2 Tim 3:15-17, John 14:26, so we may not be unaware of the enemy's methods, 2 Cor 2:11. We do submit to You as the church Jesus said the gates of hell cannot stand against, Matt 16:18, and resist the devil, James 4:7, resist him firmly in the faith, 1 Pet 5:8, (Faith in Jesus AND the Authority of His Name, John 14:13-14, Mk 16:15-17, His Word, Matt 24:35, Lk 21:33, and His Position, Matt 28:18, Phil 2:9), so he will flee from us, James 4:7.

We do take the same advice as the other two Apostles, resist AND take up Your Armor and stand against, stand, stand firm against the schemes of darkness, by faith and patience we inherit the promises, Heb 6:12. We pray it over ourselves first, in submission to Your Word, even as it was the proper example and pattern of Christ, overcoming the devil first on for His own sake in the wilderness, Mt 4:1-11, Mk 1:12-13, Lk 4:1-13, then overcoming the world, flesh and devil for the sake of the world, John 16:33.

Knowing it's proper in airplane trips to be admonished to first place the oxygen mask over our own faces prior to assisting others, we pray the following Armor, Your Armor, The Armor of God, on ourselves, Eph 6:10-17, then for others, Eph 6:18-20, applied by faith, as we receive everything else in the same manner, from salvation, Eph 2:8-9, to answered prayer, Mark 11:24, Heb 11:6, James 1:6...

“Finally, brothers and sisters, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the Whole Armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the Whole Armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with Truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the Gospel of Peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. Your request regarding this excursion and those who will travel has been laid before the Lord, and we join you in seeking His gracious hand over every step of the way.

You have asked for the Lord Jesus to lead, for angelic keeping, and for provision that all costs would be fair and that you would not suffer loss. These are temporal concerns which we may indeed bring to our Father, but we must bring them in His appointed way and with a heart at rest in His providence.

Our Saviour says, Do not be anxious about your temporal affairs. Be prudent, for you have no right to spend in wastefulness what God has entrusted to you, yet anxiety itself will not comfort you nor bring any grist to the mill nor any meal to the barrel. We have found by experience that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty. To fret about the bus, the driver, the guide, the hotel, the food and water, the air, the ship and the schedule, as though by multiplying words we could secure them, will not add one cubit to your safety. What is needed is a childlike trust in providential guidance, a quiet waiting upon God to know what you shall do, and a willingness to lean not upon your own understanding.

You have asked for hundreds of angels and for the blood of Jesus Christ to cover the bus and the hotel and every object. Hear what the Scripture teaches. He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. He who travels on the King's Highway is under the King's protection, but he who takes to byways must protect himself. This protection is promised to those who walk in the ways of obedience and faith, who grapple the truths of God to themselves and trust His guidance. It is personal and perpetual, and it is given as God sees need, not at our dictation of numbers. We cannot command angels, but we may trust the Lord of angels to keep His people in all their ways as they walk therein.

And concerning the precious blood of Christ, let us remember its true glory. That blood was not shed as a charm to be spoken over luggage or buildings or atmosphere, but as an atonement for sin, to cover guilt before a holy God and to open the way for sinners to draw near to Him. Because that blood has been shed, we who were far off may now come boldly to the throne of grace to ask for daily keeping, for wisdom, for honesty between men, and for contentment in what God provides. It is through that one sacrifice that we have peace with God, and through that peace we learn to commit even our journeys and our business into His hands.

Therefore let us pray after this manner. May the Lord in His mercy go before these travelers and keep them in safety as they go in lawful and needful ways. May He give wisdom and watchfulness to driver and guide, and integrity to those with whom you deal, that no man should exact more than is just. May He grant you prudence in all calculation and freedom from fretful care, that you may do your part faithfully and leave the outcome with Him who feeds the sparrows and clothes the lilies. And above all, may every traveler know that true covering is to be found in Christ alone for the soul, that being washed in His blood they may travel not only safely for a few days, but securely for eternity.

We ask the Lord to keep you from that worry which unfits the hands for duty, and to give you instead a calm confidence that your heavenly Father knows what you have need of, and will withhold no good thing from those who walk uprightly. May you be enabled to cast your burden upon the Lord, and to find Him faithful in small things and great.

We commend you and all who will journey to the keeping of our faithful God, praying that His will be done and that you may be found trusting Him whether the way be smooth or rough, in Jesus name, Amen.

Your prayer has been received and we join you in bringing this journey before the Lord with earnest prayer for His protection and guidance.

We ask the Lord Jesus to be your guide on this way, for He alone is the true guide on the narrow way, and we travel with confidence because of Him and with sober watchfulness. We pray that God in His mercy would command His angels to guard the travelers, the driver, the guide, and all who serve them, and keep them from harm on the road, on the water, and in every place they visit. We plead the blood of Jesus Christ shed on the cross, which alone cleanses from sin and reconciles us to God, and we ask that through His finished work you would know forgiveness, peace, and safekeeping, trusting not in a formula but in the living Christ Himself.

We pray for all that concerns this excursion, the bus and the ship, the hotel and the schedule, the food and water and air, and every step of the way, that God would grant health and safety and supply what is needed. As Scripture teaches, we make provision for the body for health and not for indulgence, and we spend our chief care on spiritual things, remaining awake and thankful rather than weighed down by anxiety or desire. May the Lord grant good stewardship over the costs, that what was agreed would be honored, that no dishonest charge would be added, and that you would not suffer unjust loss. May He free you from slavery to possessions and from anxiety about money, and teach a thankful heart that is content with His provision.

We also pray that this group would bear a good witness, that their conduct would be gracious and orderly, and that any good report that follows would come from genuine gratitude and from seeing Christ in you. Keep sober and wakeful, give thanks in all things, and seek first the Lord and His righteousness.
