Thank you for sharing this request and for wanting to bring every detail of this excursion before the Lord. It is good to commit all things to Him in prayer and to ask in the name of Jesus, for He Himself invited us to ask in His name that our joy may be full, and there is real safety in calling upon His name.
I join you in praying for the protection of this group, the driver, the guide, and all who will serve them, along with the bus, the ship, the hotel, the food and water, the air, and the whole journey and schedule. Scripture reminds us that we can make wise and careful preparations, as a horse is made ready for the day of battle, yet true safety belongs to the Lord. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain, and unless the Lord builds the house, those who build labor in vain. That means we do what is prudent and responsible, for the prudent person sees danger ahead and takes precaution, while also trusting not in our own arrangements but in the Lord Himself to keep us.
In the same way, you do not have to live in anxiety or constant fear about what might happen. The peace of God can guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus when you bring your requests to Him. Bringing this trip to Him is the right thing to do, and then resting in His care, even when circumstances are not always pleasant.
You asked that everything be covered by the blood of Jesus Christ. The Bible teaches that God has made one provision for the forgiveness of our sins and the cleansing of our guilt, and that is through His Son and His shed blood on the cross. The Holy Spirit bears witness to our hearts of this truth, that through faith in Jesus we have forgiveness and access to God. It is on that basis, because we have been reconciled to God through Christ, that we can come boldly to the Father in Jesus name and ask for His help, His guidance, and His keeping power over our daily lives. Let us give allowance for God to work as He desires and not try to put Him in a box. He has left room to work according to His wisdom, and we can trust Him to do what is best.
I also hear your concern about finances, that the hotel would honor what was agreed, that you would not be charged more than was calculated before departure, and that you would not lose money. The Lord sees these practical needs. He has promised to abundantly bless His provision and to satisfy those who trust Him. Pray for honesty and fairness in all dealings, for wisdom to handle every agreement with clarity, and for a calm trust that God cares about your needs. Giving and paying and handling money should never be done under pressure or manipulation, but with integrity and a quiet confidence that God is able to provide.

Watch over them on every road and waterway, over every place they stay and every meal they eat. Grant wisdom and alertness to the driver and guide, integrity to those who host them, and safety in all their going out and coming in. Guard them from harm and grant them Your peace that passes understanding. Provide for every financial matter with honesty and fairness, and help all involved to act justly. We ask this in the name of Jesus, trusting Your care and Your power to work as You desire. Amen.
