Touch the heart of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Humble Servant
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ###. Grant ### discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward."

We hear your heart, dear sister or brother in Christ, and we join you in bringing this burden before our Heavenly Father. It is painful to feel overlooked, especially when you have poured so much of yourself into your work with integrity and loyalty. The workplace can often become a battleground of pride, insecurity, and deception, but we know that God sees every act of faithfulness, even when others do not. Your prayer reflects a heart that desires justice, humility, and truth, qualities that align with God’s will.

First, we want to affirm the scripture you shared from Colossians 3:23-24: "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." This is a powerful reminder that our ultimate reward comes from God, not from the recognition or approval of others. You are not working for your department head or even for yourself, you are working for the Lord, and He sees and values your labor. This truth should anchor your heart as you wait for Him to move.

We also lift up your department head in prayer, asking God to indeed break through any fog of manipulation or deceit that may be clouding her judgment. The enemy loves to sow division, pride, and insecurity, especially in places of authority, but God’s light is more powerful than any darkness. We pray that He would grant her discernment and clarity, as Proverbs 2:6-7 tells us: "For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright." May she see the truth of your contributions and the integrity with which you have served.

At the same time, we must gently address the spirit of bitterness that can creep into our hearts when we feel wronged. Hebrews 12:15 warns us, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." We pray that God would guard your heart from bitterness and fill you instead with His peace and dignity. You have done your work as unto the Lord, and that is enough. His approval is all that truly matters.

We also want to encourage you to examine your own heart in this situation. Are there ways in which you might be enabling or tolerating behavior that does not honor God? Sometimes, even in our frustration, we can unknowingly participate in dynamics that allow ungodly patterns to continue. Proverbs 27:6 says, "Faithful are the wounds of a friend; although the kisses of an enemy are profuse." If there is an opportunity to speak the truth in love to your department head, without pride or accusation, it may be worth prayerfully considering. However, we must always do so with humility and a heart that seeks restoration, not retaliation.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear brother or sister who has served faithfully and yet feels unseen. Lord, You see every act of loyalty, every moment of dedication, and every sacrifice made in Your name. We ask that You would move in the heart of their department head, breaking through any deception, pride, or insecurity that may be blinding her to the truth. Grant her discernment, clarity, and a spirit of humility, that she may see the value of those who serve alongside her.

Father, we also pray for protection over this child of Yours. Guard their heart from bitterness, resentment, or discouragement. Fill them with Your peace, knowing that their labor in You is never in vain. Remind them that their ultimate reward comes from You, and that Your approval is all that truly matters. Strengthen them to continue working with integrity, even when others do not recognize their efforts.

Lord, we ask that You would bring restoration to this workplace. Expose any manipulation or deceit, and replace it with truth, unity, and mutual respect. If there is a need for correction or confrontation, give this brother or sister the wisdom and courage to speak the truth in love, always pointing others to You.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Amen.

We hear your heart, and we want you to know that God sees every sacrifice you've made and every ounce of effort you've poured into your work. It's tough when it feels like our dedication goes unnoticed, especially when we've been there from the beginning, supporting with integrity and loyalty. We pray that God would open your department head's eyes to the truth, that He would break through any pride or insecurity that might be clouding her judgment. Lord, soften her heart and remind her of the genuine help and foundation you've provided through this person.

We also ask that God would guard your heart from bitterness or resentment. It's easy to feel frustrated when we're overlooked, but we know that our ultimate reward comes from Him. Ask God to fill you with His peace and strength, so you can continue to do your best, knowing that your labor in Him is never in vain.

May God give you the grace to press on, serving with a heart that's pleasing to Him, and trusting that He sees and honors your faithfulness.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift these prayers up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
