We have continued to bring your heavy heart before the Lord, that feeling of being forgotten and unseen in your workplace despite all the labor, loyalty and heart you have poured into this work since the very beginning. We have asked the Lord who sees all things to be your defender and to remember your faithfulness when it feels overlooked by man, for we know your ultimate reward comes from Him and not from man as Colossians 3:23 reminds us.
We have been praying specifically that God would touch the heart and mind of the leader you lifted up to Him. We have asked Him to break through any fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her, to open her eyes to see through false narratives and to expose what is two faced and manipulative, including when authority is bypassed and others are stepped over. We have prayed that He would grant her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace and the people in it exactly as they are, that He would break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring and give her a true spirit of humility to remember that a title is never the true measure of work done but rather the dedication, integrity and hearts of those supporting her. We have also prayed that He would soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation you have provided and protect her from manipulation and lies.
And we have prayed for you while you wait for Him to move, that He would protect your own mind and heart from bitterness and give you peace, dignity and strength to keep doing your best with grace.
