Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked in your workplace. It is painful to feel unseen when you have given so much, your labor, loyalty, and heart, only to be met with what feels like manipulation and deceit. We stand with you in this moment, lifting your burden before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the truth of every situation.

First, we must address the spirit of bitterness that can so easily take root in these moments. Scripture warns us, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it" (Hebrews 12:15). We rebuke any bitterness that may be creeping into your heart, for it only harms you and hinders your walk with the Lord. Instead, we pray that you would be filled with the peace of Christ, who reminds us, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful" (John 14:27). Your worth and reward come from Him, not from the recognition of man.

We also lift up the individuals you have mentioned, particularly those in authority who may be acting out of pride, insecurity, or manipulation. The Lord sees their hearts as well, and we pray that He would break through any hardness or deception. "The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it? I, Yahweh, search the mind, I try the heart, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings" (Jeremiah 17:9-10). We ask that the Lord would grant them discernment, humility, and clarity, that they may see the truth of their actions and the impact they have on others. May they be reminded that leadership is not about power or position, but about serving with integrity and love, as Christ Himself demonstrated when He washed the feet of His disciples (John 13:1-17).

We also rebuke the spirit of manipulation and deceit that may be at work in your workplace. The enemy seeks to sow discord and division, but we declare that "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment" (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that the Lord would expose any lies or false narratives and replace them with truth. May He protect your heart and mind from the schemes of those who seek to undermine you, and may He give you the strength to continue walking in integrity, even when others do not.

As you wait for the Lord to move, we encourage you to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things" (Philippians 4:8). Do not allow the actions of others to define your worth or your work. Instead, keep your eyes fixed on the Lord, who sees your faithfulness and will reward you in due time.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the truth of all things, and You know the labor, loyalty, and heart that have been poured into this work. We ask that You would move mightily in this workplace, breaking through any fog of deception and manipulation. Open the eyes of those in authority, Lord, that they may see the truth and walk in humility and integrity. Soften their hearts to remember the genuine help and foundation that has been provided, and protect them from the lies of the enemy.

Father, we also pray for Your protection over our hearts and minds. Guard us from bitterness, Lord, and fill us with Your peace. Help us to continue walking in integrity, knowing that our ultimate reward comes from You. Give us the strength to do our best, even when we feel unseen or unappreciated. Remind us that You are our Provider and our Defender, and that You will never leave us nor forsake us.

We declare that no weapon formed against us will prosper, and we trust in Your perfect timing and justice. May Your will be done in this situation, Lord, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We've read your prayer and we feel the weight you are carrying. To give so much loyalty and steady help over time and then feel forgotten and misrepresented is deeply painful, and it makes sense you feel unseen.

We love that you asked God to guard your own heart while you wait. That is the most important part to tend to, because hurt left to sit can harden into bitterness, and bitterness ends up hurting the one carrying it far more than anyone else. Protecting your heart does not mean pretending the hurt did not happen or forcing closeness again. It can mean quietly deciding before God that you will not chase getting even, and then giving Him time to soften the raw emotions that still flare up. Those two parts often move at different speeds.

One small step that helps many in a tangled workplace is to keep your focus narrow and faithful. Continue doing your work with integrity, keep a simple private note of what you have done well for your own clarity, and choose one wise, calm person outside the immediate conflict to talk with for perspective, not to build a case but to stay grounded.

Father, we lift our friend to You and ask for peace that steadies the mind, for dignity in each workday, and for wisdom for ### and everyone involved. Guard our friend's heart from bitterness and keep them close to You as they trust You with what they cannot control. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer has been laid before the Lord, and He has heard the sighing of a wounded spirit. It is a bitter thing to labour faithfully and yet feel forgotten and unseen by those whom you have served, and to watch as others speak with a double tongue and seek advantage by craft. The Lord who sees all things knows the work of your hands and the loyalty you have shown from the beginning, and not a cup of cold water given in His name shall be forgotten in His record.

There is a bitterness appointed to the people of God in this life, and Scripture saith, With bitter herbs shall ye eat it. Perhaps some of you get sneered at for your religion, that is your dish of bitter herbs. So in your daily calling you may taste the bitterness of being overlooked and misrepresented. Yet our first sight of Christ brings a bitterness into the soul which has most gracious effects upon us. God makes the world bitter to us that Christ may become sweet, and one effect of this holy bitterness is to take away all bitterness against our fellow men. May the Lord work this in you, that while you feel the smart of injustice, you may find Christ more precious, and may be kept from that other bitterness which would canker your own heart.

We will pray with you and for you. We ask the Lord to give to her who bears authority among you a spirit of true humility and clarity of mind, that she may judge not by flattering words or false narratives, but according to truth. We ask Him to open eyes that have been clouded, to expose what is done in secret and to give discernment to see persons and things exactly as they are. We pray that pride and insecurity, which so easily beset a position of authority, may be broken, and that she may remember that a title is never the true measure of work done, but rather dedication, integrity and faithfulness of heart. May the Lord soften her heart to recall the history you share and the foundation you helped to lay.

We pray also concerning those who deal in manipulation and deceit. We do not ask for vengeance, for justice belongeth unto the Lord, and He will not at all acquit the wicked, yet He can be just and the justifier through the blood of Christ. We ask that what is crooked may be made straight, that what is hidden may be brought to light, not for your exaltation alone, but that truth may prevail and that even those who have done wrong may be brought to honest dealing with God, confessing sin and finding mercy. Let us daily ask the Lord to keep us in a truthful spirit, admitting the truth both concerning ourselves and our Lord.

And for your own soul, we entreat the Lord to guard your mind and heart from bitterness. Tell Him plainly all you feel, even your sense of being unseen, for He loveth honest dealing. Ask Him to keep you tender and penitent, to give you peace and dignity in your labour, and strength to do your work heartily as unto the Lord and not unto men, knowing that your ultimate reward cometh from Him. May you so taste the sweetness of Christ that the trials of the workplace lose their power to embitter you, and may you be enabled to overcome evil with good.

May the God of all grace keep you, establish you, and cause His face to shine upon you, and may He work in all concerned that which is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been received and we join you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord, who sees what is done in secret and knows the labor and loyalty you have offered from the beginning.

It is right to feel the sting when faithful work seems unseen and when words spoken in private distort the truth. Scripture warns that deceit hardens the heart and makes even the wise seem foolish, for wickedness itself is a kind of folly. The holy Scriptures also teach that what is built on deceit may flourish for a time, but its folly will in the end be made plain to all. Things that are true and good endure, while what is false cannot stand long when brought into the light. We can trust that God, who overlooks no village and no person, will in His own time and wisdom expose what is crooked and bring truth to light, not for our display but for the good of all.

We pray with you for the one in authority over you. We ask God to grant her clarity of mind and true discernment, to lift any fog of flattery or false report, and to give her a humble heart. A title never measures the worth of a person. God measures dedication, integrity, and love for others. We pray that she would remember the history you share and judge fairly, with eyes open to see people and situations as they truly are, and that she would be guarded from manipulation and from the pride that so easily comes with position.

We also pray for you as you wait. It is a hard and holy work to guard your own heart from bitterness while you continue to do good. Do not let the deceit of others deceive you into despair or into repaying wrong for wrong. Virtue makes a person wise and steady, while wickedness only wounds the one who practices it. Your call now is to remain thankful, fair minded, gentle and truthful, doing your work as unto the Lord and not merely for the praise of people. He is your true rewarder, and His peace, which goes beyond all understanding, is able to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Continue to walk in integrity. Speak truthfully and without craftiness, refuse gossip and two faced speech, and commit your cause to God in prayer. If there is a proper and orderly way to make truth known through rightful authority in your workplace, do so with calm and respect, for God has given order for our good. Leave vengeance to Him, and seek to overcome evil with good.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, You see all things and You know the heart. You know the work that has been done in faithfulness and the hurt of feeling forgotten. We ask You to shine Your light on every hidden thing and to grant discernment and humility to those in authority. Soften hearts, remove pride and insecurity, and help all to see and speak the truth in love. Expose what is false and establish what is true. Guard our brother or sister from bitterness and grant peace, dignity and strength to continue doing good. Let virtue and wisdom grow, and let Your will be done in this workplace as it is in heaven. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior. Amen.
