Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### amd ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked in your workplace. It is painful to feel unseen when you have given so much, your labor, loyalty, and heart. We stand with you before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the truth of every situation. He is the righteous Judge, and nothing is hidden from His sight. "For God sees not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart" (1 Samuel 16:7).

We lift up your supervisor to the Lord, asking that He would indeed open her eyes to the truth. The manipulation and deceit you describe are tools of the enemy, who seeks to sow division and strife. We rebuke the spirit of deception in Jesus’ name and pray that the Lord would expose every false narrative and reveal the true motives of those who seek to undermine others. "For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light" (Luke 8:17). May the Lord grant her discernment to see the workplace as it truly is, free from the fog of lies.

We also pray for her heart to be softened. Pride and insecurity can often distort our perception, especially when authority is involved. We ask that the Lord would break any hardness in her heart and replace it with humility. "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble" (James 4:6). May she remember the foundation you have laid and the genuine support you have offered. Let her see the value of integrity and dedication over titles or positions.

As you wait for the Lord to move, we pray for your heart as well. It is easy to grow bitter when we feel wronged, but bitterness only poisons our own souls. We ask that the Lord would guard your heart and fill you with His peace. "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32). May you continue to walk in dignity, knowing that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from man. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ" (Colossians 3:23-24).

We also want to gently remind you of the power of forgiveness. Even in the midst of this pain, extending forgiveness, even if it is not yet reciprocated, frees your heart from the chains of resentment. Jesus taught us to pray, "Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors" (Matthew 6:12). This is not easy, but it is necessary for your own spiritual well-being.

Finally, we want to encourage you to continue walking in integrity. Your faithfulness in the small things does not go unnoticed by God. "He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much" (Luke 16:10). Trust that the Lord will vindicate you in His timing and in His way.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the truth of all things, and we ask that You would expose every lie and manipulation in this workplace. Open the eyes of this supervisor to see the genuine dedication and support that has been given. Break the chains of pride and insecurity in her heart, and replace them with humility and discernment.

Father, we also pray for Your protection over this dear one’s heart. Guard them from bitterness and fill them with Your peace. Help them to continue walking in integrity, knowing that their reward comes from You alone. Give them the strength to forgive, even when it is difficult, and remind them that vengeance belongs to You.

Lord, we trust in Your justice and Your timing. Move in this situation according to Your will, and let Your name be glorified. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, who sees, knows, and cares for every detail of our lives. Amen.

The ache of feeling invisible in a place where you’ve given so much is deeply painful, and we hear that. What stands out to us is the clarity you already have: you’re not just asking for justice, but for protection from bitterness. That’s the real fight, isn’t it? The frustration and hurt are real, but you sense how easily they can curdle into something that hardens your own heart. That self-awareness is a gift.

One thing that helps when we feel overlooked is to anchor ourselves not in being seen by others, but in the steady truth that God sees every act of faithful work. That doesn’t erase the sting, but it slowly loosens its power. We’re reminded of Joseph, forgotten in prison, yet not consumed by resentment. He didn’t deny the wrong, but he refused to let it poison him, trusting God’s larger story even when he couldn’t trace it.

A practical step might be to set a small, intentional rhythm: each time the hurt surfaces, whisper a release. Something like, “Lord, I trust you with this. Keep my heart clean.” It’s not a one-time fix, but a way of handing the mess back to God over and over, so it doesn’t settle into bitterness. And if there’s a trusted friend or mentor outside the situation, sharing your feelings with them can bring a fresh dose of perspective and prayer, sometimes we need a steady voice to remind us we’re not crazy.

We also honor the dignity in your choice to keep doing your best, not as a performance for your boss, but as an offering to God. That quiet integrity, even when no one applauds, has a way of guarding our souls.

Let’s pray:

Father, you see what’s hidden and you know the truth in this workplace. We ask you to bring light where there has been manipulation and to give clarity to those in authority. Please guard this dear person’s heart from the slow poison of bitterness, and fill them with a deep peace that doesn’t depend on human recognition. Give them strength to keep walking in integrity, and in your perfect timing, bring about what is just and right. We ask this in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In Jesus name. Amen.

Your hurt is real and your complaint is not hidden from the eye of Him who seeth in secret. But look to the cross, for it is there that every wrong we suffer finds its true measure. Our first sight of Christ brings bitterness, a bitterness for Him as for a firstborn, and it is that very bitterness which takes away the power of the world’s sweets to wound us. When the world forgets, when friends prove false, when the work of your hands seems cast into the shadow, the bitterness of mourning for Christ removes the sting from these things. Grace for every trial is provided in Him who is the living bread. Feed on this: the immutable love of God, the union of the believer with Christ, an eternal purpose that can never fail. There is no danger in a joy that rests here.

The vineyard in which you labour is your Father’s vineyard, and the command is plain: "Go work today." Not with an eye to the praise of men, not sulking because that praise has fallen upon another, but because you are saved, not in order to be saved. Work from life, and throw your soul into it. Do not play at your tasks while bitterness corrodes within. The purest integrity before God is His own gift, the work of His Spirit, and no man may take credit for it; if your toil has been true and your record clean, wait upon Him who seeth in secret. At His word, let down the net again, though you have toiled all night and caught nothing. The outcome belongs to Him. You labour not for success that springs from the nature of the people or the excellence of the scheme, but because Jesus has given the command. It is better to act upon the responsibility of Christ than your own.

Yet guard your spirit, for the evil heart of bitterness is a devilish fire that must be exorcised. Some are altogether too great for the Lord to use when they feel themselves ill-used. What if you were called to lie as a doormat at His temple gate? It would be an honour greater than we deserve. Tremble at His Word, and let that holy awe keep you from the infection of the manipulator. The glorious Jehovah speaks out of His Word a searching power, and a tenderness for His Truth will make you shun even the company of those who wound. If you cannot sweetly stand in that place of service, then go and do it precisely because you feel dried up and without strength; obedience in the teeth of feeling is the proof of faith. Do not absent yourself from the gathering of the saints, do not absent yourself from the post of duty, for there is no discharge in this war. There is an education in work for Jesus, and you need it now.

The ultimate reward is not the notice of a supervisor whose mind may be clouded, but the revelation of Jesus Christ. Gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end. The fog will lift, the truth will out, and in the great day of revealing, every hidden thing shall be brought to light. Your labour is not in vain in the Lord. Do the duty of the hour, cling to the privilege of the hour, and look for that grace that is to be brought unto you. The world’s gold becomes dim and its silver loses its brightness, but he that winneth souls is wise and he that doeth the will of God abideth forever. Let your heart be kept in holy wonder at Christ, and that wonder will drown out the petty slights of time.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask God to break the fog of deceit around your ###, to grant her discernment, to expose those who have wronged you. But have you first sought to have your own heart exposed? You pray for her humility, yet I hear the hurt of a soul that feels forgotten. Take heed, lest your very prayer become a root of bitterness within you. For a root of bitterness cannot possibly bear sweet fruit; all it produces is bitter, all unpleasant, all full of hatred and abomination. You are in danger of that bitter root taking hold. Be careful when you ask God to humble another. True humility is not forced upon a person from outside; it is the free lowering of one's own mind when one could do otherwise. It is better for you to be truly poor in spirit, trembling at God's words, than to ask for such a spectacle of her humiliation. For if you become puffed up by your own lowliness, you have lost the whole profit.

You feel your labor and loyalty have been overlooked. Yet consider your Master: He descended to the lowest place, and received what from men? Scorn, betrayal, death. If He, being Lord, took the form of a servant, is it any wonder if you, a servant, are not praised as you think you deserve? When you are tempted to admire yourself for your patience, remember you are an unprofitable servant; you have done only what was your duty. This alone will dry up the poison of resentment. God saw your hidden work from the beginning; He sees it now when man forgets. Your ultimate reward is from Him, not from any earthly title or recognition. Fix your eyes there, and you will be content to be unknown.

You pray that hidden things be dragged into the light. Understand this: sin exposed by the light is not for your personal vindication, but for the sinner's healing. When a hidden sin is brought out, the sinner, if he repents, has his wound healed and his darkness turned to light. Do you desire this healing for your adversaries, or merely their exposure? Search your intention. If you ask with a heart that longs for their correction and salvation, you follow the apostle. But if there is any secret satisfaction in the thought of their disgrace, you are judging in a matter you have no right to judge. Let God be the revealer in His own time. Often, the very act of trying to cover wickedness only makes it more loudly known, just as Herodias silenced John only to make his voice echo through all ages. Leave it to God.

Guard your own heart above all. A contrite and humbled spirit is the sacrifice God will not despise. Is that your present posture? Or is it a heart full of the noise of demand? The Lord is near to the contrite, not to those who merely catalogue the sins of others. Humble your own heart, and you will draw God near. Then you will have peace, dignity, and strength to keep doing your best, not because men see, but because the eyes of your Father see in secret. That is the light that cannot be hidden.

It is not surprising that you feel overlooked and wounded when loyalty and effort seem to be met with forgetfulness. The desire for your diligence to be recognized is natural, but I want to gently remind you that the ultimate reward for your work does not rest in the hands of a supervisor or any human evaluation. God does not bless you because you have earned it or because your performance merits special treatment. He blesses you because He loves you, and He invites you to simply trust in that grace rather than to build a case for your own vindication. If we begin to think we deserve a certain outcome because of what we have done, we have already started to lean on our own efforts rather than on Him.

What you describe, deceit, manipulation, a person saying one thing while doing another, is the kind of vanity and division that Scripture warns about when it speaks of those who speak swelling words but whose hearts are far from the truth. Often these things are mixed with just enough good to gain a hearing, and the real motive is self-advancement. It is painful to watch someone else seem to prosper through such methods, especially when it clouds the judgment of those in authority. But the Lord is not mocked. He is against those who use feigned words and who seek their own glory, because they actually keep people from seeing things as they really are.

Your prayer asks God to open eyes and grant discernment, and that is a right prayer. Yet be careful that your own heart does not grow bitter while you wait. The same God who sees all things will in His own time bring hidden motives to light. Your task right now is not to become the prosecutor building a case against that coworker. Leave that to the One who judges righteously. If you rehearse the wrongs and demand that your superiors finally see the truth, you may be pulled into the very pride you are asking God to break in someone else.

Think of how often the true prophets were lonely voices, surrounded by false comforters who told the people what they wanted to hear. Those false voices seemed to have the stage, but God’s word against them stood. Jeremiah did not waste his energy trying to prove his own faithfulness; he delivered the message and entrusted vindication to the Lord. Your workplace is not a besieged city, but the principle holds: your part is to serve with integrity, not to force the scales to balance in your favor.

You mentioned a concern that authority can breed pride. That is worth examining in your own life as well. Are you able to accept that your work may be forgotten by people, yet still be offered as worship to God? When our labor is done for His glory, it will survive the fire of testing. What is done simply to be noticed or to prove we were right will not last. There is freedom in letting go of the need to be seen and instead resting in the truth that your heavenly Father’s plan for you is far better than any plan you could construct, even a plan to clear your name.

Continue to do what is good, not as a strategy to be rewarded, but because you belong to Christ. Ask Him to guard your mind from resentment and to give you peace that doesn’t depend on the atmosphere in that office. The day will come when all hidden things are exposed, and it is a terrifying thing to be found speaking vain words or using others as merchandise. You do not need to be afraid of that if you are walking in humility and trusting in the grace that came through Jesus becoming a curse for us on the tree. That is your foundation, not a good performance review.

Yield your reputation to God. Pray for those who trouble you, not so that they might prop you up, but so that they themselves might turn from what is false and find mercy. And trust that whatever is truly of Him will remain, whether anyone else on earth ever applauds it or not.
