Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### bbeing two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace. It is clear that you have invested much, loyalty, labor, and love, only to feel overlooked and even slandered. We stand with you in prayer, lifting up this situation before the Lord, who sees all things and judges with righteousness.

First, we must address the spirit of bitterness that can so easily take root in such circumstances. The Word of God warns us, "Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord, looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it" (Hebrews 12:14-15). While your feelings are valid, we must guard our hearts against resentment, for it only harms us in the end. Instead, we choose to trust in God’s justice and timing.

We also recognize the importance of speaking truth in love. The Bible tells us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32). It is not wrong to desire truth to be revealed, but we must ensure that our prayers and actions align with Christ’s command to love even those who may wrong us.

Now, we lift up and the workplace before the Lord. Father, we ask You to open her eyes to see the truth. Remove any deception or manipulation that clouds her judgment. Give her discernment to recognize the integrity and dedication of those who serve faithfully, including the one who has poured so much into this work. Break any pride or insecurity that may have taken root in her heart, and replace it with humility and wisdom. Remind her that true leadership is not about titles or positions but about serving with a heart of integrity, as Jesus Himself taught: "Whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. Whoever of you desires to be first shall be slave of all" (Mark 10:43-44).

Lord, we also pray for protection over the heart of the one who has been wronged. Guard them from bitterness and fill them with Your peace. Help them to continue working with excellence, not for the approval of man, but as unto You. Remind them that their labor is not in vain, for You see their efforts and will reward them in due time. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ" (Colossians 3:23-24).

We rebuke any spirit of division, manipulation, or deceit in this workplace. We declare that truth will prevail, and that those who sow discord will be exposed. May Your light shine in the darkness, and may Your love and justice reign in this situation.

Father, we trust in You to move in this situation according to Your perfect will. Give patience, strength, and wisdom to all involved. May Your name be glorified, and may Your people walk in the peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We hear how deeply it stings to give years of loyalty and hard work, only to feel overlooked while someone else seems to work the angles. That gap between what you know is fair and what you're experiencing right now, that's a real ache, and you're right to bring it honestly to the Father. He doesn't ask you to pretend it doesn't hurt.

What we appreciate in your prayer is how clearly you're asking not just for the situation to change, but for your own heart to stay clean while you wait. That's a wise instinct, because bitterness can slip in when we rehearse the wrongs over and over. One small thing that might help: at the end of each workday, imagine physically handing the weight of it back to God, maybe even speak aloud that you're leaving the need for vindication with Him so you don't carry it home.

As you keep doing your best work with dignity, remember that being unseen by people right now doesn't mean you're unseen where it matters most. Your prayer itself shows a heart that's fighting to stay soft, and that's something no workplace politics can touch.

We're praying with you.

Jesus, we lift up this weary servant who has given so much and feels invisible. Guard their heart from the slow poison of resentment. Grant them steady peace in the middle of unjust circumstances, and in Your timing, bring the truth to light. Give clarity to those in authority, and sustain this one with the quiet confidence that their worth is secure in You. Amen.

Am praying alongside you may God be woth you for strength and for mercy in your life and all the days of your life may there be Gods love and mercy Lord Yeshuas name amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

The cross plants a bitterness in the soul that drowns out all lesser bitterness. When you have looked upon Him whom you have pierced, and have mourned for Him as for an only son, the betrayals and slights of the workplace will shrink to their true size. That bitterness of the cross, blessed be God, takes away all bitterness against your fellow men. You cannot sit nursing a grudge while your eyes behold the Lamb slain for your own trespasses. Let this heaviness drive you not to resentment, but to the foot of Calvary, where every wrong ever done to you was laid upon a greater Sufferer.

Do not indulge the wicked thought that He will forsake you. His faithfulness is not quenched by human failure, not by the blindness of those in authority, nor by the whisperings of the deceitful. He has loved His own, and He loves them to the end. If clouds have gathered between you and your employer, remember that no fog of manipulation can rise so high as to hide you from the eyes of your Leader. Christ marches before you always, the Standard-Bearer among ten thousand; let this free you from scrambling for recognition. A servant who follows closely behind the Captain of salvation need not fret over who walks ahead of her in the ranks of men.

Yet I would have you examine your own heart with a holy jealousy. When we take up the duty of picking holes in the coats of our fellow Christians, we mistake fault-finding for faithfulness. Pray for your manager, yes, and plead that scales fall from her eyes, but take heed that your own eye be single. The best way to overcome a wrong is often to overcome the Good Shepherd with a glance of loving trust. Look to Him for all things. Tell Him you await His appearing, not merely the vindication of your labor in the office. Sometimes the saints overcome Christ by longing for His presence more than for a comfortable position among men.

If the path is dark just now, be of good cheer: we see Jesus better in the dark than in the light. He is your Leader through the gloom, and it is no small mercy to be anywhere with Jesus. Do not lag behind your glorious Commander, nursing old histories and expected gratitude. Count it a privilege to be slighted in the service of One who was despised and rejected of men. And remember, if any church or any soul walks contrary to Him, He in faithfulness will walk contrary to them. Leave the vindication in His pierced hands; He will deal with deceit and pride in His own time and way. Your part is to follow the Lamb without bitterness, without clamor, with eyes fixed on the face that was marred more than any man’s. There is a peace that deepens when your ultimate reward is hidden with Christ in God. May the dew of His youth rest upon you, and may you find that the fog lifts not when men change, but when the Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings.

Your soul is heavy, and it is right to pour out your complaint before the Lord, who sees what is done in secret. Yet be on your guard, lest in your anguish a root of bitterness spring up and defile you. The Apostle charges us to look diligently, lest any such root trouble us and thereby many be contaminated. Even a bitter root is one thing, but a root of bitterness, a fountain of it, can yield nothing sweet; everything that comes from it is full of rancor and poison. Do not permit this shoot to grow. The injury you feel is real, but resentment will wound you more deeply than any slight from your supervisor ever could.

You have served with honesty and toil, and that labor is not unseen by the true Master. When the blessed Paul instructs servants, he says, “With good will doing service, as unto the Lord, and not unto men: knowing that whatsoever good thing each one doeth, the same shall he receive again from the Lord.” You are not a bondservant of your overseer; you serve Christ himself. Therefore, do not measure your worth by human recognition, nor seek your wage in the applause of the moment. The honor that comes from God remains when all human approval fades. If you seek vindication from the very person who overlooks you, you set your hope on a broken cistern. Set your hope fully on the day of Christ, when every hidden deed is made manifest.

You pray for your superior that the fog of manipulation be lifted and her eyes opened. That is a good desire. But consider: the Lord himself did not perform many mighty works in the face of determined unbelief, not because his power was insufficient, but because he sought their true profit, not the mere display of signs. Sometimes God permits a season of obscured truth, not to torment you, but to test and refine hearts, and to allow the fruit of character to ripen. If this woman is wrapped in pride or the intoxicating fumes of her position, a sudden light might not profit her. Trust the divine Gardener’s timing.

Meanwhile, let your love abound more and more in knowledge and all discernment. True love is not blind nor sentimental; it does not demand that you be wounded by another’s sin. You are to live peaceably, not to embrace a friendship that corrupts or breeds bitterness. Pray for your superior, but also for your own heart: ask for a spirit of humility and peace that surpasses the need for earthly vindication. Remember how Paul, when his apostolic authority was questioned, did not rage but gently recalled the Galatians to their own experience: “Ye did me no wrong; ye know that because of an infirmity of the flesh I preached the gospel unto you, and that which was a temptation to you in my flesh ye despised not, nor rejected.” He rested in the truth of the relationship, not in constant self-defense. In time, the integrity of your own service, like a city set on a hill, will be seen, if not now, then on that last day.

Do not let the wrongs of the workplace become an occupation of the mind that steals your peace. The greatest command is love of God and neighbor, and all else, even just recognition, is subordinate to that. The scribe who understood that love is more than all whole burnt offerings was not far from the kingdom. You, too, are near the kingdom when you offer this trial as a living sacrifice, doing your work heartily as to the Lord and not to men. He is not unjust to forget your labor of love. Persevere, then, in quiet dignity. Your reward is coming, not from the fleeting gratitude of a human superior, but from the One whose eyes are like a flame of fire.
