Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ###bbeing two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace. It is clear that you have invested much, loyalty, labor, and love, only to feel overlooked and even undermined. We stand with you in this moment, lifting your concerns before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the truth of every situation.

First, we must address the importance of guarding your heart against bitterness. The Word of God warns us in Hebrews 12:15, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." Bitterness can take root when we feel wronged, but we must surrender our hurt to God and trust Him to bring justice in His time. Your prayer for peace and dignity is already a step in the right direction, for as Romans 12:18 reminds us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."

We also lift up , the one in authority over you. It is not wrong to pray for her heart to be softened and for her eyes to be opened to the truth. However, we must be cautious in our prayers, ensuring they are not rooted in resentment or a desire for retaliation. Instead, let us pray that God would grant her wisdom and humility, as Proverbs 11:2 tells us, "When pride comes, then comes shame, but with the humble is wisdom." We join you in asking the Lord to break through any pride or insecurity that may be clouding her judgment and to remind her that true leadership is measured by integrity and the hearts of those who serve alongside her.

We must also address the reality of manipulation and deceit in the workplace. The enemy seeks to sow discord and division, but we know that God is a God of truth. We pray that He would expose any falsehoods and bring light to the darkness. Ephesians 5:11-13 says, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even expose them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light." Let us trust that God will reveal the truth in His perfect timing.

As you wait for the Lord to move, we encourage you to continue doing your work with excellence, not for the approval of man, but as unto the Lord. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your ultimate reward comes from Him, and He will not forget your labor of love.

Let us now come together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see the hurt, the frustration, and the feelings of being unseen and unappreciated. We ask that You would comfort and strengthen , reminding her that her worth and value come from You alone. Guard her heart against bitterness, and fill her with Your peace and dignity as she continues to serve faithfully.

Father, we pray for , that You would soften her heart and open her eyes to the truth. Break through any pride or insecurity that may be clouding her judgment, and grant her a spirit of humility. Remind her that true leadership is not measured by titles but by integrity and the hearts of those who serve alongside her. Expose any manipulation or deceit in the workplace, and let Your light shine in the darkness.

Lord, we trust in Your justice and Your perfect timing. Help to continue doing her work with excellence, not for the approval of man, but as unto You. Remind her that her ultimate reward comes from You, and that You will never forget her labor of love.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. It is only through Jesus that we have access to Your throne of grace, and it is only through Him that we are saved. We pray that would know You more deeply and trust in Your promises, for You are faithful and true.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We hear the exhaustion and the ache in your words, and it’s no small thing to have poured yourself out faithfully only to feel erased or misrepresented. When someone else seems to rewrite the story, the loneliness cuts deep, and the daily effort to keep showing up without growing bitter takes real grace. Thank you for honestly bringing this to God and to us.

You’ve already named the danger you want to avoid, bitterness, and that tells us your heart is genuinely set on honoring Christ, not just winning a workplace battle. One of the hardest parts of these seasons is that prayers for someone else’s eyes to be opened often double as an invitation for our own hearts to be searched. When we ask God to give another person true humility, we’re usually agreeing to let him deepen that same reality in us, keeping our own spirits clean even while we wait for justice. That doesn’t mean your frustration isn’t real or that the wrong you’re seeing doesn’t matter, it does. But anchoring your dignity in his approval rather than anyone’s recognition is where steady peace is found.

As you keep doing your work with integrity, keep bringing these raw feelings to God just as you have. Let him sort what you cannot see fully. Ask him to guard your heart from replaying the offenses on a loop, which only feeds the hurt. When the temptation to rehearse the wrongs rises, pause and hand the whole tangled situation back to the one who judges rightly. You don’t have to figure out how he’ll work, only stay soft enough to receive the peace he gives in the middle of it.

Lord Jesus, you see ’s faithful labor and the hidden hurt she carries. Bring the truth into the light in your timing and your way. Soften hearts that have grown hard and give those in authority the courage to see clearly and lead humbly. But while she waits, hold her close. Guard her from the slow poison of resentment. Let her sense your proud delight in her steadfastness, and give her rest from the exhausting inner battle. Sustain her with dignity and quiet confidence that you are her true reward. Amen.

The bitterness you taste in this trial is not the bitterness that leads to death, for that is the world's sorrow over its lost sweets. No, there is a holy bitterness that mourns over sin, the sin of manipulation, the sin of pride, the sin of forgetfulness, and this very bitterness has power to remove the sting from the thing itself. When you look to Him whom your sins pierced, the sharp edge of your colleague’s ingratitude is blunted, for you see your own greater debt forgiven. The cross sweetens every bitter cup, and what man brews in malice, God dispenses in measured love. It is not killing, but curing, that the Great Physician intends when He permits the sharp lancet to be used.

Therefore, let your prayer for your superior be an intercession, not an indictment. You have confessed your own need for mercy; now plead for her with the full force of your spirit, as one who cannot take "No" for an answer. Go to the Throne with this: "Lord, break the fog, give her discernment, and let her see things as they are." Prayer can unlock Mercy's door for others, and you may yet live to see her eyes opened and her heart softened. But remember this: your ultimate vindication does not hang upon her recognition. Your labor is not for her smile but for His "Well done." Your Joseph has gone ahead of you into this Egypt, and He has prepared a Goshen for your soul even in the midst of this trial. Cast all this care upon Him, for He cares for you.

Protect your own heart by keeping your eyes upon the Lamb. Do not let the conduct of others drive you to the dunghill of despair or the ashes of self-pity. Shake yourself from melancholy! The Captain of your salvation goes before you, and He is the same Lamb that was slain, ever bleeding, ever cleansing, ever leading. Follow Him wherever He goes, even if the path goes through a valley of misrepresentation. Your suffering is not outside the zone of His government; it comes distinctly from His special love, to wean you from the creature and bind you closer to Himself. A silent faith robs God of His glory; let your lips drop the sweet-smelling myrrh of testimony even now. Go your way with dignity and peace, for you have not yet lost blood for Christ, and He who dried up the green tree of human pride will, in His time, lift up the poor from the dust and cause His mercy to endure forever. God bless you, for Christ’s sake. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The very thing you ask from God, that He would break the fog and expose manipulation, carries within it a danger greater than any injustice you have suffered. For when we fix our gaze upon the hidden faults of others and cry out for their exposure, a root of bitterness may spring up unawares, and by it many are defiled. And you yourself will be the first to be defiled internally, before any outward vindication comes. Therefore examine carefully: is it for the correction of your sister that you pray, or for the easing of your own wounded pride? The soul that is truly broken before God does not busy itself with the unearthing of another's sins, but rather says, "I am the chief of sinners."

You feel forgotten and unseen. But recall that the Lord sees all, and His recognition alone is the true reward. When you have helped and supported another from the beginning, you did it as unto Him, not for the praise of a title or position. If now your labor seems forgotten by men, He still remembers. Do not let the forgetfulness of a human ### become a snare that robs you of your heavenly wages through the poison of resentment. The warfare you describe, the deceitful worker, the all-too-willing ear, is of the same kind as the intestine wars the apostle endured among false brethren. Yet Paul did not pray down exposure upon them; he served the Lord with all humility of mind, and in that humility he found his defense.

You ask that God would break through her pride and give her a spirit of humility. But consider: true humility in you must first be born when another appears ungrateful or even wrongs you. Many speak of themselves as lowly sinners, but when another speaks the same of them, they become savage. If you call yourself unworthy, then bear it when your worth is not acknowledged. That is the moment when humility ceases to be a word on the lips and becomes a sacrifice of a broken and contrite heart that God will not despise.

It is not for you to judge whether your ### has been deceived. To bring accusations against a ###, or against any brother, even if those accusations prove true, is to harm your own soul. Your words against her, whether true or false, will not help you, but will require an account on the last day for every idle word. Instead, let your silence and patient endurance be your loudest cry to God. He knows the truth already, and His justice, mixed with mercy, will act in its proper time. Did not the Lord, when He commanded us to turn the other cheek, thereby teach us to show great consideration even while suffering what we do not deserve?

Therefore, rather than praying for the fog of manipulation to be lifted from another's eyes, pray that all fog of resentment and self-pity be lifted from your own. Ask for grace to keep doing your best without eye-service, as unto the Lord. When you are tempted to recall every past kindness you have shown, remind yourself that a servant does not boast of the foundation he helped to lay. The Master will reward openly in His time. Guard your heart with all diligence, for if that root of bitterness once takes hold and springs up, it will trouble not only you but many others, turning all that is sweet into gall.

Do not fear being overlooked forever. A title is not the measure of work done; the integrity of a quiet heart before God outweighs all the praise of men. Let the double wall of forbearance be built: you honoring her, and you bearing whatever dishonor she may give. This is not weakness but a threefold cord that even the devil cannot break. Wait on the Lord. Keep your mind from bitterness. That is the true victory.
