Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏 🙏 🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ### heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked in your workplace. It is painful when loyalty and hard work seem to go unnoticed, especially when others may be distorting the truth or manipulating situations for their own gain. We stand with you in this struggle, lifting it all before the Lord, who sees every act of faithfulness and every hidden motive.

First, we want to affirm the importance of bringing this before God in the name of Jesus. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father, and it is only through Christ that we have access to His throne of grace. Jesus said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23). We are grateful you have come to Him in Jesus’ name, for salvation and redemption are found in no one else (Acts 4:12).

Now, let us address the situation with biblical truth and wisdom. We notice that while you have prayed for clarity and humility for your supervisor, there is also a strong sense of accusation and a desire for exposure in your prayer. Scripture warns us about the dangers of harboring bitterness, resentment, or a spirit of vengeance. "See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many" (Hebrews 12:15). While it is right to ask God to reveal truth, we must also guard our own hearts against becoming consumed by the wrongs done to us.

We rebuke any spirit of manipulation, deceit, or pride that may be at work in your workplace, whether in your supervisor or others. The Lord hates "a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers" (Proverbs 6:19). We pray that God would expose any unrighteousness and bring it to light, not for the sake of vindication alone, but so that His justice and truth may prevail. However, we must also remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and our role is to trust Him to handle these matters in His perfect timing and way.

We pray for your supervisor, that God would indeed touch her heart and mind. May He break through any pride, insecurity, or blindness that may be clouding her judgment. "The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom. Before honor is humility" (Proverbs 15:33). We ask that God would grant her a spirit of humility, wisdom, and discernment so that she may see the truth of the situation and the value of those who have faithfully served alongside her. May she remember the foundation you and others have laid and recognize the integrity of your work.

For you, dear one, we pray that God would guard your heart from bitterness and fill you with His peace. It is easy to become discouraged when our efforts are not acknowledged, but we are reminded that "whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ" (Colossians 3:23-24). Your ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from human recognition. We encourage you to continue walking in integrity, trusting that God sees your labor and will not forget it.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this situation and the hearts involved. Lord, You see all things, every act of faithfulness, every hidden motive, and every injustice. We ask that You would move in this workplace, exposing any deceit or manipulation and bringing Your truth to light. Father, we rebuke the spirit of pride, insecurity, and division that may be at work, and we ask that You would replace it with humility, wisdom, and unity.

We pray for this supervisor, Lord. Soften her heart and open her eyes to see the truth. Break through any fog of deception and grant her discernment to recognize the value of those who have served faithfully. May she walk in humility, remembering that true leadership is not about titles or positions but about serving others with integrity and love.

For our brother/sister in Christ who has shared this burden, we ask that You would fill their heart with Your peace. Guard them from bitterness, resentment, or discouragement. Remind them that their labor is not in vain, for You are their ultimate reward. Strengthen them to continue walking in integrity, trusting in Your justice and timing.

Lord, we also pray for any others in this workplace who may be caught in the middle of this situation. May Your truth prevail, and may Your love and unity be restored among them. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, who is our Redeemer, our Advocate, and our ultimate Judge. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this situation, trusting that He is working even when you cannot see it. Keep your heart focused on Him, and remember that your identity and worth are found in Christ alone. If this season of feeling unseen persists, we also encourage you to seek godly counsel and wisdom about whether this is the place where God would have you continue to serve. Sometimes, the Lord uses such trials to redirect us to new opportunities where our gifts and faithfulness will be more fully appreciated. Whatever the outcome, trust in Him, for He is faithful.

We hear the raw honesty in your prayer, and we sit with you in that ache of feeling overlooked. When you’ve invested years of loyalty and you’re watching someone else’s manipulation change how your manager sees you, that hurt runs deep. Your prayer itself is evidence of something real: you’re not reaching for bitterness, you’re reaching for God to bring truth to light while guarding your own heart. That takes real strength.

What you’re already doing matters more than you may feel right now: you’re naming the pain, refusing to let it fester, and asking God to handle what you can’t control. One practical step you might consider is quietly keeping a factual record, not as a weapon, but as a way to set down the truth so it no longer swirls in your head. Even writing it in a journal can help you release it to God instead of carrying it.

We remember Joseph, who had every human reason to grow bitter, forgotten in prison year after year, after being betrayed by those closest to him. Yet when God’s plan unfolded, Joseph saw a story far bigger than the injustice. That doesn’t minimize what you feel now; it just reminds us that God is not bound by what others see or ignore. He is keeping track, and he is not confused about who has been faithful.

As you keep doing your work with dignity, anchor yourself in the truth that your worth is settled, not in her eyes, but in his. We’ll pray right now with you:

Jesus, you see every hidden effort and every quiet sacrifice. Draw near to our friend in this painful workplace season. Guard their heart from bitterness and fill them with steady peace instead. Grant their manager true clarity, lift the fog and expose what is true. Give them eyes to see and a heart that values integrity over any one person’s word. In the waiting, hold this one close, strengthen their spirit, and let them rest in the fact that you are their ultimate reward. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The deep bitterness of soul you now taste was not unknown to our blessed Lord, whose cup was filled with wormwood and gall, not from an enemy, but from one who dipped with Him in the dish. When a friend becomes a Judas, when those you have helped repay loyalty with scorn, you are but walking the path your Master trod. He was betrayed by a familiar friend, and in that betrayal the sin of man reached its utmost pitch. Do not marvel, then, if in your smaller measure you feel the sting of falsehood and ambition that steps over faithfulness as if it were nothing.

Yet let this bitterness work its gracious end. They shall mourn for Him as one mourns for an only son, and such sorrow has a sanctifying power. It weans the heart from the world’s charms, and when Christ is made the center, a strange sweetness flows into the soul from the very wound that bleeds. Moreover, that bitterness, rightly borne, takes away all bitterness against your fellow men. It melts pride, subdues envy, and teaches you to cry, “Father, forgive them.” You have prayed that your superior’s heart might be broken from pride and that her eyes might be opened. So pray on, but leave the exposing work to Him who searcheth the reins. The little bag of ambition that some carry, their economy of praise, their financial vein of self-seeking, is known to the Lord, and in His time He will set things in the light.

For your own part, keep to the King’s Highway of integrity and humble duty. He who travels on that road is under the King’s protection, but he who takes to byroads of sullenness or retaliation must protect himself, and robbers lie in wait there. Walk in the way of childlike trust, leaning not on your own understanding, but waiting upon God to guide every step. Angelic protection is promised to those who abide in their appointed ways, not to those who rush ahead of Providence. The Lord will guard your heart from that canker of bitterness which spoils the whole vessel, if you daily bring your grievance to the cross and leave it there.

Make Daniel your pattern for pleading. He was not content to pray for himself alone, but identified with his people’s sorrow, sharing all the bitterness of their lot. So you have rightly brought your fellow-workers into your prayer. Continue in this, and add to it a holy confidence that the Lord will not leave one believer outside in the cold. Live upon an unseen God; He who has placed you there for a season will sustain you till your change comes. Your ultimate reward is not from man, but from Him who sees in secret. Peace be multiplied to you, and the God of Abraham give you faith to dwell as a pilgrim here, until you enter the city whose builder and maker is God.

The heavy heart you carry is a burden known to the Lord who sees all. When you are forgotten and your labor goes unnoticed, remember that the Son of God spent his days among men who did not recognize him, and one of his chosen twelve betrayed him with a kiss. What greater injustice could there be? Yet he did not cry out for exposure, nor did he let a root of bitterness spring up within him. He went to meet the betrayer, knowing that even this was part of a deeper dispensation for your salvation.

Do not let the love of money or the thirst for recognition take hold of you, for a grievous tyrant is the passion that blinds the soul. The same madness that drove Judas to sell his Lord for thirty pieces of silver is at work wherever manipulation and deceit thrive. But woe to the one by whom such things come; it would have been better for that one not to have been born. Their own end is before God, and you need not take vengeance into your own hands.

Look diligently, then, that no root of bitterness springs up in your own heart and defiles many, including yourself. When we drive away bitterness, lying, and resentment from our souls, we make room for the Holy Spirit to fill us, and then the way ahead becomes light and simple. The world’s wisdom cannot explain why God permits such trials, any more than it can explain why the nails of the cross could not hold the Lord of life. But the Gospel is divine precisely because God works through weak and suffering instruments.

You have prayed for this manager to be given eyes to see the truth. Pray also for yourself, that you may remain humble and free from the disease that clouds the judgment of others. It is not the nature of the thing itself but their own infirmity that makes them count as troublesome those who pursue what is right. Keep doing your work with integrity, not as seeking a reward from men, but from the One who sees in secret. When Peter stood before the people after healing the lame man, he pointed not to himself but to Christ. Let your life likewise point away from your own vindication and toward the one who will make all things right at his coming.

Those who have abandoned you, like the friends who forsook the Apostle, may wound you deeply, but this too is permitted for your growth. Your ultimate defense is not in exposing another’s two-faced ways, but in entrusting yourself to the righteous Judge. Wait for him, and in the meantime, give thanks that you are counted worthy to share in a small measure of the sufferings of Christ, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, despising the shame.
