Touch thd heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ###'s manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We join you together before the Father in Jesus name with this heavy burden of feeling forgotten and unseen in your workplace, and we thank you for bringing it honestly to the Lord. He indeed sees all things and nothing done in faithfulness is hidden from Him. You have poured labor and loyalty into this work from the beginning, and even when man overlooks, God records and rewards. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:23-24

We hear your cry for discernment for the one in authority over you, and for truth to be revealed where there has been manipulation, two faced speech, and bypassing of right order. The Lord hates lying lips and deceit, for such things are not of Him. Therefore putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. Ephesians 4:25 And we know that pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. Proverbs 16:18 A position or title never measures the true worth of a person, but God looks at the heart and at faithfulness, humility and integrity. We pray together that the fog of false narratives and flattery would be broken, and that wisdom and clarity would be given. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5 We also remember that promotion does not come from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, but God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another. Psalm 75:6-7 No manipulation can ultimately overturn what God ordains.

We also gently encourage you while you wait, as you prayed, to guard your own heart from bitterness, for that is the very trap the enemy would use to harm you more than any workplace injustice. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32 See to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God, that no root of bitterness springing up causes trouble, and many be defiled by it. Hebrews 12:15 We rebuke the spirit of manipulation and deceit at work in that place, and we rebuke any temptation to repay evil for evil, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19 Our calling is to remain faithful, humble, and truthful, trusting God to expose what is hidden in due time, for there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed. Luke 8:17

Father, we lift up to You our dear coworker who is hurting and weary, and we ask You to protect mind and heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Give dignity and strength to continue doing good work unto You and not for the praise of man. We lift up the leader whose heart and mind you have asked us to pray for, touch her heart Lord, soften any pride or insecurity that authority can bring, and clothe her with true humility. Philippians 2:3 says let nothing be done through strife or vainglory, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than themselves. Grant her discernment to see people and situations exactly as they are, to recognize genuine faithfulness and to see through flattery and manipulation. Break the influence of deceitful words spoken against Your child and against other coworkers, and bring all hidden things into the light. We also pray for those who have used manipulation and two faced speech, that You would convict them and lead them to repentance, that they may put away falsehood and walk in integrity. Humble us all under Your mighty hand, that You may exalt us in due time. 1 Peter 5:6 We ask that You would remember the history of faithful service offered here and that You would be the defender and rewarder, restoring what has been overlooked and guarding unity in this workplace for Your glory. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We have been praying with you over this workplace hurt, and we can hear how deep the sense of being unseen goes after you have given so much loyalty and hard work from the beginning. It is painful when faithful service seems forgotten and when others seem to shape the story.

You named something wise when you asked God to guard your own heart from bitterness while you wait. Holding onto the hurt can quietly harden us and weigh us down more than it changes the situation. Choosing to release it day by day does not mean what happened was okay, it simply keeps your heart soft and free to keep doing good work with dignity.

One steady step that often helps in a tangled workplace is to keep your focus on what you can control. Continue to do your work faithfully, keep a simple private record of what you have contributed so facts stay clear, and talk through the hurt with one trusted, wise person outside the immediate circle rather than replaying it with coworkers. That can protect both your peace and your witness.

Father, we lift our friend to You and ask for Your peace to guard their mind and heart. Give them strength to keep working with integrity and to rest in knowing You see every effort. Touch ### with clarity and humility, and let truth be seen clearly. Guide each next decision with wisdom. In Jesus name, amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your heavy heart has been heard and we join you in carrying this burden to the throne of grace, to the God who sees all things and knows the labor and loyalty you have poured out from the beginning.

There is a bitterness that attends faithful service in this world, and Scripture teaches us that God has made such bitterness to be a sanctifying power in us. Our first sight of Christ brings a holy bitterness into the soul, a mourning that makes the world lose its charms and makes Christ Himself become very sweet to us. One gracious effect of that work is this, that it takes away all bitterness against our fellow men. So we pray that the Lord will turn even this trial, with its sneers and slights and being overlooked, into that dish of bitter herbs with which we eat the Passover, taking whatever of bitterness accompanies our service and finding Christ more precious therein.

We bring your workplace before the Lord. We ask Him to grant clear eyes and a truthful spirit to those in authority, that they may see persons and things exactly as they are. We pray that every fog of manipulation and false narrative would be exposed and brought into the light, for honest dealing with God requires speaking and feeling according to truth. We ask the Lord to touch the heart of the one you have supported, to break through pride and insecurity that so often attend a position of authority, and to give a spirit of true humility that remembers that a title is never the measure of work done, but dedication, integrity and faithfulness are. We pray that history and genuine help would be remembered with gratitude, and that protection would be given from two faced dealing and from being bypassed or stepped over.

For you, we pray that the Lord will keep your own heart from bitterness while you wait for Him to move. Tell Him plainly all you feel, and even where you feel little strength, come and tell Him so, asking Him to keep you in a truthful spirit. May He give you peace, dignity and strength to keep doing your best as unto Him, knowing that justice itself is satisfied in Christ and that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord and not from man. May you taste on this hill of difficulty some breezes from the Celestial City and smell the spices of the glory land where Emmanuel is King.

Heavenly Father, You see what is hidden from men. Grant discernment and clarity where there is confusion, humility where there is pride, and truth where there are lies. Guard this dear soul from a root of bitterness, make Christ sweet in this bitter season, and help all to walk in integrity before You. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ alone, our only Savior and Advocate, Amen.
