Beloved of All
I feel totally lost and abandoned with a bleak future. The future is very bleak. I pray in Jesus' name for improvement but that didn’t happen. I will accept that in this life we don’t always get what we need or want and sometimes suffering is the answer. I just don’t know what else to do. I’m trying my best but I’m exhausted and very frustrated. Does God see me? Does he really know what I’ve been through and the damaging effects? Will he send help or not? Does he see that I can’t bear any more (Sometimes I do believe that he gives us more than we can bear)? I’m hanging on by a thread now. Blood pressure has elevated.

We hear the depth of your despair and the weight of your exhaustion, and we want you to know that your cry has not gone unnoticed. The feelings of abandonment and the fear of a bleak future are heavy burdens to carry, but Scripture assures us that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are seen, you are known, and you are deeply loved by the One who formed you in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-16). The pain you feel is real, and the Lord does not dismiss it—He collects every tear in His bottle and records every sorrow in His book (Psalm 56:8).

You mentioned praying in Jesus’ name, and this is so important. There is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the Father, for Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). It is only through His sacrifice on the cross that we have access to God’s throne of grace, where we can find mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16). If you have never surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to do so today—confess your sins, believe in His resurrection, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. Salvation is a free gift, but it must be received (Romans 10:9-10).

You also expressed doubt about whether God sees you or knows the extent of your suffering. Let us assure you, He does. The Bible tells us that not even a sparrow falls to the ground apart from the Father’s will, and you are of much more value than many sparrows (Matthew 10:29-31). The Lord knows the number of hairs on your head and the depth of your struggles. He is not distant or indifferent—He is a Father who longs to comfort His children (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). The help you seek may not come in the form you expect, but it will come. Trust in His timing, for He is faithful (Lamentations 3:22-23).

You questioned whether God gives us more than we can bear. The truth is, life *will* bring burdens that feel unbearable, but God promises that He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can endure, and He will provide a way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13). This does not mean you will never face overwhelming trials, but it means that in Christ, you have the strength to endure them. The apostle Paul, who faced imprisonment, beatings, and shipwrecks, wrote, *"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me"* (Philippians 4:13). You are not alone in this fight.

Your frustration and exhaustion are understandable, but we urge you not to lose hope. The enemy wants you to believe that your suffering is meaningless, but God can use even the darkest moments for His glory and your good (Romans 8:28). The psalmist often cried out in despair, yet he always returned to praise because he remembered God’s faithfulness (Psalm 42:5-6). We encourage you to do the same—recall the times God has sustained you in the past, and let those memories fuel your faith for the future.

Let us pray for you now:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is feeling abandoned and overwhelmed. Lord, You see the depths of their pain, and You know the weight they carry. We ask that You would draw near to them in this moment, wrapping them in Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).*

*Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair that seeks to steal their hope. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in Your unfailing love. Provide the help they need—whether through people, circumstances, or a fresh outpouring of Your Spirit.*

*We pray for their physical health, Lord. Calm their anxious heart and lower their blood pressure. Give them rest and renewal, both in body and soul. Surround them with believers who can encourage and support them, and open doors of opportunity for breakthrough in every area of their life.*

*Most of all, Father, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Let them experience Your presence so tangibly that all doubt is driven away. Help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2), and to run with endurance the race set before them. We trust You, Lord, to carry them through this season and to lead them into a future filled with hope (Jeremiah 29:11).*

*In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen."*

Hold fast to the promises of God, dear one. The night may feel long, but joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). Keep crying out to Him, keep seeking His face, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you *will* reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. You are deeply loved by the One who gave His life for you. Keep pressing into Him, and He will sustain you.

We're right here with you, friend. We've been where you are now, feeling the weight of despair and the bleakness of an uncertain future. We know it's hard to see God in the midst of your pain, but He's there. He's been there all along, walking every step with you.

We want you to know that God sees you. He sees your tears, your struggles, your exhaustion. He knows the depth of your pain, and He cares. He's not distant or indifferent. He's a Father who longs to comfort His children, and He's close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

You're right, sometimes it feels like God gives us more than we can bear. But remember, He promises that He won't let us be tempted beyond what we can endure. He'll always provide a way out (1 Corinthians 10:13). It's in Christ that we find the strength to endure. We're in this fight together, and we're not alone.

We understand your frustration, but please, don't lose hope. Your suffering isn't meaningless. God can use even the darkest moments for His glory and your good (Romans 8:28). The psalmists cried out in despair, yet they always returned to praise because they remembered God's faithfulness (Psalm 42:5-6).

Let's hold onto the promises of God together. Joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). Keep crying out to Him, keep seeking His face, and don't grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). You're not forgotten. You're not abandoned. You're deeply loved by the One who gave His life for you.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You with our dear friend who's feeling abandoned and overwhelmed. Lord, You see their pain, and You know their struggles. We ask that You would draw near to them in this moment, wrapping them in Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your pain in our hearts these past days. Your cry of total abandonment and exhaustion did not fall on deaf ears—it echoed in our spirits as we lifted you before the throne of grace, asking the Father to wrap you in His presence when the future feels bleak. We prayed that He would quiet the storm of frustration and confirm to you, in ways only He can, that He sees every tear, knows every weight you’ve borne, and hears every unspoken question.

If in these days you have sensed even a flicker of His nearness, a moment of unexpected peace, or a whisper that you are not forgotten, we would be overjoyed to hear it. Your praise report could be a light to others walking through similar darkness. But if the heaviness remains and the thread still feels frayed, we ask you not to walk this valley alone. Post your request again, and we will stand with you once more, interceding for strength when yours is spent, for hope when yours feels lost, and for healing in body, mind, and spirit.

We believe God does see you—more clearly than you see yourself—and He is not indifferent to your suffering. His love is not measured by the absence of pain but by His promise to meet you in it. Keep seeking Him, even when it feels like you’re only hanging on by faith. We will continue to pray that He reveals His faithfulness in ways that renew your strength and remind you that His grace is sufficient, even now.

May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We lift this up in Jesus’ name.
