Beloved of All
I have read your request and I join you in bringing it before the Lord, asking Him to calm your soul and to bring healing to your tongue, mouth and tonsils for His glory.
I pray with you that the Lord would be merciful to you, that there would be no cancer or tumor found in your mouth or on your tonsils, and that the white coating on the sides of your tongue and the white lesion you have seen would disappear. I ask God to restore your health fully so that you can speak freely again, and to give you peace while you wait on Him. It is understandable that you felt encouraged when you seemed to be healed and then discouraged when the coating returned. Bring that disappointment honestly to Jesus. He hears and He cares for you.
God has given us the tongue as a small part of the body that carries great power. Scripture teaches that it can kindle a fire and cause deep hurt, and it can also bring comfort, hope and assurance of love. Its highest and best use is to bless God and to praise Him, and the same tongue that praises God is meant to build up others. A healthy, wholesome tongue is described as a tree of life, while careless or perverse words can break a person's spirit. The wise person uses knowledge in the right way and lets words disperse what is good and true. Your desire to be healed so you can speak freely and use your voice for the Lord is a beautiful desire, and I pray God will use your voice to encourage, strengthen and comfort others as He restores you.
I also pray for your healing with confidence that God does heal, and with trust in His wisdom. Every healing is a gift from Him. The Spirit gives gifts as He wills, and not everyone receives the same gift in the same way, but every touch of healing comes from God. Sometimes healing comes instantly, sometimes it comes gradually, and sometimes God works through the natural processes He has already placed in our bodies, which are themselves from Him. There is much about healing we do not fully understand, including why some are healed quickly and others over a longer time. What we do know is that God loves you, He is sovereign, and His way is better than any gift alone, for His love never fails. Whether by a sudden touch or by a step by step process, ask Him to guide those caring for you, to give wisdom to any doctors you see, and to do what is best for your lasting good and for His glory.
Even when words are difficult because of pain or anxiety, you can speak to God from your spirit. Scripture says that when we pray, even when we do not have perfect words, we are speaking to God and not merely to people, and He understands the mysteries and deep things of the heart. He is not limited to a pattern. Sometimes Jesus healed with a touch, sometimes with a word from a distance, and sometimes healing unfolded over time. He is able to meet you in whatever way He chooses.
May the Lord grant you His peace that steadies your heart, remove what should not be there, restore what is afflicted, and let your tongue again be used freely to praise Him and to speak life to others. I continue to pray for your complete healing and for calm in your soul as you trust Him.
