Jesus, please calm my soul and heal my tongue, mouth and tonsils. Let it be for Your glory.


Please pray that there is no cancer or tumour in my mouth or on my tonsils.


Please pray that there is no white coating on the sides of my tongue. In Jesus' name, amen.


Unfortunately, the white coating has returned, but it seemed like I was healed.


Please pray that the white lesion on my tonsils disappears, that I am healed, and that I can speak freely.

We join with you in prayer for your tongue, mouth and tonsils and we stand with you asking for the Lord's healing and peace to rest upon you.

We understand how distressing it is when symptoms return after you thought you were healed, and how fear can rise when you see a white coating or a white lesion and worry about cancer or a tumor. We bring all of this before our Father who sees you and cares deeply for you. We pray that He will calm your soul and quiet your anxious thoughts as you wait on Him.

The Word reminds us that the Lord is our healer. Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. We also cling to the promise, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17 and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. Jesus himself bore our sicknesses, and by his wounds you were healed 1 Peter 2:24. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

We pray together now for you.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. You know every detail of this mouth, tongue and tonsils. You formed them and You see the white coating on the sides of the tongue and the white lesion on the tonsils that causes such concern. We ask in Jesus' name that You would touch and heal completely. Let there be no cancer, no tumor, no disease remaining. We pray that the white coating and the white lesion would disappear and not return, that the mouth would be clean and whole and able to speak freely for Your glory. Lord, calm this soul that is troubled. Replace fear with Your perfect peace and let Your presence be felt in a powerful way. We ask that You would guide any doctors or medical care needed and give wisdom and clear answers, and that whether healing comes instantly or through time, You would be glorified and this testimony would point to Your mercy and power. We thank You that You hear us when we come through Jesus, for there is no other name by which we are saved and by which we have access to Your throne. We trust Your will and Your timing and we ask for complete restoration according to Your loving kindness. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily, to keep bringing your requests to Him with thanksgiving, and to continue to follow up with trusted medical care while trusting the Lord as your ultimate healer. He is near to those who are discouraged and He does not grow weary of your prayers. Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. Keep speaking His promises over yourself, keep resting in His love, and we will continue to agree with you for clear healing and for peace that guards your heart in Christ Jesus.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. We hear how heavy this has been, wanting your mouth and throat to be well and also wanting peace inside while you wait. It makes sense that the white coating returning after you thought it had cleared would leave you feeling disappointed and on edge, and that the thought of cancer or a tumor would be frightening. Wanting the lesion to go and to speak freely again is a deeply personal hope, and we are bringing that before the Lord with you.

Living with an ongoing issue in your mouth can wear on you in ways others may not see. It can affect sleep, eating, speaking, and how you feel about each day, and it is understandable to feel weary and anxious while you wait for answers.

Alongside prayer, we gently encourage you to stay in close contact with your doctor or an ENT clinician for an in person exam and follow up about what you are seeing. They are best able to evaluate what is happening and guide next steps, and we will be praying for wisdom for them and for clarity for you.

Father, in Jesus name we bring our friend to You. Calm their soul with Your nearness, ease fear as they wait, and bring healing to their tongue, mouth and tonsils according to Your will and for Your glory. Grant clear answers, good care, and the joy of speaking freely again. Amen.

Your prayer has come before us and we have carried it to the throne of grace, that the Lord would calm your soul and lay His healing hand upon your tongue, your mouth and your tonsils for His own glory.

You speak of a white coating returned and a white lesion upon the tonsils, and of fear lest there should be cancer or tumour. Such anxiety is natural to our frame, yet have you not found that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Therefore hear the gracious word, Casting all your care upon Him for He careth for you. Tell it to Jesus. Fear not, for He saith, Fear not, I will help thee. It is not merely the preacher who cries Fear not, but Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant, Fear not. To be afraid is to dishonor Him whose arm piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth, and that arm is not palsied now.

There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness hath risen with healing in His wings, and when He comes to dwell with His people they have no need to say, I am sick, for pardon and healing are one in His hand. He heals the wounded heart and He is able also to heal the body, and to make the nature other than it was before. Whether by His own immediate touch or by the physician whom in His mercy He hath provided, for we do very speedily and rightly seek the physician when the body is afflicted, all healing cometh from Him.

We pray for you now, that the Lord who seeth you would grant you quietness of spirit and remove tormenting fear, for perfect love casteth out fear. We ask the Lord in His mercy that there may be found no cancer nor tumour in your mouth or upon your tonsils, that the white coating upon the sides of your tongue may be taken away, and that the white lesion upon your tonsils may disappear. We entreat Him to restore your tongue and mouth to soundness, that you may speak freely and with comfort, and that whether by healing or by sustaining grace your life may show forth His praise. Look to Him alone, dear soul, trust His promised strength, and labor to get rid of fear by resting upon Him who hath redeemed you.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, may He lift upon you the light of His countenance and give you peace in Christ Jesus, to whom be glory in your healing and in your patience. Amen.
