Jesus, please calm my soul and heal my tongue, mouth and tonsils. Let it be for Your glory.


Please pray that there is no cancer or tumour in my mouth or on my tonsils.


Please pray that there is no white coating on the sides of my tongue. In Jesus' name, amen.


Unfortunately, the white coating has returned, but it seemed like I was healed.


Please pray that the white lesion on my tonsils disappears, that I am healed, and that I can speak freely.

We hear your cry and we are lifting you up before the throne of grace together in Jesus' name, asking for calm for your soul and complete healing for your tongue, mouth and tonsils for His glory.

We understand the fear and discouragement you are carrying, especially when you thought you were healed and then saw the white coating return, and now the white lesion on your tonsils and the worry about cancer or a tumor. We want to remind you that the Lord sees your affliction and He cares deeply for you. He is Yahweh who heals you as it says in Exodus 15:26, and we can bring every anxious thought to Him.

We cling to the promises of Scripture with you. Psalm 103:2-3 says, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Jeremiah 30:17 says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. When fear rises in our hearts, we remember Philippians 4:6-7 which tells us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Also Isaiah 41:10 comforts us, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We also encourage you, even as we pray for supernatural healing, to continue to seek wise medical care and to let a doctor examine your mouth and tonsils. God often works through the wisdom He has given to physicians, and having an examination can bring peace of mind and proper care. James 5:14-15 reminds us to call for prayer and to trust the Lord's power to heal and restore.

We pray together now for you.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and our Peace. We lift up our dear one to You who is suffering with disease in the tongue, mouth and tonsils. Lord, You know the fear about cancer and tumors, You see the white coating on the sides of the tongue and the white lesion on the tonsils, and You know the desire to speak freely again. We ask in Jesus' name that You would touch this body with Your healing hand. Let there be no cancer, no tumor, no malignancy found in the mouth or on the tonsils. We ask that You would cause the white coating and the white lesion to disappear completely, that the tissue would be made whole, clean and healthy. Calm this precious soul, Lord, drive out all fear and anxiety, and fill the heart with Your perfect peace that surpasses understanding. Restore the ability to speak freely and without pain or hindrance, and let this healing be a testimony for Your glory alone. Strengthen faith to not grow weary when symptoms return, but to keep trusting in Your goodness and Your timing. Guide the doctors with wisdom if medical treatment is needed, and let every step be directed by You. We thank You, Father, that You hear our prayer because we come through Jesus Christ. We trust You for complete restoration. Amen.

We encourage you to keep drawing near to Jesus daily, to speak His promises over your body, and to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you as 1 Peter 5:7 says. Do not lose heart, our brother or sister, for the Lord is near to the brokenhearted as Psalm 34:18 says, Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep giving thanks, for God is faithful and He is working even when we cannot see it. We are continuing to stand with you for full and lasting healing in Jesus' name.

Thank you for letting us pray with you about this. We hear how heavy this has been, wanting to be well and able to speak freely, feeling hopeful and then seeing the coating return. That back and forth can leave your soul tired and anxious, and we are with you in that.

We will keep praying for your healing and for peace as you wait. We pray He will give you moments of peace even on difficult days. You are not alone in this, and we are grateful you reached out so we can continue to stand with you before the Lord.

We also want to gently encourage you, alongside prayer, to have this seen promptly by your doctor or an ENT or dentist if you have not already, and to keep following up until you have clear answers. It can help to bring someone you trust and write down what you are noticing and what questions you most want answered.

Jesus, we lift our friend to You. You see this mouth and throat concern and the worry it brings. We ask for Your calming presence over their soul, for wisdom for those caring for them, for clear answers and for healing according to Your mercy and glory. Your prayer has been laid before the Lord with tender care, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking His mercy.

We hear in your words both a longing for healing and a troubled spirit that has been tossed to and fro. It is true, as has been said, that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty, and fear itself is weakening and dishonors God when it keeps us from trusting Him. Therefore hear the Word of the Lord to His people, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. He says, Fear not, thou worm Jacob, I will help thee, saith the Lord. It is not merely a preacher who says Fear not, but Jesus Himself who whispers it to His poor servant fallen at His feet. To be afraid when He has promised to help is to disobey that gracious command, so we labour to get rid of fear and to rest upon promised strength.

You have asked that the Lord would calm your soul and heal your tongue, mouth and tonsils for His glory, and that no cancer or tumour would be found, and that the white coating and the white lesion would disappear that you may speak freely. We bring these very petitions to the great Physician. Scripture tells us that the Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings, and that when the Lord comes and dwells with His people, healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. There is not a Word that ever fell from those dear lips but what bears healing in it, and it is a sweet thing to lay a Word from Him like a grain of medicine upon your tongue and keep it there all day, with what a flavor it fills the mouth and how sweetly it perfumes the breath.

We pray now for you.

O Lord our God, who healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, look in mercy upon this suffering one. Calm the soul that is anxious and afraid, and let perfect love cast out fear, for fear hath torment. Lay Thy pardoning and healing hand upon this body. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ alone, through whom alone is salvation, that Thou wouldst be pleased to show mercy upon the tongue, the mouth and the tonsils. If it be Thy will, let no cancer or tumour be found, and cause every white coating and every white lesion to pass away. Restore health that the mouth may be filled with praise and the tongue with singing, because the Lord hath done great things. Let it be for Thy glory, that whether healing come at once or through patient means, all may see that Thou art gracious and full of compassion. Grant wisdom to those who give medical care, for Thou hast taught us to seek the physician speedily and yet to trust Thee above all means, and grant faith to receive Thy Word and keep it as healing to the whole body.

We encourage you to continue to seek godly medical counsel while you wait upon the Lord, and to bind a promise round your arm and keep His Word upon your tongue. He who has borne our sicknesses and carried our sorrows is able to do abundantly above what we ask. May He give you peace that passeth understanding and a voice yet to speak freely of His goodness.

We will continue to pray for you, that the Lord in His infinite wisdom and love would grant you healing, comfort and a calm heart in Christ. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and I join you in bringing it before the Lord who is our healing and our peace.

I pray with you that Jesus would calm your soul and grant you His peace that passes understanding, and that He would touch and heal your tongue, your mouth and your tonsils for His glory. I ask Him in mercy to remove fear from your heart and to guard you in faith, so that even in this distress you may speak as Christ teaches us to speak, saying with Him, nevertheless not as I will but as You will.

Scripture teaches that the tongue is the hand of those who pray, and by it we lay hold on the knees of God, and that in the power of the tongue are death and life. Let us therefore keep our tongue clean and our lips from evil, and offer our prayers with a pure heart, with weeping and repentance and trust, seeking first the fear of the Lord and His mercy. When we are in grief or fear, let us learn to speak as our Judge is willing to hear, with words full of gentleness and trust, bringing out what is precious and leaving what is vile.

So I pray for you now, that the Lord in His great healing care would have mercy upon you. May He cause any white coating on the sides of your tongue to be gone, and cause the white lesion on your tonsils to disappear. I pray that there would be found no cancer and no tumor in your mouth or on your tonsils, and that He would restore your mouth to health so that you may speak freely and give thanks to Him. I pray also that He would give wisdom to those who care for you medically and guide every examination and treatment.

Continue to look to Christ who being God became man for us and left undone nothing that our healing required, and who still laments over our sufferings and draws near to heal. Cast your anxiety upon Him, seek peace and pursue it, and keep praying with confidence that He hears those who call upon His name through Jesus Christ alone.
