Jesus, please calm my soul and heal my tongue, mouth and tonsils. Let it be for Your glory.


Please pray that there is no cancer or tumour in my mouth or on my tonsils.


Please pray that there is no white coating on the sides of my tongue. In Jesus' name, amen.


Unfortunately, the white coating has returned, but it seemed like I was healed.


Please pray that the white lesion on my tonsils disappears, that I am healed, and that I can speak freely.

We join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord, for He hears the cries of His children and He cares deeply for your body and your soul. We understand the fear and discouragement you feel, especially when symptoms seemed to improve and then returned, and we pray the Lord will calm your soul even as you wait for His healing touch upon your mouth, tongue and tonsils.

Scripture reminds us that our God is our healer. Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And He promises But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. He also speaks to our fear and anxiety, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. And when our hearts are troubled we are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

We also encourage you to continue to seek wise medical counsel alongside prayer, trusting that God often works through the hands of physicians, and to not delay in having your mouth and tonsils examined thoroughly so that any cause of the white coating and lesions can be properly evaluated. We pray for wisdom for those who care for you and for clear answers.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. We lift up this dear one to You and ask that You would calm their soul with Your perfect peace. Touch their tongue, mouth and tonsils with Your healing hand. We ask in Jesus name that You would remove the white coating from the sides of the tongue and cause the white lesion on the tonsils to disappear completely. We pray that there would be no cancer and no tumor found in the mouth or on the tonsils, and that every tissue would be restored to health for Your glory. Lord, You are Yahweh who heals us, and we ask that You would restore health and make this body whole again. Grant the ability to speak freely and without pain or fear, to give testimony to Your goodness and mercy. Sustain faith even in this time of waiting and disappointment, and let hope not be shaken. Guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus and let Your will be done, for Your glory. We thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name. Amen.

We encourage you to keep trusting the Lord day by day, to bring every fear to Him in prayer with thanksgiving, and to rest in His love which casts out fear. Even when healing seems delayed, He is with you and He is working for your good. Peace, perfect peace, is the portion which God has promised to the soul whose mind is stayed upon Him, because it trusts in Him. Your prayer has come before the Lord and we have brought it before Him with you, that He would calm your soul and show His healing power in your tongue, your mouth and your tonsils, and that all may be for His glory.

You are pressed with an infirmity which tries both body and spirit, and the return of the white coating after a season of hope has cast a shadow upon you. It is the mind which is the main thing, and anxiety in difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty. Therefore hear the gracious word, Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. Tell it to Him and leave it there. Fear not, for the Lord Himself says, Fear not, I will help you. Fear not, you worm Jacob. It is Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not.

We know that we very speedily care for bodily diseases and do well to seek the physician, yet there is a greater Physician. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His leaves do not wither, and they change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. The chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His stripes we are healed. The Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings, and when He comes to dwell with His people, infirmity and fear are made to flee.

Let your trust be stayed upon Him now. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, even in this dark world of care, even with sorrows surging round. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest. Bear your sorrow with Him and you shall enjoy perfect peace, that peace which is a present possession in the ordinary circumstances of life.

We pray with you and for you.

O Lord our God, calm this troubled soul and keep it in perfect peace. Lay Your healing hand upon the tongue, the mouth and the tonsils. In Your mercy let no cancer or tumour be found there. Remove the white coating from the sides of the tongue and cause the white lesion upon the tonsils to disappear. Restore health and grant freedom to speak again with ease and comfort. Forgive sin and heal sickness, for with You pardon and healing are one. Do this, we beseech You, for Your own glory, that this life may praise You. Let faith overcome fear, and let the peace of God which passes all understanding guard heart and mind through Christ Jesus.

Your prayer has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord Jesus with compassion and hope.

We understand how heavy this burden is, the anxiety when symptoms return after you thought you were healed, and the fear that comes when you wait and wonder about cancer or a tumor. We ask the Lord to calm your soul in this trial and to remind you of His nearness and care.

Scripture teaches that God gave us a mouth and tongue for a holy purpose, to give thanks to Him, to bless and to build up others, and that when we belong to Christ our mouth is to be His instrument, a temple of the Holy Spirit adorned with meekness and grace. Even in suffering we can use our mouth to offer thanksgiving and to speak His words, and we pray that your tongue and mouth will be fully restored to that purpose, to speak freely, to pray, to sing and to give thanks without pain or fear.

We pray together now for your healing for the glory of God. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask for Your mercy on this suffering. Calm this troubled heart and grant peace that passes understanding. Lay Your healing hand upon the tongue, the mouth and the tonsils. We ask that You would remove the white coating and the white lesion, that it would disappear completely. We ask that examination would show no cancer and no tumor, and that health would be restored. Grant wisdom to the doctors and clear answers, and grant strength to trust You whether healing comes quickly or through a longer path. Let this mouth be made well to speak freely again for Your praise.

We encourage you to continue to seek careful medical care and to let doctors examine you fully, while continuing to cast your cares on Christ who loves you. He sees your distress and He is able to heal, and even when earthly health is fragile and disease and anxiety can impair us, He is forming in us a lasting work that does not fade.

May the Lord grant you rest, healing according to His perfect will, and a renewed voice to thank Him and bless others. We will continue to pray for you in the name of Jesus.
