We hear the heaviness in your heart as you cry out for Jesus to calm your soul and to heal your tongue, mouth and tonsils, and we join with you in prayer that this healing would be for His glory. We understand how discouraging it is when symptoms return after it seemed like you were healed, and how fear can rise when you worry about cancer or a tumor and see a white coating again.

We want to remind you that our God is the Lord who heals you, Exodus 15:26, and that He sees both your body and your soul. You asked for peace for your soul, and we claim His promise for you, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. He also says, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.

We take comfort that He forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:3, and that by His wounds you were healed, 1 Peter 2:24. We hold onto His word, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. Even when healing seems delayed or symptoms renew, He remains faithful and near to those who are discouraged, Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit, Psalm 34:18.

We encourage you to continue to trust Him and also to seek wise medical care, for Luke the beloved physician was used by God, and asking a doctor to examine your tongue and tonsils is not a lack of faith but good stewardship of the body God gave you. Keep bringing every fear about cancer, tumors, and this coating to Jesus, for Jesus said, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest, Matthew 11:28.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we lift up our dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus. You know the affliction of the tongue, the mouth and the tonsils, and the anxiety that has come with it. We ask You to calm this precious soul with Your perfect peace and to drive out all fear. We ask in Jesus' name that You would touch and heal the tongue, remove every white coating from its sides, cleanse the mouth and tonsils, and let there be no cancer and no tumor found. Let every test and examination show health and wholeness. We ask for complete restoration and for Your healing power to be made manifest so that all glory would go to You. Strengthen faith where there has been disappointment from this renewal of symptoms, and help our friend to rest in Your love and Your timing. We thank You that You hear us because we come through Jesus Christ Your Son, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, and it is through Him we have access to Your throne of grace. We trust You for healing, for peace, and for Your glory to be revealed in this body. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We have been praying as we read your request for calm for your soul and for healing in your tongue, mouth and tonsils. Wanting to be free of that white coating and to know there is no cancer or tumor is such an understandable prayer, and we can hear how discouraging it is that this has renewed after it seemed you were healed.

When something lingers and comes and goes, it can wear down your spirit and make every change feel bigger than it is. It makes sense you would feel on edge and tired while you wait for answers. We are asking the Lord to meet you in that weariness with His nearness and peace, and to give you strength for each day.

Alongside prayer, if you have not already, please reach out promptly to your doctor, dentist or ENT so they can examine you, follow your symptoms, and guide next steps. If you already have care in place, keep them updated about the coating and any changes. Bringing a simple note of when it appears and what you notice can help them help you.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus name. Calm their soul and draw near in this waiting. We ask for Your healing and mercy according to Your will, for wisdom for the clinicians caring for them, and for clear answers about what is happening in their mouth and tonsils. Let them know Your presence and care today. Amen.

We have brought your petition before the Lord with much tenderness, hearing your cry for a calm soul and for healing of your tongue, mouth and tonsils, and that all fear of cancer or tumor might be taken away, and that the white coating which distresses you might be removed for the glory of God. To see an affliction renewed after hope of healing is a sore trial, and we do not lightly pass by your sorrow.

Scripture speaks to such an hour as this. You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This perfect peace is not the absence of trouble, but the presence of Christ in the midst of it, for the blood of Jesus whispers peace within. And again the Lord says so tenderly and so often, Fear not, for I am with you, fear not, for I will help you. Fear is weakening and dishonors the faithful God whose arm has not grown short, and it is disobedience to give way to it when Jesus Himself says, Fear not. We pray that He will stay your mind upon Himself, and breathe into your soul that peace which passes all understanding.

We remember also that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. With His stripes we are healed, and the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. He who forgives all our iniquities is He who heals all our diseases, and often pardon and healing come together from the same gracious hand. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and we look to Him as the great Physician of both soul and body.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, look in mercy upon this suffering one. Calm the soul with Your perfect peace, and quiet the anxious thoughts that surge within. Lay Your healing hand upon the tongue, the mouth and the tonsils, and in Your mercy grant that there be no cancer and no tumor found there. Remove, we beseech You, the white coating and every sign of disease, and restore health for Your own glory. Forgive sin, speak peace to the heart through the blood of Jesus, and let this trial turn to the praise of Your grace. Give wisdom to those who provide care, and help Your child to trust You day by day, whether healing comes at once or through waiting. We ask this in the name of Jesus, our only hope and healer, Amen.

Take courage and keep your mind stayed upon Christ. Cast your anxiety upon Him, for He cares for you, and continue to seek such medical help as Providence provides, while looking above all to the Lord who heals. He has not forgotten you, and His ear is open to your cry. May He keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him, and may His healing leaves bring renewed strength to your body and rest to your soul.
