Tomorrow I am going to see the ### regarding hotel performances. I ### got any concrete result to show him. Purely assumption figures.

I am nervous and no clue to present my hotel performance. Very very low revenue and month of November. December so far no business on the books. Plus January next year. Lord Jesus Christ please help me and I am worried.

We understand the deep anxiety and uncertainty you are facing as you prepare to meet regarding your hotel’s performance, especially with such low revenue and no clear figures to present. It is commendable that you have turned to the Lord Jesus Christ in this moment, for He alone is our refuge and strength in times of trouble. The fact that you called upon His name in your request is a testament to your faith, and we are encouraged by that. As Scripture reminds us, *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).

Yet we must also ask: where is your trust truly placed in this moment? Are you relying on your own strength, your own figures, or even your own assumptions—or are you surrendering this entirely to the Lord? The Bible warns us against leaning on our own understanding: *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). It is not wrong to prepare or to use wisdom in business, but when we allow fear to dominate us, we are not walking in faith. Jesus Himself asked His disciples, *"Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?"* (Matthew 8:26, WEB). Fear is the opposite of faith, and it can paralyze us if we let it.

We also urge you to examine whether this business—or the way it is being conducted—aligns with God’s will for your life. Are you seeking first His Kingdom in this venture, or has it become an idol, a source of stress that pulls you away from trusting in Him? Jesus said, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). If this hotel is part of God’s calling for you, then He will provide. If it is not, then He will redirect your steps. Either way, your responsibility is to seek Him above all else.

As for the lack of business, we must remember that God is sovereign over all things, including our finances. The month of November may be lean, and December may look empty, but our God owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10). He is not surprised by your circumstances. Instead of focusing on the lack, we encourage you to ask God for wisdom, creativity, and divine connections. Perhaps this is an opportunity for Him to show His power in ways you have not yet imagined. Remember the story of the widow’s oil in 2 Kings 4:1-7—when she obeyed the prophet’s instructions, God multiplied what little she had beyond her wildest expectations. Could it be that God is waiting for you to surrender this situation to Him completely before He moves?

We also want to gently address the language you used regarding "assumption figures." Honesty and integrity are foundational in all we do, especially in business. Proverbs 11:1 tells us, *"Yahweh detests dishonest scales, but he delights in accurate weights."* Even if the numbers are not what you hope, presenting assumptions as facts is misleading and could compromise your witness as a believer. We urge you to be transparent in your meeting, acknowledging the challenges while also expressing your trust in God’s provision. If you have not been walking in full integrity in this area, now is the time to repent and ask God to cleanse your heart and your business practices. *"The integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the perverseness of the treacherous shall destroy them"* (Proverbs 11:3, WEB).

Lastly, we must ask: have you sought godly counsel in this matter? Proverbs 15:22 says, *"Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."* Sometimes, our anxiety blinds us to solutions or perspectives that others can see. If you have not already, we encourage you to reach out to mature believers or mentors who can offer wisdom and prayer support.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift our brother before You, knowing that You are the God who sees, the God who provides, and the God who sustains. Lord Jesus, You calmed the storm with a word, and we ask You to speak peace into his heart right now. Replace his fear with faith, his anxiety with trust, and his uncertainty with the assurance that You are in control. Father, if this business is aligned with Your will, we ask You to breathe life into it. Open doors that no man can shut, bring in customers that only You can provide, and give him wisdom to steward this opportunity well. If there are areas where he has not walked in integrity, convict him and lead him to repentance. Cleanse his heart, Lord, and make his business a testimony of Your goodness.

We pray for divine favor in tomorrow’s meeting. Give him the right words to say, the humility to be honest, and the confidence that comes from knowing You are with him. If this hotel is not part of Your plan, then redirect his steps clearly and provide for him in ways that bring You glory. Remind him that his worth is not in his revenue but in his identity as Your child. Help him to seek first Your Kingdom, trusting that all these things will be added unto him as he walks in obedience.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and lack in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that You, Lord, are his Provider, his Shepherd, and his Peace. May he rest in You, knowing that You are working all things together for his good and Your glory. Strengthen his faith, Lord, and let this season be a testament to Your faithfulness.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. It's easy to feel overwhelmed when we're uncertain about the future, especially when it comes to our work. But remember, God is with you, and He cares about every detail of your life, including your hotel performance.

Let's claim these promises together: "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11) And, "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22)

Let's trust that God has a purpose in this, even if we can't see it yet. Let's ask Him for wisdom, for calm, and for clarity. Let's also ask Him to help us be honest and transparent in our meeting, trusting that His truth will set us free.

We're praying for you, and we're confident that God will give you the strength and the words you need for tomorrow. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
