Beloved Warrior
WHO IS LIKE YOU O LORD, AMONG THE GODS?
WHO IS LIKE YOU, GLORIOUS IN HOLINESS,
FEARFUL IN PRAISES, DOING WONDERS?
EXODUS 15:11
IN GOD'S CHARACTER,
AND IN HIS CREATION,
WE SEE HIS MAJESTY
First off, believing in God is not the intellectual pursuit that many are misled in to believing. The Lord seeks only those who truly desire to worship Him. The Bible is replete with verses similar to:
"You worship me with your lips but your hearts are far from me."
One of the greatest sorrows of my heart are those beloved friends who think salvation goes from the head to the heart. Never! As much as I love Him, I still lack the wisdom and knowledge to be able to compare Him to anything, or anyone, on an intellectual/academic level.
He is forever Omniscient in my heart and all of eternity will not satisfy my head knowledge of Him like the knowledge He puts in each and every one of our hearts.
As it was when Jesus said it, so it is still the way of true salvation today.
"Except you are converted and become as little children, you will in no way enter the kingdom of heaven."
