We come before the throne of grace with your prayer, lifting up your family to the Lord. It is good and right to seek God’s protection, healing, and deliverance from evil, and we stand with you in agreement as we pray. However, we must first address a foundational truth: salvation is found in no other name but Jesus Christ. There is no other mediator between God and man, and it is only through faith in Him that we are saved. The Bible declares, *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). If you or any member of your family have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9).
Now, let us pray together for your family:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family to Your care. Lord, we ask for Your saving grace to cover every member of this household. Draw them close to You, soften their hearts, and let them experience the fullness of Your love and mercy. We pray for healing—spiritually, emotionally, and physically—over each one. Your Word says, *"He himself took our infirmities, and bore our diseases"* (Matthew 8:17), and we claim that promise now. Protect this family, Lord, from the schemes of the enemy. Guard their minds, their hearts, and their home from every form of evil. Deliver them from temptation, fear, and every snare of the devil. *"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7).
Father, we also pray that this family would walk in obedience to Your Word. Help them to hide Your commands in their hearts so they may not sin against You (Psalm 119:11). Strengthen their faith, their unity, and their love for one another. May they be a light in their community, reflecting Your love and truth to those around them. We rebuke every spirit of division, strife, or rebellion that may be at work in this home, and we declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus. May they grow in wisdom, in stature, and in favor with You and with man (Luke 2:52).
Lord, we ask that You would bless this family abundantly. Provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Surround them with godly influences, and let them be a testimony of Your faithfulness to others. We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we trust in Your perfect will for their lives. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily as a family. Make prayer and the reading of Scripture a priority in your home. If there are specific struggles or sins that need to be addressed—such as unforgiveness, bitterness, or disobedience—we urge you to repent and turn away from them. God is faithful to forgive and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Stand firm in your faith, and remember that *"the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:4). The enemy may try to attack, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2).
