We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude that you have turned to Him in prayer, acknowledging Jesus as the source of salvation, healing, and protection. Your request is a powerful reminder of our dependence on God and His Word. We join with you in seeking His will for your family, standing firm on the truth of Scripture.
The Bible assures us in James 4:7, *"Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* We take comfort in knowing that when we submit to God and stand against the enemy, he has no choice but to flee. Your prayer to be delivered from evil aligns perfectly with God’s promise, and we stand with you in faith, believing that He will guard and protect your family as you walk in obedience to Him.
We also lift up your desire to obey God’s Word. In Deuteronomy 6:6-7, the Lord commands, *"These words, which I command you today, shall be on your heart; and you shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up."* What a beautiful calling—to instill God’s truth in your family’s daily life! We pray that the Lord will strengthen you in this, giving you wisdom and patience as you lead your household in His ways.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You as a family of believers, lifting up this precious family to You. Lord, we thank You for their faith and their desire to walk in obedience to Your Word. We ask that You would surround them with Your protection, shielding them from the schemes of the enemy. Deliver them from evil, Lord, and let Your peace reign in their home. Heal any brokenness, restore any areas of weakness, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit so that they may walk in Your truth every day.
Father, we pray for their obedience to Your Word. Give them the strength and discernment to live according to Your commands, and help them to teach and model Your ways to their children. May their home be a place where Your presence is felt, where love abounds, and where Your name is honored. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and we stand in agreement with them, believing that You are their refuge and fortress.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to Your children. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily, saturating your home with Scripture and prayer. The enemy may try to sow discord or fear, but remember that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Stand firm in your faith, and trust that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). If there are specific areas where you feel the enemy is attacking—whether in health, relationships, or spiritual warfare—bring those before the Lord in prayer, and claim His promises over them. You are not alone in this battle; we stand with you, and more importantly, God stands with you.
