Today so far things are breaking in my favor, but there's a certain situation on my job {driving people} I call a "scheduling conflict". What happens, is, I'm "Juggling" between 2 people, and one might overrun their time somewhat, and I'm due to pick up another. Now if the other pickup is time-consuming, if I take a chance and go to the airport, that's a half hour each way, so if the first one calls me that they're ready 10 minutes later, do the math, a 50 minute wait. But on the other hand, if that one is not out of, say, the store or dr. by then, I promised the other one 2 weeks ago I'd get them to the airport on time. This situation happens a lot on this job, and because there's uncertainty, and either way one would "complain", it's never "fun." For this to not happen, or if it does, that it works out. I'm just one person and, obviously, I can't be everywhere at the same time.
