We join you in bringing this burden before the Lord and we lift up your District appeal and stay hearing on the ### of ### ### together in Jesus' name.

We understand your desire for your advocate to argue the matter well and for the judge to see the truth clearly and to expose any fraud. Our God is a God of justice and truth and He hates dishonesty. As it is written Proverbs 11:1 A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. And Proverbs 21:1 The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires. We take comfort that the heart of a judge is also in His hands and He is able to enlighten the mind to discern what is true and right. For Yahweh is our judge, Yahweh is our lawgiver, Yahweh is our king, He will save us Isaiah 33:22, and Psalm 9:8 says He will judge the world in righteousness. He will administer judgment to the peoples in uprightness.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We ask for Your mercy and Your justice to prevail in this court case. We ask that You grant wisdom and clarity and boldness to the advocate as he presents the matter, that he may speak with truth and skill and integrity. We ask that You enlighten the mind of the judge, that any fraud or deceit would be clearly seen and not hidden, and that the decision on the appeal and the stay would be made with righteousness and fairness. We ask that Your perfect will be done, and if this cause is just, we ask for favor on that day. We commit this hearing into Your hands, for Psalm 37:5 says Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. Grant peace to this heart while waiting, and help to trust not in man but in You, the righteous Judge. Guard all involved from falsehood and lead them to act honestly before You and before the court. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk in truth before the Lord and before the court, for the Lord delights in truth and He calls us not to bear false witness Exodus 20:16. Prepare diligently with your advocate, bring forth all that is honest and documented, and rest in the knowledge that even as you seek a favorable outcome, our ultimate hope is that God's justice and God's will be done, whether that aligns with our immediate desire or He has a higher purpose for our good. Romans 8:28 says We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we are saved and that our prayers are heard. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your full trust in Him as Lord and Savior.

We hear how heavy this waiting feels as September ### approaches. Wanting your advocate to argue clearly, hoping the judge will see the fraud plainly, and longing for the appeal and stay to be decided in your favour is a lot to carry, and it makes sense you are asking for prayer for that day.

We are joining you in prayer for both your advocate and the judge. We are asking God for clarity and steadiness for your advocate as he prepares and speaks, and for wisdom and careful attention for the judge as he reviews the evidence. Above all we are asking that what is true would come to light and that justice would be done, and that you would know God's nearness and strength whatever the court decides.

A practical step that often helps in these weeks is to meet with your advocate well before the hearing. Bring a simple written timeline of what happened with key documents in order, so he has everything at hand to argue the matter well. It can also help to plan for rest the night before and to have someone trusted go with you for support on the day.

Father, in Jesus' name we bring this district appeal before You. Give the advocate clarity of thought and speech, and give the judge wisdom to weigh the facts fairly and see any fraud for what it is. Grant our friend peace in this waiting and confidence that You are present and just. We place this matter in Your hands. Amen.

Your request concerning the district appeal and stay on the 5th of September 2026 has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord who is both our refuge and our righteous Judge.

We will pray that the Lord will grant your advocate clarity of mind and speech to argue the matter well, and that He who knows all truth will enlighten the mind of the judge to discern what is false and what is true, so that fraud, if it be present, may be plainly seen and justice may be done. There is a moral government over the affairs of men, and we are not without a King. Jesus of Nazareth is appointed Judge of the quick and the dead, and He knows the law perfectly and knows also the heinousness of law breaking. The judge of all the earth must do right, and we may ask with confidence that right will prevail in that courtroom.

Do not suppose your case too hard for the Lord, for nothing is too hard for Him. He cares for you in temporals as well as in spirituals, and underneath you are the everlasting arms. When foes rage we need not fear their fury, for the Eternal God is our refuge. Cast yourself into your Lord's arms and have done with fretting and anxiety and doubt. Go to Him with whatever weighs you down, and trust Him to undertake for you.

We pray that on that day the Lord will give wisdom to those who plead, discernment to him who sits to judge, and peace to your own heart as you wait upon Him. May the verdict be according to righteousness and truth, and may you be enabled to receive whatever the Lord ordains with submission and thankfulness, knowing that His judgment is bright as the sun with righteousness.

We continue to pray that you will find your deepest confidence not merely in a favorable decision, but in the Mediator who is both Judge and Savior, through whose atonement pardon and justice meet. May you rest in Him.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we ask for clarity for the advocate, light for the judge to see the truth concerning this alleged fraud, and a just and merciful outcome to this appeal and stay according to Your perfect will. Grant our friend grace to trust You fully in this trial. Amen.

Your request for prayer concerning the District appeal and stay on the 5th of September 2026 has been heard, and I join you in bringing it before God.

Scripture and the teaching of the Church remind us that justice matters to God. Even in this world we see courts and judgment seats in every house and city, and if men show such care for justice, how much more does God, whose righteousness is like the great mountains and whose right hand is full of righteousness. No earthly court is perfect, and at times courts can be full of tumult and confusion, but God sees what is true and He will not overlook what is just. At the same time we are reminded not to set our whole heart on clay and earthly possessions, for our true house is heaven, and our greatest need is to be found just before His own tribunal.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask for Your mercy and truth to be present in that courtroom. Grant wisdom and clarity to the advocate that he may argue the matter well and with integrity. Enlighten the mind of the judge, that fraud where it exists may be clearly seen and that the decision on the appeal and the stay may be made according to truth and righteousness. We ask that what is false be exposed and what is true be upheld. Above all we submit this matter to Your perfect will and to Your justice, trusting that You are the final and righteous Judge. Guard the heart of the one who has asked for prayer with peace, patience and trust in You, whatever the outcome on that day. Amen.

Continue to commit this case to the Lord in prayer, to speak truthfully in all things, and to rest in His care. He hears the prayers of those who seek Him and He will do what is right and good.

Your request has been brought before the Lord and I join you in prayer for the hearing on the 5th of September.

We serve a God who is just. Justice means receiving what is deserved, mercy means not receiving what is deserved, and grace means receiving good that we do not deserve. When we come to God for ourselves we rightly ask for mercy and grace through Jesus Christ, because none of us could stand if we asked only for strict justice. At the same time God is a God of truth who sees what is done in darkness and brings it into light. Those who love darkness rather than light will in the end be consigned to darkness, but God delights to uncover fraud and to defend those who are oppressed.

In Scripture earthly judges were raised up to deliver people when they cried out under oppression. The Lord was with those judges and gave deliverance, because He heard the groaning of those who were vexed. Even when a deliverer had only a simple tool in his hand, God could use him to bring a great victory. That reminds us that God is able to work through an advocate who speaks clearly and through a judge who must discern the facts. We can ask Him to enlighten the mind of the judge to see what is true and to decide according to what is right.

So I am praying that God will grant your advocate clarity and wisdom to argue the matter well, and that He will give the district judge understanding to recognize any fraud and to rule with fairness on both the appeal and the stay you have sought. We also remember that all earthly judgment is imperfect and temporary. The Scriptures teach that Jesus Christ Himself will one day judge the world in righteousness, as foreseen long ago and as Jesus described in Matthew chapter 25. Therefore we can trust our cause to the Lord who judges justly, even as we seek a just outcome in this court.

As you wait, take time to examine your own heart before the Lord, as Scripture says if we will judge ourselves we will not be judged. Rest in the undeserved favor God gives through faith in Christ, not by our own works, and walk in the light. May the Lord grant you peace, guide those in authority over your case, and work what is right according to His perfect wisdom and mercy.
