We hear your heartfelt cry to be faithful with all that God has entrusted to you, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace. The Word reminds us in Luke 12:48, "To whom much is given, of him will much be required; and to whom much was entrusted, of him more will be asked." This is not a burden but a blessed calling—to steward well the gifts, time, talents, and resources the Lord has placed in your hands for His glory.
Father in Heaven, we come before You with gratitude for the abundance You have poured into this dear one’s life. We ask that You cultivate in them a spirit of humility, wisdom, and wholehearted devotion to You. May they never grow complacent or prideful in what You have given, but instead, may they use every blessing to advance Your kingdom, serve others, and reflect Your love. Lord, sharpen their discernment to recognize opportunities to be a faithful steward, whether in small acts of obedience or great assignments. Guard their heart from the temptation to seek their own glory or to compare their journey with others. Let their life be a living testimony of Your faithfulness, that others may see and give You praise.
We also lift up the areas where they may feel inadequate or overwhelmed by the weight of responsibility. Remind them, Lord, that You do not call the equipped—You equip the called. Fill them with Your strength, peace, and joy as they walk in obedience. When they stumble or fall short, may they quickly repent and receive Your grace, knowing that Your mercies are new every morning. Help them to rest in the truth that You are their Provider, their Guide, and their Reward.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or self-reliance that would seek to hinder their trust in You. Let their confidence be rooted in Christ alone, for "unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1). May they delight in Your will and walk in Your ways, knowing that true success is found in faithfulness to You.
Above all, we pray that their life would bring You honor and that their legacy would be one of unwavering devotion to Your Son, Jesus Christ. May they hear one day, "Well done, good and faithful servant" (Matthew 25:23). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to You and the power to live a life that pleases You. Amen.
