Beloved of All
Your repeated cry for clarity has been heard, and the longing in your words for God to answer and to heal is precious to Him. He is not weary of your asking again and again. He invites you to come boldly to His throne of grace and to make your requests known, and He promises to give wisdom to those who ask Him.
In this season of waiting, it helps to remember that clarity often comes as we walk with Him rather than only as we wait. Scripture shows that Jesus defined His true family as those who do the will of God. When people told Him His mother and brothers were outside seeking Him, He looked at those gathered around Him who were listening and following, and He said that whoever does the will of the Father is His brother and sister and mother. There is a bond in the family of God that can be even deeper than natural family ties, especially when some in our own family do not yet share faith in Christ. That does not remove the command to honor father and mother, which remains, but it does mean our first loyalty and deepest love must be to Jesus. When we put Him first, He brings order to every other relationship, including with a mother and with brothers and sisters, and He can heal the schism and heartache that division in a family brings.
You also asked about healing and about coming to Jesus through His mother. The Bible never encourages us to seek Mary to gain favor with her Son. Jesus Himself asked, who is my mother, to make it clear that access to God is not through her. We do not need another intercessor. Jesus has opened the way Himself, and we can go directly to Him. He alone is the mediator between God and humanity, and He alone is the Healer. The Scriptures present healing as from the Lord today, and many have known His touch in a very real way, sometimes feeling His healing power in the moment. Bring your need for healing directly to Jesus in His name and trust Him as the one who is able.
If you are torn about your mother and your brother and your family, bring each one by name to the Lord Jesus Himself. Ask Him to show you His will step by step, to help you honor your mother while following Him fully, and to build you up in the fellowship of His family, the body of Christ, where you can find close support while you wait. He is faithful to give clarity as you seek to do His will, and to be your Healer in body and soul.
