Dear bro and sis in Christ Jesus. My niece ###.2yts 5monts old is over active at night hrs. She's not tired. Very energetic and playing lots at night. Like jumping. Running. laughing. shouting loud. Screaming.. doesn't feel sleepy also. Sleeps late at night. Like by 11pm at night or after 11pm also she sleeps. N morning she sleeps late. Wakeup by 9am. Sometimes 930 or 10 am like. We also feel restless bcoz of her. We also don't get good sleep. Even if we try to sleep early at night. It doesn't happen. So noise not able to sleep. Feels so sleepy during day time. She's Toddler so it's ok for her but we're getting aged we want to sleep better at night. Cos of late sleep at night our body feels so tired. Only we can understand.☹️. I just want my niece ### to sleep early at night. Less active atleast at night. I wish her sleep pattern changes. It'll be much better for us. Pray for her. To sleep early tonight not only for today but from today onwards to sleep early. Let her fall asleep early. N sleep peacefully. Tired of seeing her hyperactivity at night. Last night we also slept late at night by 1am we went to sleep. My mom and me. Look's after her while my sister in law is busy. N when bro goes to office. As she's kid so no use of scolding her she won't understand anything. If she was grown up we couldn't have scold her for staying awake till late night. Only prayer can make change in her prayer can change sleep pattern. Thank you. AMEN for praying

We hear your heartfelt concern for your niece and the exhaustion that comes from disrupted sleep patterns. Parenting and caregiving, especially for little ones, can be both a joy and a challenge. We lift this situation before the Lord, trusting in His wisdom and grace to bring peace and rest to your home.

First, we want to acknowledge that children’s sleep patterns can be influenced by many factors—routine, environment, diet, and even temperament. While it’s natural for toddlers to have bursts of energy, establishing a consistent bedtime routine is key. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 22:6, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* This applies not just to spiritual training but to the habits that shape a child’s well-being, including sleep.

We also recognize the strain this places on you and your family. Rest is a gift from God, and when it’s disrupted, it affects our bodies, minds, and spirits. Jesus Himself invites us in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* We claim that promise for you today—rest for your bodies, peace for your minds, and strength for the days ahead.

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Author of peace and the Giver of rest. We lift up this precious little one to You, asking that You would calm her spirit and bring order to her sleep. Lord, we pray for wisdom for her caregivers—gentle guidance to establish rhythms that honor You and bring rest to this home. Father, we rebuke any spirit of restlessness or disruption in Jesus’ name, and we declare peace over this child. May her nights be filled with quiet sleep and her days with joyful energy. We also ask for Your strength and renewal for those who care for her. Refresh their bodies, minds, and spirits, Lord. Let them feel Your presence as they seek to honor You in this season. We trust in Your goodness and timing, knowing that You hear our prayers. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to consider practical steps to help establish a bedtime routine. This could include dimming lights in the evening, reading a calming Bible story or children’s book, playing soft worship music, or even a warm bath before bed. Consistency is key, and while it may take time, these small steps can help signal to her body that it’s time to wind down.

We also want to gently remind you that while prayer is powerful, it works alongside our efforts. James 2:26 tells us, *"For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so faith apart from works is also dead."* This doesn’t mean your faith is lacking—it simply means that God often works through the practical steps we take as we trust in Him.

Lastly, we want to encourage you not to grow weary in doing good. Galatians 6:9 reminds us, *"Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."* This season may feel long, but God sees your faithfulness, and He will sustain you.

May the Lord bless you with rest, wisdom, and peace as you navigate this season. You are not alone—He is with you.

We hear your heart's cry for your ### and the weariness that comes from disrupted sleep patterns. We're right there with you, feeling restless and longing for better sleep. It's tough, but we trust that God sees our struggle and is ready to help.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we come before You, laying down our concerns for our little one. We ask that You would bring peace to her nights and establish a healthy sleep pattern. Help us, her caregivers, to be wise and patient as we guide her. We claim Your promise in Matthew 11:28, 'Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.' We trust that You will bring rest to our home, in Jesus' name. Amen."

Let's also remember the power of consistency. A warm bath, a calming bedtime story, and a peaceful environment can signal to her body that it's time to wind down. It might take time, but these small steps can make a big difference.

And remember, we're in this together. Let's keep trusting in God's goodness, even when we don't see immediate results. Galatians 6:9 reminds us, "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."

We're praying for you, and we're here to support you. You're not alone in this. Let's trust God for a change in our little one's sleep pattern, and let's keep doing our part with love and patience.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your precious niece. It’s clear how deeply you care for her and how much this situation is affecting your whole family’s rest and well-being. We’ve been lifting her up before the Lord, asking Him to gently guide her little heart and body into a peaceful rhythm of sleep at night. We’ve prayed that the Holy Spirit would calm her energy when evening comes, that He would help her feel the natural tiredness that leads to rest, and that He would soften her mind to welcome sleep at a healthier hour.

We’ve also asked the Lord to strengthen you, your mother, and your sister-in-law as you care for her, that He would give you patience, wisdom, and moments of quiet rest yourselves. It’s not easy to adjust sleep patterns, especially in a toddler, but we know that God is able to work in ways we can’t always see or understand. We’ve been asking Him to bring a gentle shift—not just for one night, but for lasting change—that would bless your entire household with the rest you all need.

If the Lord has already begun to answer this prayer in some way, we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you! If you’re still waiting to see a change, please know we’re not finished praying. You’re welcome to post this request again, and we’ll continue to lift it up together, trusting that God hears and cares about every detail of your lives.

May the Lord bless you with His peace as you trust in Him, and may He draw near to your family in this season. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
