Please pray for God to help me stop biting my nails and to bring back energy in my life to continue on. I use sharp objects to help in my nail biting and my hands throb in pain when I try to sleep. I must stop biting. I am nearly 44 years old and my nail biting is getting worse than ever before.
 
I am praying for you. Please pray for my wife, Carolyn who is dealing with brain surgery.
 
"I will lie down in peace and sleep, for you alone, O LORD, will keep me safe."

Dear Lord, cjm needs you now because she am full of stress and anxiety. Let her find comfort in reading your Word and take her heavy burdens. Please give her the knowledge to see what burdens are causing her anxiety and nailbiting. We take each burden, one by one, and lay them at your feet. Please carry them for her, so that she doesn't have to. Replace them with your grace and gentleness so that she will find rest for her soul today. Let her receive your gift of peace of mind and heart. Thank you that she can lie down tonight in peace and sleep. In Jesus' name we pray,

Amen.
