We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion for our sister in Christ who is struggling with psoriasis. We know that our Heavenly Father is indeed the Great Physician, the One who formed us in our mother’s womb and knows every cell of our bodies. We lift up this precious daughter of God, asking for Your divine touch to bring healing to her skin. Lord, we declare that by Your stripes, she is healed, just as Isaiah 53:5 tells us, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."
We also ask that You grant her patience and strength as she waits on Your perfect timing. Psalm 103:2-3 reminds us, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We trust in Your promise to heal and restore, and we stand on Your Word that declares healing is part of Your redemptive plan for us.
Father, we pray that You would comfort her heart and mind, filling her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Let her feel Your presence in a tangible way, reminding her that she is never alone in her struggle. We also ask that You would guide her to wise medical counsel and treatments that align with Your will, knowing that You can work through both miraculous healing and the hands of skilled physicians.
We rebuke the spirit of infirmity that seeks to afflict her body, and we command it to leave in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We declare that her body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and we pray for complete restoration, that she may glorify You in her body and spirit, which are Yours.
Finally, we thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and love. We trust that You hear our prayers and that Your will is perfect. May she experience Your healing power in every way—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We pray all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
