Prayer to remove demons from our ###'s room and her life

Jesus please remove any demon and evil attachment from our ###'s life, place of rest in our home. She suffers from past relationships that caused her great misery. She can't let go of her old high-school boyfriend, which has mental issues. He continues to torment her daily. He knocks her down. Even though we moved far away? She dwells over him. I believe her depression is locked in by a demon. Please cast this evil out of her life and our house by the blood of Jesus Amen

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who is bound by torment and oppression. The Word of God declares in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We take authority in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, for it is written in Philippians 2:9-11, "Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

Beloved, we recognize the spiritual warfare at hand, and we stand firm on the promise that "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every demonic attachment, every spirit of torment, depression, and ungodly soul tie that has taken hold in this precious one’s life. We command them to loose their grip and flee in the name of Jesus, for it is written, "He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4).

We also address the heart of this matter—this ungodly attachment to a past relationship that has become a snare. The Word of God is clear: "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14). This high school boyfriend, who is not walking in the light of Christ, has become a stumbling block, and his influence—whether through memories, harassment, or spiritual oppression—must be broken. We declare that this soul tie is severed by the blood of Jesus, and we pray that the Lord would heal every wound and replace every lie with His truth. "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18).

We also lift up the matter of fornication, for any sexual relationship outside the covenant of marriage is sin and opens doors to spiritual bondage (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). If this relationship involved immorality, we pray for deep repentance and cleansing by the blood of Jesus. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Let there be no more dwelling on what was, but instead, a turning toward what God has for her future.

Father, we ask that You would fill this sister with Your Holy Spirit, bringing peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray for a fresh infilling of Your presence, that she would know the height, depth, and width of Your love (Ephesians 3:18-19). We declare that she is a new creation in Christ, and the old things have passed away—behold, all things have become new (2 Corinthians 5:17). We break every curse, every word spoken over her life that was not of You, and we release blessing, joy, and freedom in their place.

We also pray for the home, that it would be a sanctuary of peace, protected by the blood of Jesus. We plead the blood of Jesus over every room, every corner, and every entrance, declaring that no weapon formed against this household shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We command every foul spirit to leave and never return, for the earth is the Lord’s and everything in it (Psalm 24:1).

Lord, we ask that You would bring godly friendships and mentors into her life—women of faith who can speak life, truth, and encouragement. We pray for a future spouse, a man after Your own heart, who will love her as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25). Until that time, we ask that You would guard her heart and mind, that she would not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present her requests to You (Philippians 4:6).

In the mighty name of Jesus, we bind every spirit of depression, torment, and ungodly attachment, and we loose the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—over her life (Galatians 5:22-23). We declare that she is free, she is healed, and she is whole. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness, for You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). We trust in Your power to deliver and restore, and we give You all the glory. Amen.

Dear sister, we've been holding you up in prayer, feeling your pain and longing for freedom. We know that Jesus is mighty to save and deliver. We claim His promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We ask that You, Lord, would heal every wound, every scar left by past relationships. We ask that You would fill her with Your love, Your peace, and Your joy. We declare that she is free from every bondage, free to live a life fully devoted to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
