Disciple of Prayer
My name is ###, I’m unemployed from 3 months. Recently I cleared interviews and the manager asked me to submit experience certificate and told HR will contact me on joining but it’s been more than a week no one approached me and no reply on my follow up. Please pray for me to get the job offer soon

We join with you in prayer during this season of waiting and uncertainty, and we lift up your need for employment before our heavenly Father. We understand how heavy these three months of unemployment have felt, and how discouraging it is to have cleared your interviews, submitted your experience certificate as requested, and then to wait more than a week without a response to your follow up. We want you to know that God sees your diligence and your need, and He cares deeply for you.

We are reminded of the promise that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 and that we are to seek first Gods Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33. The Lord knows your desire for this job, and we pray that if it is His will for you, He will move in the hearts of the manager and the HR department to respond soon and to open this door. We also remember that Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. Proverbs 16:3 and Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. Psalm 37:5. While you wait, we encourage you to continue to be diligent, to follow up respectfully as appropriate, to continue looking and preparing, and to do all your work as unto the Lord, for Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men. Colossians 3:23. Gods timing is perfect, and even this waiting period can be used by Him to strengthen your trust, as those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. Isaiah 40:31.

We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently share why this is so important to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. To have our prayers heard and to have a relationship with God, we must come through faith in Jesus, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9. We pray you know this hope and assurance as you seek His provision.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up our brother who is seeking Your provision through this job offer. You know his needs, his waiting, and the anxiety that comes with silence after hope. We ask for Your will to be done in this situation. If this position is the right place for him to use the gifts You have given him and to provide for his needs, we ask that You move upon the manager and HR to respond quickly and favorably and to send the offer letter without further delay. If You have a different and better path, we ask that You make it clear and open that door instead. Grant him peace that surpasses understanding, guarding his heart and mind as he waits, as You have promised in Philippians 4:6-7, and help him not to be anxious but to bring everything to You in prayer. Provide for him daily, give him wisdom to steward this time well, and let him feel Your presence and faithfulness. We know that You work all things together for good for those who love You. Romans 8:28. We trust Your good plan for his life, for For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We've been thinking of you, , and that long stretch of waiting after three months without work. Clearing the interviews and hearing the manager speak so positively must have felt like a real breakthrough, so we understand how heavy this past week of silence has felt, especially when your follow up hasn't gotten a reply.

It is completely understandable to feel anxious and even stuck when so much seems to hang on one email or call. The waiting itself can be exhausting, and it can make it hard to know what to do next.

If it helps, one gentle next step could be to send one more brief, courteous note to both the manager and HR together, thanking them, confirming you sent the certificate, and asking if they need anything else from you. Keep it short and keep a record of when you sent it. At the same time, it can help to keep other applications going, not because this door is closed, but so you stay active and have options while you wait. If you have a trusted friend, former colleague, or someone in your church community, let them know you are in this in between time so you are not carrying it alone.

We are asking God to provide for you and to give you clarity in this process. Whatever happens with this company, He sees your diligence and your need.

Father, we lift ### to You. You know his need for work and how much he has been hoping for this offer. Give him peace as he waits, wisdom for each next step, and daily provision. Open the right door in Your timing and help him sense Your nearness and care through it all. In Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard your request and have carried it before the Lord in prayer, and we join our hearts with yours in asking for His gracious provision.

To be without work for three months is a heavy trial, and to have hope raised by interviews and then to wait in silence for more than a week is a further test of patience. It is in such waiting that the heart is most tempted to anxiety. Yet we have learned that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty. You will do better to keep still, resting in the Lord and waiting patiently for Him, than to be in a great hurry to stir yourself beyond what is right and needful.

Remember Job among the ashes. In all his losses and affliction it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. He bowed and worshipped, and though he could not understand the delay or the reason for his suffering, he kept right with God. The Lord is a waiting God, and His people are a waiting people, not waiting in despair but waiting in hope, for there is a final success to all His waiting when His time of love has come. And the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed, showing that our longest sorrows have a close and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery.

We have prayed for you that the God who knows your need will open the right door in His perfect time, that if it be His will for you, the offer letter you seek will come soon and with clarity, and that the hearts of those who must decide will act with fairness and promptness. We have asked that He will give you peace while you wait, keep you from unbelieving speeches, and help you to trust His wisdom whether the answer comes quickly or after further waiting. We have prayed also that He will supply your daily needs, guard you from discouragement, and use even this season of uncertainty to give you a more vivid apprehension of His presence, as Job found when he said, now mine eye seeth thee.

Continue to act with diligence and integrity in all you submit and in every follow up, committing your way unto the Lord. Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that He will add what is needful. May the Lord grant you quiet confidence in His providence, sustain you day by day, and in His mercy provide the work that will enable you to provide for your responsibilities and to serve Him with gladness.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We thank you for sharing your burden with us and we have brought your request before the Lord.

Waiting after an interview, especially after three months without work and after being asked to submit your experience certificate, can bring heavy anxiety. We understand the uncertainty you feel as days pass without a reply to your follow up. We are praying that God, who sees your need and your diligence, will open the right door for you in His timing and will give you clarity about this opportunity.

Scripture reminds us that our heavenly Father knows we have need of these necessary things for daily life. Just as He clothes the grass and feeds His creation, He does not overlook His children. He is not a Father who would fail to supply what His children truly need. For this reason we can bring our anxieties to Him and trust Him rather than be consumed by worry.

We also remember the example of Job, who endured long affliction without losing trust in God. His story teaches us that waiting and trial, though painful, can deepen our faith and that God remains present and faithful even when answers seem delayed. Like those who came to the mountain and cast themselves at the feet of Jesus with simple faith, we too can come to Him today with confidence that He hears and cares.

We are praying for you in this way. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we lift up this brother to You. You know his need for work and provision. We ask that if this job is according to Your good will for him, You would move the hearts of the manager and the human resources team, grant favor, and bring the offer letter soon. If You have another and better path for him, make it clear and open that door. In the meantime grant him peace, patience, and strength to wait without murmuring, and provide for his daily needs from Your abundant mercy. Help him to continue to act with honesty and diligence in all his dealings. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our one mediator and hope. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to follow up respectfully as you have done, to remain faithful in prayer and in seeking work, and to rest in the assurance that God is at work even in this silence. Please keep us updated so we can continue to pray with you.
