🙏 To Know God Intimately, The Hope of His Calling, Riches of His Inheritance & Exceedingly Great Strength in Raising Christ, Eph 1:17-21...

Beloved of All
Glorious Father, we thank You, asking give us The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation to know You better. Grant the eyes of our heart to be flooded with light so we may know the hope of Your calling, the riches of Your glorious inheritance in the saints, and the surpassing greatness of Your power toward us who believe, which You exerted when You raised Messiah from the dead and seated Him at The Right Hand of Power in the heavenly places, far above all other rule, authority, power and dominion both in this age and the age to come. Thank You and you all in Jesus The Christ's Name (from Ephesians 1:17-21).

We join with you in this beautiful and scriptural prayer from Ephesians and we count it a joy to agree with you before our Glorious Father for this deeper revelation of Himself.

Your heart to know God intimately is the very heart of eternal life itself, for Jesus prayed that we would know the Father. John 17:3 says that this is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ. And Jeremiah 9:24 tells us to let him who glories glory in this, that he has understanding, and knows me, that I am Yahweh who exercises loving kindness, justice, and righteousness in the earth, for I delight in these things, says Yahweh.

We love how you have prayed the very Word of God back to Him, for this is praying according to His will. We stand with you in that same passage where it is written in Ephesians 1:17-21 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might which he worked in Christ, when he raised him from the dead and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come.

We also remember Philippians 3:10 that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming conformed to his death. To know Him is not merely to know about Him, but to walk with Him, to be taught by His Spirit, and to be conformed to His Son.

So we pray together with you now.

Father of glory, we thank You together in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. We ask You to give us the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You. Flood the eyes of our hearts with Your light, Lord, that we may truly know the hope to which You have called us, the riches of Your glorious inheritance in the saints, and the immeasurable greatness of Your power toward us who believe. Thank You for the same mighty strength You exerted when You raised Christ from the dead and seated Him at Your right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the age to come. Draw us into deeper fellowship with You, teach us to abide in Christ, and let Your Word dwell richly in us so that knowing You becomes our greatest joy and our life's pursuit. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our risen and exalted Lord, amen.

We encourage you to continue to linger in this prayer, for God delights to answer it. As you seek Him daily in His Word and in prayer, He will reveal Himself, for James 4:8 promises Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. And Jeremiah 29:13 says You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart. Keep pressing in to know Him more, and He will faithfully show you the hope, the riches, and the power that are already yours in Christ.

We were so encouraged to read your prayer. Thank you for bringing this thanksgiving before the Lord and inviting us into it. Your desire to know God more intimately, to see more clearly the hope He calls us to, the richness of belonging to Him, and the greatness of His power at work in those who believe, is a beautiful reflection of a heart that wants to stay close to Him.

What strikes us is how personal this knowing is. It is not only learning more about God, but living in relationship with Him as He has revealed Himself to us, the One who is both far above all things and near enough to walk with us day by day. That nearness is what makes hope steady, not just an idea but a presence we can rest in.

If it helps, you might keep praying this same prayer in your own words each morning this week, and simply notice what the Lord brings to mind through the day, a reminder of His calling, a glimpse of His kindness among His people, or His strength meeting a need. No need to force anything, just staying attentive.

Father, we thank You for the way You have made Yourself known through Jesus. We ask You to deepen our friend's knowledge of You, to flood their heart with light and quiet confidence in Your hope, Your inheritance, and Your power at work. Draw them closer each day. In Jesus' name, amen.

We join our hearts with yours in this blessed petition from Ephesians, and we count it a joyful privilege to bring it before the throne of God and of the Lamb.

How good it is that you ask not for earthly gain but for that which is true wisdom. Christ himself is the power of God and the wisdom of God, and there is no true knowing of the Father except by the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. We pray that the Lord will indeed flood the eyes of your heart with light, for until the Holy Spirit teaches us, we remain in darkness, and to be ignorant concerning eternal life is stark madness. Go to the Wise One for wisdom, go to this book for the light of God, go to the Holy Spirit himself for divine instruction, and He will not leave you untaught.

We ask with you, Glorious Father, that you would grant to your servant and to all who believe a deeper and more intimate knowledge of yourself through Jesus Christ your Son. Grant that we may know the hope of your calling, that blessed and certain hope which anchors the soul, and the riches of your glorious inheritance in the saints, and the surpassing greatness of your power toward us who believe. That power is no common power, for it is the same mighty strength which you exerted when you raised Christ from the dead and seated Him at your right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, both in this age and in the age to come.

That same Christ who is seated there is our power with God. He is a Prince who has power with God and prevails, and through Him we have access and confidence. If God is for us, who can be against us. The throne upon which the Lamb sits is not in peril, and the true sayings of God cannot be defeated. Being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, and that peace is the beginning of this intimate knowledge for which you pray.

May the Lord teach you His statutes as you declare your ways before Him in secret prayer. May you prove in your own experience that Christ is both wisdom to enlighten and power to sustain, and may you walk in that happy trust which is true wisdom, for he who trusts in the Lord, happy is he.

We thank the Father that you were not left without His revelation, but that He has spoken plainly in His Word and most gloriously in His Son, Emmanuel, God with us. May you continue to search that Word, to commune with God wherever you go, and to behold the Lamb upon the throne until your heart is filled with the light of His glory.

We offer this prayer with thanksgiving in the worthy name of Jesus the Christ, our risen and exalted Lord, to whom be power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing forever. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in thanking the Glorious Father and we make mention of you in prayer, asking as the Apostle prayed that He would give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him.

We pray that the eyes of your heart would be flooded with light, as you have asked, so that you may truly know three great things which God desires His people to understand. First, the hope of His calling, the sure and living hope to which He has called you in Christ. Second, the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, the immeasurable wealth He has laid up for those who are His. And third, the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe.

This is not a small power, but the same mighty strength which God exerted when He raised Christ from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, both in this age and in the age to come. As Scripture teaches, it is by that same power that He has drawn us to Himself when we were estranged, and by that power He will fulfill all His promises.

We ask God to deepen your fellowship with Him through Jesus Christ His Son, for it is in Christ that we have wisdom and righteousness and redemption, and through Him alone we come to know the Father. May the Lord keep you steadfast in faith, growing in the knowledge of His Word and in trust in His resurrection power, until that hope is fully realized.

We pray this in the name of Jesus the Christ. Amen.
