To keep the West Christian nations

Scruymar

Disciple of Prayer
Please help me praying to God that ###, ###, and ### remain Christian and are not overtaken/dominated by Islam. I am scared about what is happening in ###, ###, and in ### and I pray with all my heart that God saves the West and keeps it Christian. Islam has conquered the East and brought nothing but pain, and I am afraid that it will do the same here. I have seen such savagery in the name of Islam and it terrifies me. Please God don't let the same thing happen to the West. I would rather die than be under Islamic/sharia rule. I want to proudly be allowed to celebrate Christmas, sing hymns and worship God. Not constantly be told that my religion is offensive to Muslims and that I have to stop doing these things in public, whilst they are allowed to openly pray on the streets. Please God help us remain a Christian nation. Amen.

We hear the deep concern and fear in your heart for the spiritual future of the Western nations, and we share in your burden to see God’s truth prevail. Your love for the freedom to worship Jesus Christ openly and without persecution is a righteous desire, and we join you in crying out to the Lord for His protection and sovereignty over these lands. The rise of ideologies and religions that oppose the Gospel is indeed a grave matter, but we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood—it is a spiritual war, and our victory is found in Christ alone.

The Scriptures remind us that God is the one who establishes nations and tears them down, and His purposes will not be thwarted. In Psalm 33:10-12, we read, *"Yahweh brings the counsel of the nations to nothing. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect. The counsel of Yahweh stands fast forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations. Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance."* Our trust must be in Him, not in the strength of men or governments. While we pray for the preservation of Christian values and freedoms, we must also recognize that God often allows trials to refine His people and to draw them closer to Himself. Even if persecution comes, our faith must remain unshaken, for Jesus warned us in John 15:18-20, *"If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. But because you are not of the world, since I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you: ‘A servant is not greater than his lord.’ If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you."*

Your fear of Islamic domination is understandable, especially when we see the persecution of Christians in many parts of the world. However, we must not let fear rule our hearts. Instead, let it drive us to our knees in prayer and to bold action in sharing the Gospel. In 2 Timothy 1:7, we are reminded, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Our focus should not only be on resisting the advance of false religions but on proclaiming the truth of Jesus Christ with love and courage. The Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20 calls us to *"go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you."* The answer to the spread of darkness is not merely political resistance but the light of the Gospel transforming hearts.

We must also examine our own lives and the state of the Church in the West. Have we grown lukewarm? Have we allowed sin, apathy, or worldly values to dilute our witness? In Revelation 3:15-16, Jesus rebukes the church in Laodicea, saying, *"I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were cold or hot. So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will vomit you out of my mouth."* If the Church is to stand strong, we must repent of our complacency and return to wholehearted devotion to Christ. Only then can we be a light in the darkness.

As for the freedom to celebrate Christmas, sing hymns, and worship publicly, we must remember that these freedoms are gifts from God, but they are not the essence of our faith. Even if these outward expressions are restricted, our worship must continue in spirit and in truth (John 4:23-24). The early Church thrived under persecution, and we must be prepared to do the same if necessary. Our ultimate citizenship is in heaven (Philippians 3:20), and no earthly power can take away our hope in Christ.

Let us pray together for the nations of the West, for their leaders, and for the Church to rise up in faith and boldness:

---
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up the nations of the West to Your throne of grace. Lord, You alone are sovereign over the rise and fall of kingdoms, and we ask that You would preserve these lands as bastions of Christian faith and freedom. Father, we pray that You would expose and thwart every plan of the enemy to undermine Your truth and to silence Your people. Raise up godly leaders who will stand for righteousness and defend the values that honor You.

Lord, we confess that the Church in the West has often grown complacent and lukewarm. Forgive us for our apathy, our compromise with the world, and our failure to boldly proclaim Your Gospel. Revive us, O God! Pour out Your Spirit upon Your people, that we may be a light in the darkness, unashamed of the name of Jesus. Strengthen us to love our enemies, to share the truth with gentleness and respect, and to stand firm in the face of opposition.

We pray for those who are deceived by false religions, especially Islam. Father, open their eyes to the truth of Your love and salvation through Jesus Christ. Soften their hearts and draw them to Yourself, that they may know the freedom and peace that comes only from You. Break the chains of bondage and fear that hold so many captive.

Lord, we ask for protection over our freedoms to worship You openly, to celebrate Your Son’s birth, and to live according to Your Word. But even if these freedoms are taken away, give us the courage to remain faithful, as Your servants have done throughout the ages. Let us never value our comfort over our commitment to You.

Finally, Father, we pray for unity among Your people. May we stand together in love and truth, not divided by politics or personal agendas, but united in the name of Jesus. Let the world see Your power through a Church that is holy, bold, and full of Your love.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Amen.
---

Brother or sister, we encourage you to continue standing firm in prayer and in faith. Do not let fear paralyze you, but let it drive you to deeper trust in God. Share the Gospel boldly, live righteously, and remember that our hope is not in the preservation of a Christian culture but in the unshakable kingdom of God. If you have not already, we urge you to be actively involved in your local church, supporting missions, and praying for the salvation of those around you. The battle belongs to the Lord, and He will prevail. Stay steadfast, and may God grant you peace and courage as you seek His face.

We're right there with you, friend, on our knees, lifting up the Western nations to our Father in heaven. We share your concern and fear, but we also share your faith and hope. Let's pray together, shall we?

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, burdened but hopeful. We ask that You would keep the West Christian, that You would protect us from the influences that seek to silence our worship and replace Your truth with lies. We pray for our leaders, that You would give them wisdom and courage to stand for what is right and just. We pray for the Church, that we would rise up in unity and boldness, shining Your light in the darkness.

Lord, we confess that we have grown complacent, that we have taken our freedoms for granted. Forgive us, Lord. Revive us, we pray. Help us to be salt and light, unashamed of the name of Jesus.

We pray for those who are deceived by false religions, Lord. Open their eyes to the truth. Softening their hearts, draw them to Yourself. Break the chains of bondage and fear that hold so many captive.

Thank you. I pray that if enough of us call out then God will hear us.
Your response was beautiful and reminds me that even if they take away my public religious freedoms, they can never take God from my heart, nor force me to give up my faith. Thank you for that.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We have been earnestly lifting up your heartfelt plea before the Lord these past days, standing with you in prayer for the preservation of our Christian heritage and the protection of our nations from forces that seek to undermine the faith we hold so dear. Your passion for the freedom to worship Jesus Christ openly and without fear has moved us deeply, and we have joined you in crying out to God for His mercy, wisdom, and intervention.

We know that the fears you’ve expressed are not born out of hatred, but out of a love for the truth of the Gospel and a desire to see our societies remain rooted in the hope and grace found only in Christ. The images of persecution and oppression in other parts of the world weigh heavily on all of our hearts, and we share your burden for the West to remain a beacon of Christian light in a darkening world. Together, we have prayed for God’s hand of protection over our leaders, our churches, and our future generations—asking that He would raise up bold believers who will stand unashamedly for His truth, even in the face of growing opposition.

If you have seen any encouragement in these days—whether through a renewed sense of peace in your heart, a stirring in your spirit, or even small signs of God’s faithfulness in the world around you—we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could strengthen and inspire others who are equally burdened for our nations. If, however, the weight of this request still feels heavy and the battle seems far from over, we invite you to post it again so that we may continue to stand with you in persistent, united prayer. The Scripture reminds us to “pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17), and we are committed to doing just that alongside you.

Let us also remind you, dear sibling in Christ, that our hope is not ultimately in the preservation of nations or cultures, but in the sovereignty of our God. He holds the hearts of kings and the fate of empires in His hands, and He has promised that His Church will endure until the end of the age. Take courage in knowing that no matter what may come, your citizenship is in heaven (Philippians 3:20), and no earthly power can ever separate you from the love of Christ (Romans 8:38-39).

We will continue to pray for you—to ask God to replace your fear with His perfect peace, to fill you with His boldness, and to remind you daily that He is still on His throne. May you feel His presence powerfully as you seek Him, and may you rest in the assurance that He hears the cries of His people.

We pray all of this in Jesus Name.
