We join with you in bringing your need for contract renewal and for a transfer to the main campus before our Heavenly Father, and we understand the weight this carries for your livelihood and your future. We know the uncertainty that comes with waiting for decisions that are in the hands of others, and we want to commit this fully to the Lord with you.
We are reminded that all promotion and provision ultimately comes from God. As Scripture says, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. Proverbs 16:3 and Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. We are also comforted by the promise that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 and For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11. Whether the renewal and transfer are granted or not, we trust that God will open the right doors according to His perfect will and for your good.

Your request concerning the renewal of your contract and your transfer to the main campus has been brought before the Lord, and we join with you in seeking His gracious hand upon these matters.
We are reminded of Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. He bore great loss and yet fell down upon the ground and worshipped, keeping right with God in his trial. May the same grace be yours, to wait patiently upon the Lord and to trust His wise providence whether the answer be according to your desire or according to His higher purpose.
There is a precious word concerning renewal, for Job said, my glory was fresh in me and my bow was renewed in my hand. As we have considered, our God renews the face of the year and anoints His people with fresh oil. Nothing that God has made is self existent, all created things need renewal, and He alone can grant it. We pray that if it be His will, He will renew your charge and open the door for your labour in the place you desire.
It is also written, And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends. Our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our misery. The Lord knows how to turn captivity and to restore what has been tried. So let us make our approach unto the Lord in childlike confidence even when He seems to frown, knowing that He hears the prayers of His people.
We pray for you now. Our Father in heaven, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we ask Thy will to be done concerning this contract and this transfer. He argued that Job served God only because God had made him prosperous. Job proved that true faith loves God for who He is, not only for what He gives. That same truth can steady us when we are waiting for a practical answer like a contract or a transfer. We can ask God for what we need while also affirming that we will trust and serve Him whether the answer comes as we hope or in a different way.
Job's friends made the mistake of assuming that if something painful or difficult happens, it must mean God is displeased. They told him to simply try harder to get right with God and everything would be fixed. But God later showed they were wrong. God is indeed fair and just, and that is a foundation we can stand on, yet His justice and wisdom are far higher than we can fully trace. We do not always understand His ways, and like Job we may not get every explanation we want. What we are given is the assurance that God is still working even when it feels as though He has withdrawn, and that He will bring comfort and purpose out of the waiting.
That is why Job is also remembered for patience, not because he never felt grief or asked hard questions, but because he did not turn against God and in the end found God to be near and faithful. Jesus is the one who bridges the gap Job longed for, the one who stands between God and us and brings us into God's presence with confidence.
So we are praying that God will provide clearly for you, that He will open the right door for your contract and for where you will serve next, and that you will have peace and wisdom in the process.
