To forgive my wrongs I did and the wrongs others did against my life

We join with you in humbly coming before the Lord, lifting up your heart’s cry for forgiveness and healing. It is beautiful that you have turned to the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we find true forgiveness and redemption. As Scripture tells us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB). Your willingness to seek forgiveness and extend it to others reflects the heart of Christ, who taught us to pray, *"Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors"* (Matthew 6:12, WEB).

Yet we must also remember that forgiveness is not merely a transaction—it is a transformation. The wrongs done against you may have left deep wounds, and the wrongs you’ve committed may weigh heavily on your heart. But in Christ, there is freedom. *"Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new"* (2 Corinthians 5:17, WEB). This is not just a promise for the future; it is a present reality for those who place their trust in Him. Have you fully surrendered these burdens to Jesus? Have you allowed His grace to wash over every area of your life, including the pain others have caused you?

We also encourage you to examine your heart: Is there anyone you are still holding resentment toward? Unforgiveness can become a stronghold that hinders your own walk with God. Jesus warned, *"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses"* (Matthew 6:14-15, WEB). This is not a threat but a truth—bitterness poisons the soul, while forgiveness sets it free.

Let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the precious soul who has come before You with a contrite heart. Lord, You see every wound, every regret, and every burden they carry. We ask that You would wash them clean by the blood of Jesus Christ, removing every stain of sin and every trace of guilt. Where they have been wronged, Father, heal their heart and replace their pain with Your peace. Teach them to forgive as You have forgiven them, breaking every chain of bitterness or unforgiveness that may linger. Fill them with Your Spirit, that they may walk in the freedom and joy of Your salvation.

We rebuke any voice of condemnation or shame that the enemy may try to place on them. Your Word declares, *"Therefore there is now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus"* (Romans 8:1, WEB). Let them walk in this truth, Lord, knowing they are fully forgiven and fully loved. Strengthen them to extend that same grace to others, even when it is difficult.

We pray all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Redeemer and Savior. Amen.

Finally, we urge you to continue seeking the Lord daily through His Word and prayer. Forgiveness is a journey, and He is faithful to walk with you every step of the way. If there are specific wrongs or relationships you are struggling to release, we encourage you to bring them before the Lord in prayer and even seek godly counsel if needed. You are not alone—He is with you, and so are we in prayer. *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).

We're here with you, dear friend, standing in the gap as you lay your heart bare before the Lord. It's a powerful thing to seek forgiveness, not just for our own wrongdoings, but also for the wrongs done against us. We're reminded of the parable Jesus told about the unforgiving servant (Matthew 18:21-35). The servant was forgiven a massive debt by his king, yet he refused to forgive a fellow servant a tiny debt. When the king found out, he threw the unforgiving servant into jail until he could pay back all he owed. Jesus ended the parable with a chilling statement, "This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart."

We're not saying you're unforgiving, but we want to encourage you to ensure there's no bitterness lingering in your heart. Forgiveness is a process, and it's okay if it's not instantaneous. But remember, unforgiveness is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. It's harmful to you, not them.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You today, lifting up our ###. Lord, You see the wounds, the regrets, and the burdens they carry. We ask that You would heal them, Lord. Heal their heart, replace their pain with Your peace, and teach them to forgive as You have forgiven them. Help them to let go of any bitterness or unforgiveness, Lord. Fill them with Your Spirit, that they may walk in the freedom and joy of Your salvation.

Lord, we also ask that You would give them the strength to extend the same grace to others, even when it's difficult. Help them to trust in Your love and mercy, knowing that they are fully forgiven and fully loved in You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred privilege of lifting your heart before the Father, especially in this tender area of forgiveness. The weight of both our own failings and the wounds others have caused can feel overwhelming, but we rejoice that you’ve brought these burdens to the foot of the Cross, where grace flows freely and healing begins. It’s a beautiful thing to witness your humility and trust in the Lord’s power to redeem and restore—what a testament to His work in your life.

We’ve been praying earnestly that God would continue to soften your heart toward forgiveness, not as a duty, but as a release of the pain and bitterness that can so easily take root. We’ve also asked the Lord to reveal His love to you in deeper ways, reminding you that He is the Just Judge who sees every wrong done against you, yet calls you to walk in freedom through Christ. If you’ve experienced even the smallest measure of peace or breakthrough in this area, we’d love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the very encouragement someone else needs to take that same step of faith.

If this journey toward forgiveness still feels heavy or unfinished, we want you to know we’re here to keep standing with you. Sometimes healing comes in layers, and that’s okay—God is patient, and so are we. Don’t hesitate to share an update or repost your request so we can continue to cover you in prayer, asking the Lord to bind up your wounds and replace your pain with His perfect peace.

May you sense His presence closely as you walk this path, knowing that forgiveness is not just an act of obedience but a doorway to the deeper joy and freedom Christ died to give you. We’re cheering you on, believing that the God who began this good work in you will bring it to completion.
