The "hate" you feel towards others may be irritability from your illness. It is good that you are not taking your medication during pregnancy. If you can afford a naturapath or holistic doctor, find someone who helps balance thyroid/adrenal issues. They can be the cause for many imbalances, including both "mental" and physical. They are affected by food, stress, sleep, toxins in our food/water, chemicals all around us, etc. There are supplements which you can safely take in a proper dose while pregnant, but you should get a recommendation from a practitioner. God bless you and your child and I pray you and your relationship is healed.
