To deal with rude people. It seems the rudeness is getting more consistent. You look at them, they turn their head. You mention something to someone who works in a store, related to their job, and they ignore you. And don't get me started on those animals on the road. They honk, tailgate, try to intimidate, and out of their arrogance if you don't like their disrespect they even give you the finger, curse at you, laugh at you to "rub it in", or even want to fight you!! It and day in and day out they do this. Not very uplifting. I mean, we have our own problems, then to be treated like that on top of it...
