We understand that you are facing a difficult situation, and we want to stand with you in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to commend you for praying in Jesus' name. Just as it says in the Bible, God has highly exalted Him and given Him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth Philippians 2:9-10 WEB. Just as it says in the gospel of John, You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it John 14:14 WEB.
In times of financial struggle, it's important to remember that God is our provider and that He cares for our needs. As it is written, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Matthew 6:31-33 WEB.
We pray that God will remind the college of your hard work and intervene so you receive your deserved salary. We also pray that God will provide for your children's fees in this trying time. Remember the words of Paul, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 WEB.
However, we also want to encourage you to take appropriate actions besides praying. It's important to communicate with the college authorities about your unpaid salary and your current situation. As it is written, If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him James 1:5 WEB.
Lastly, we want to remind you to be content and joyful in all circumstances. As it is written, Not that I speak because of need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content Philippians 4:11 WEB. Remember that God is faithful, and He will see you through this challenging time.
