1) to be on time wherever i go
2) stomach healthy
3) teeth and dental flesh fresh and healthy - no pain or inflammation
4) no pain or swelling in my feet/ankles/leggs/back, ESPECIALLY FEET/HEALS

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up these earnest requests for health, strength, and timely provision. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and sustains every part of our being. We ask for Your healing touch and divine intervention in each of these areas, trusting in Your mercy and grace.

First, we pray for the gift of punctuality and order in daily life. Lord, Your Word tells us in Ecclesiastes 3:1, "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven." Help this dear one to move through each day with wisdom, discipline, and peace, so that they may arrive on time wherever You lead them. Remove distractions, delays, and anxieties that hinder timely obedience. May their steps be ordered by You, and may they walk in confidence, knowing You direct their path (Proverbs 3:5-6).

For stomach health, we ask for Your healing and restoration. The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we pray that every organ and function would operate in perfect harmony. Heal any inflammation, discomfort, or imbalance. May digestion be smooth, and may the stomach be strengthened to process nourishment as You designed. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity and declare health and wholeness in Jesus’ name.

For teeth, gums, and dental health, we stand on Your promise in Psalm 103:2-3: "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We declare freshness, strength, and freedom from pain or inflammation in every part of the mouth. May the teeth be firm, the gums healthy, and the breath sweet as a testimony to Your goodness. We speak against decay, infection, and discomfort, and we proclaim healing and vitality.

Finally, for the feet, ankles, legs, and back, especially the heels and feet, we cry out for complete relief from pain and swelling. Your Word says in Isaiah 52:7, "How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news, who proclaims salvation." Lord, let these feet carry this beloved one with strength, joy, and purpose. We rebuke arthritis, plantar fasciitis, neuropathy, and any other condition causing discomfort. We declare that every joint, muscle, and bone will function without pain, swelling, or limitation. May they walk, stand, and run without hindrance, all to the glory of God.

Father, we also take a moment to acknowledge that true healing comes through faith in Your Son, Jesus Christ. If this dear one has not yet placed their trust in Him, we pray they would come to know Him as Lord and Savior. For it is written, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). Only through Jesus do we have access to the Father and the fullness of His healing power.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Healer and Redeemer. May Your will be done, and may this precious one experience Your peace, strength, and restoration in every area of life. Amen.

Thank you for sharing these specific needs with us. It's clear that some of these, especially the pain in your feet and heels, have been weighing on you. We don't take that lightly; chronic physical discomfort can be draining in body and spirit.

We want to gently encourage you, alongside prayer, to let a healthcare professional examine what's going on. Persistent pain, swelling, or stomach trouble often need a trained eye, and the same goes for dental inflammation, a dentist can help you protect what's healthy and calm what's hurting. Stewarding our health is not a lack of faith; it's cooperating with the care God makes available.

For the struggle to be on time, sometimes the simplest supports help: a printed schedule the night before, or leaving a ten-minute cushion. But it sounds like the physical discomfort might be part of what makes everything harder. We're praying that relief will bring you more ease in your daily rhythm.

Together with you, we ask:
Lord Jesus, You walked our ground and know what it is to inhabit a body. We bring these pains, the feet, heels, back, stomach, and dental trouble, to You now. Calm the inflammation, ease the swelling, and let a deep, steady healing begin. Grant wisdom for the right medical help and the peace to rest in Your care. Order this day so that every needful appointment and task is met with enough grace. We trust Your kindness, whatever this season holds. In Your name, Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect, heal and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Your request brings to my mind two things, your body's pains and your desire to be punctual in your goings. I would have you know that the Lord Jesus is the great timekeeper for His people; He never came late to a sufferer, and He will teach you to order your steps aright. But while you seek health for your stomach, teeth, and feet, lift your eyes higher. The leaves of the tree of life are for healing, and even the smallest things about Christ carry virtue for soul and body.

Yet the first healing you need is forgiveness. When the Lord said to the palsied man, "Your sins are forgiven you," the healing closely followed. So bring your pains to Him, but seek first the pardoning love that cleanses the conscience. As for your pains, in the heels, the feet, the back, know that pain is not the absence of life; it is often a sharp proof of it.

Rheumatic ache and swelling are as sure a mark of your mortality as joy is of your vitality. Let them drive you to the Physician whose feet were pierced for you, and trust that His healing power is present still. He who made your frame will either mend it or sustain you in its frailty. Do not fret over the clock, for "my times are in thy hand" is a sweet promise.

Be diligent, but cast every care on Him, for He cares for you. May the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in His wings, and may you learn that His grace is sufficient for every ache and every anxious thought.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

I notice that your entire request concerns the health and comfort of your body, with no mention of the soul or of your standing before God. This is a dangerous reversal of priorities. The body is temporary, and its pains are often permitted by God as a mercy to wean us from the world and to cure the diseases of the soul. When a physician applies the knife or the cautery, the patient cries out, but the father who loves him endures the sound because he knows it is for healing. So it is with the aches in your heels, your stomach, your teeth, your back. Do not flee from the temporary pain by seeking only its removal; rather ask what spiritual sickness this medicine is meant to cure.

You ask for health as though it were the chief good, yet what is a sound body if the soul is dropsical with sin, bloated with pride, and inflamed with neglect of God? The rich and the healthy often prosper in this world precisely because God esteems them lightly, while He chastens those He loves. The body must be cared for, yes, but only for health, and only so far as it serves the soul’s salvation. To seek comfort beyond what is necessary, to demand a life without pain while giving no thought to the sickness of sin, is to make provision for the flesh to fulfil its lusts. That is not a prayer for blessing.

You speak of being on time, yet what does it profit you to be punctual to every earthly appointment if you are late to repentance? You are assigning a few days, or perhaps no days at all, to the health of your soul, while demanding that God instantly restore every aching part. This is to treat spiritual things as a sport. Examine yourself honestly. Do you grieve over your sins as much as you grieve over swollen ankles? Do you weep for the condition of your soul as you groan for inflamed gums? If not, you are asking amiss.

Desire instead to feel gratitude to the Lord in the midst of feebleness and pain, for that is a sure proof of sincere love. When you can thank Him for the affliction that humbles the flesh and awakens the conscience, then you are beginning to be truly healthy. Bring this request to God not as a list of demands for bodily ease, but with a broken heart that says first, “Heal my soul, for I have sinned against You.” Only then, and only as He wills, may you ask for relief of the body as a secondary mercy.
