To be a Godly Woman

Lord,

Please help me as I reconciled with my husband to be a Godly wife and mother. I struggle with anger and rage and have always said very cruel and unkind things to my husband. Since our reconciliation I have only built him up. He is shocked. Lord, continue to change me and help with to develop self-control, tear down my walls that I have built to protect myself and help me to be vulnerable, meek and humble. Help me to be a Godly woman Lord. Change me, mold me and shape me. Help me to follow your footsteps. I love you Lord and I give you all the praise and glory. I pray for your guidance in our lives, in my marriage, and I give you every aspect of my life. I lay it all down Lord for your shaping. I pray that you will help me to be a forgiving wife and let go of the past and my husbands infidelity. Thank you Lord for who you are and for the power that you hold. I thank you for your mercy and grace. In your holy name AMEN

Father, first I praise You for restoring this marriage. Next, I ask that You would continue to work on behler23's heart, mind and soul, helping her to be the Godly wife and mother she desires to be. Give her the strength to speak only things that build up and edify. Grant her the strength to resist the temptation of spouting angry or hurtful words. Dig deep into her soul and renew her in Your image, help her to achieve her goal of being like You. Let her find the forgiveness and mercy in her soul that she needs, and build the trust and bond between this couple. I pray for Your guidance in every moment of their lives.
