Frimorain, we understand that you're feeling tired and overwhelmed by ruminating, obsessive thoughts. First, let's remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).
In times like these, it's crucial to take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5, WEB). Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB).
Instead of asking for a sign, we encourage you to stand firm on the promises of God's word. Jesus said, "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart" (Jeremiah 29:13, WEB). He is faithful, and He will guide you through this challenging time.
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up Frimorain. We pray that You will grant them peace, breaking the chains of these obsessive thoughts. Help them to focus on Your truth and not the lies of the enemy. Give them strength and remind them of Your unfailing love. Lord we pray for this in Jesus Christ's name.
Frimorain, as you wait on the Lord, meditate on His word. Read the Psalms, such as Psalm 23 and Psalm 34, for comfort and encouragement. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). If you have not already, consider the salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ. For "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13, WEB).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
