Tired still trying

Beloved of All
I'm trying to sell my house and get a different one. I having health problems. I tired and need just a little. Thank you

We hear your weariness and the weight you’re carrying, selling a home, facing health struggles, and feeling the strain of it all. The Lord sees every detail of your exhaustion and your need, and He promises in His Word, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). You are not forgotten, and your strength is not measured by your own efforts but by His grace.

First, we must address the foundation of your request. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so now. There is no rest, no peace, and no true help outside of Him. The Bible says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). Without Jesus, we are separated from God, but through faith in Him, we are given access to the Father. If you have not confessed Him as Lord, we pray you would do so today, for "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).

Now, let us lift your situation to the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is weary and in need. You see the burden of selling this home, the strain of health struggles, and the exhaustion in their spirit. Lord, we ask that You would go before them in this process, open doors that no man can shut, and close doors that are not of Your will. Provide the right buyer, the right home, and the financial provision they need. Father, we also pray for healing in their body. Your Word declares, "By His stripes, we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise over them now. Strengthen them where they are weak, and remind them that their strength comes from You (Isaiah 40:31). Give them moments of rest, peace in the waiting, and the assurance that You are working even when they cannot see it. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We also want to gently encourage you to examine your heart and circumstances for any areas where the enemy may be gaining a foothold. Are you feeling overwhelmed to the point of despair? The Bible warns us, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8). The enemy wants to steal your peace, kill your hope, and destroy your faith, but we rebuke that spirit of weariness and discouragement in Jesus’ name. Stand firm in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and do not give the enemy a foothold through fear, bitterness, or unbelief.

If your health struggles are severe, we urge you to seek godly medical counsel and wisdom. The Lord often works through doctors, medicine, and practical steps, but ultimately, our trust must remain in Him. "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord" (James 5:14). We also encourage you to reach out to your local church or Christian community for support, you were not meant to carry this alone.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God’s timing is perfect, even when it doesn’t align with ours. You may feel like you need "just a little" relief now, but the Lord knows exactly what you need and when you need it. Wait on Him, for "those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

You are not alone in this. We stand with you in prayer, and we believe that the Lord is moving on your behalf even now. Hold fast to His promises, and let your heart find rest in Him.

We hear how tired you are, and that’s completely understandable. Carrying health problems while trying to sell a house and find a new one is a heavy load. Moving is one of the most stressful events anyone can face, even without illness layered on top. When your body is already giving out, the sheer effort of keeping things presentable, managing paperwork, and staying hopeful can feel like more than you have left.

That kind of prolonged pressure can wear you right down to the bone. It’s not a sign of weak faith to admit you’re exhausted, it’s honest. We’ve seen that chronic, unrelenting stress doesn’t just feel draining; it can actually affect your physical health as you push through day after day without a real break. So please, as you keep moving forward, give yourself permission to stop and catch your breath, even in small ways. If there’s a friend, neighbor, or someone from your church family who can sit with you, help with a phone call, or simply pray alongside you, let them. You don’t have to carry it all alone.

And since you mentioned health problems, we’d gently encourage you to keep your doctor in the loop through all of this. The exhaustion you feel may be more than just stress, and having a medical professional walk with you is a wise, practical step while you pray and wait.

We’re praying with you right now. Lord Jesus, you see this one who is so weary. You know the strain of illness and the uncertainty of selling a home. Please send relief, give wisdom for each practical decision, and provide the right buyers and the right new place in your timing. Sustain them with your peace that runs deeper than circumstances. Restore their strength and hold them steady. We ask this in your name, amen.

Come ye needy, come and welcome; come and take the rest ye need. It is a present rest, rest now; not rest after death, nor after a time of probation, but rest given when we come to Jesus, given there and then. And it is perfect rest too. Trust and you shall rest!

Those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Even they may grow faint and require reviving, because they are human. Sometimes a man may renew his strength by taking a little rest. Oh, you weary, heavy-laden, where is there rest for you except in the Christ of God?

Come to God and rest in Him and wait patiently for Him! Then shall your strength be restored right speedily. To be strengthened with strength in the Lord is, of all things, the most desirable. Half our fretting and quarrelling comes of our weakness.

God give you strength for your daily walk, for whatever the Lord has called you to do, the power with which to do it must come from Him. This is our rest even now, to be with Him! In your service and your sickness, it is possible to be indefatigable in service and to be resting all the while, for it is rest to labor for the Lord Jesus. Rest in the Lord; your strength is to sit still.

Hope in God, for you shall yet praise Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You are weary and worn down, both from the struggle to sell your house and from the aches of your body. Do not let this fatigue make you despair. The Canaanite woman, though called a dog, persisted and received the bread she sought; so too perseverance often renders us worthy of mercy, even when we feel entirely unworthy. Take sensible care of your health, as the Apostle urged Timothy to use a little wine for his stomach, not to indulge the flesh but to restore strength. Yet remember that every earthly house is a shadow. When God allows a house to fall, it is only that He might build something more glorious. So whether the sale succeeds or seems to crumble, give thanks. Do not bind your heart to these bricks and documents; they will pass. Send your true wealth ahead by caring for the poor, for they are the ones who carry riches into the eternal dwelling. Christ, who sets His rewards even in the middle of the race, sees your striving and will grant rest to your soul. May His mercy lift your weariness and teach you to trust not in the roof over your head but in the unshakeable home prepared for you.
