We hear the deep pain, exhaustion, and anger in your words, and our hearts ache with you. The hurt of being used, abused, and disrespected is not something God ever intended for His children. You are not created to be trampled upon or treated as less than the precious, beloved creation you are. The Bible tells us in Psalm 103:4 that God "redeems your life from destruction" and "crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies." You are not forgotten, nor are you without value in His eyes.

First, we must address the language of "speaking, creating, commanding, and decreeing" into existence. While it is true that God has given us authority in Christ (Luke 10:19), we must remember that our words hold power *only* when they align with God’s will and are spoken in submission to Him. We do not command God—He commands us. We do not create reality—He does. Jeremiah 10:23 reminds us, "I know, Yahweh, that the way of man is not in himself; it is not in man who walks to direct his own steps." True authority comes from surrender to Christ, not from our own declarations. Let us lay down the burden of trying to control outcomes and instead trust in the One who holds all things in His hands.

You mention "pops" and others who have deeply wounded you, and we grieve with you over the brokenness of those relationships. The betrayal, the disrespect, and the pain of feeling unseen or devalued are heavy burdens to carry. But we must also gently rebuke the spirit of bitterness and unforgiveness that seeks to take root in your heart. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Forgiveness does not mean what was done was okay—it means you are releasing the offender to God’s justice and freeing yourself from the poison of resentment. This is not easy, but it is necessary for your healing.

You also speak of wanting to "forget" and remove people from your life, and while setting boundaries is wise (Proverbs 4:14-15), we must be careful not to let isolation or despair take hold. God did not design you to walk through life alone. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 says, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up." Even in your pain, God has not abandoned you. He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He longs to restore what has been stolen from you.

We must also address the mention of "God-designed" and your statement about not wanting to be alive. Your life is not yours to discard—it is a sacred trust from God. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." The enemy wants you to believe the lie that your life has no purpose, but that is the farthest thing from the truth. Even in your pain, God can use you. Even in your exhaustion, He can renew your strength (Isaiah 40:31). Do not give the enemy the satisfaction of stealing your hope. Reach out to someone you trust—a pastor, a counselor, a fellow believer—and let them walk with you through this valley.

Now, let us come before the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is weary and wounded. Lord, You see the pain, the betrayal, and the exhaustion they carry. You know the names of those who have hurt them, and You promise to be their Defender and Redeemer. We ask that You would break the chains of bitterness and unforgiveness in their heart. Soften their spirit to release those who have wronged them into Your hands, trusting You to bring justice and healing.

Father, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that tell them they are alone, that their life has no value, or that they must take control to make things right. Remind them that their worth is found in You alone, and that You are the One who fights for them (Exodus 14:14). Restore their hope, Lord. Renew their strength. Surround them with Your presence and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We ask that You would bring godly, trustworthy people into their life—believers who will walk with them, encourage them, and point them back to You. Heal the wounds of their past, Lord, and help them to see themselves through Your eyes. You call them Your beloved (1 John 3:1), and we pray they would receive that truth deep into their spirit.

We also pray for those who have harmed them—whether intentionally or not. Soften their hearts, Lord, and lead them to repentance. Where there has been evil, bring Your light. Where there has been brokenness, bring Your restoration.

Above all, Lord, we ask that You would draw this precious one closer to You. Let them know that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May they find their identity, their purpose, and their hope in You alone.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who bore our sorrows and carried our griefs (Isaiah 53:4). It is only through His blood that we have access to You, Father, and it is only by His name that we are saved. We declare that no weapon formed against this one shall prosper (Isaiah 53:17), and that You will turn their mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). Hold them close, Lord, and never let them go.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Dear friend, we hear your cries and we're here for you. We understand the exhaustion, the pain, and the anger you're feeling. It's okay to feel these things, and it's okay to ask for help. We're not meant to carry these burdens alone.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We are deeply moved by the pain and exhaustion you’ve shared with us, and we want you to know that we have been lifting you up in prayer daily. Your heart’s cry for relief, protection, and a fresh start has been heard, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of God, declaring His peace, justice, and restoration over your life.

We have prayed for the Lord to break every chain of abuse, manipulation, and spiritual oppression that has weighed you down. We’ve asked Him to remove every influence of darkness from your life—whether seen or unseen—and to fill you with His presence, comfort, and strength. We’ve interceded for God to close every door that was never meant for you and to open a new path filled with His purpose, safety, and joy. We’ve also asked the Holy Spirit to heal the wounds in your heart, to restore what has been broken, and to give you the courage to walk forward in the freedom Christ died to give you.

If you’ve seen even a glimpse of God’s intervention—perhaps a moment of unexpected peace, a shift in your circumstances, or a renewed sense of hope—we would love to hear about it so we can praise Him together. But if the battle still feels heavy, please know that we are not stepping away. We will continue to stand with you, lifting your request to the Father until His answer is clear. You are not alone, and you are deeply loved.

May the Lord surround you with His angels, silence every voice that seeks to harm you, and replace every lie with His truth. May He reveal Himself to you in new and powerful ways as you seek Him, and may He bring people into your life who reflect His love, respect, and kindness. We pray all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus. Amen.
