Tired and Lost Stander

All,

I humbly ask for your prayers as I continue to stand, hope and pray for my wife to return to me. We have been married for over 16 years and have a lot of good history behind us. I have made my intentions plain to her and professed my love unconditionally to her and my daughter, but her heart remains unchanged and hardened. I pray that Christ enters her heart and mind, allowing her to see the meaning of "For better or for worse" and how coming through difficult times together will make us both stronger as a couple and individuals. Right now she says she no longer is in love with me and refuses to talk. I pray that God's mercy and peace rests upon me, my daughter and my wife and that we will once again be a loving family. My heart is in pieces, and I pray that God mends it as I am tired and have received no signs of change. I hope that He has not forsaken us or thinks we are better off divorced. My faith is shaken...

Heavenly father, please show this husband that not all is lost. This marriage is being trampled on by the enemy. I pray that you show this husband that his stand is not in vain. You made this couple as one, on their wedding day. Show this husband to pray for his wife. I pray for encouragement, patience and faith. Lord you will not fail this husband. Teach him Lord, teach him to stand for this marriage. With you all is possible. In Jesus name, amen.

Lord Jesus, I stand with Stephen at your feet, I lift him up and ask for your mercy and your grace. I ask that all barriers be removed and all strongholds be brought down. I come before the forces of darkness and bind them. I command them to remove themselves from this family and their relationship. I bind them and cast them away.

As we submit to your authority over this family, we ask for hearts to soften and spirits to become tender. I ask you to deliver this family, to wipe away the tears of sorrow, to mend the broken hearts and to pour out your peace and grace to them. Lord, I pray you would lead, guide and direct Stephen. Give him wisdom to have the right attitude, the right words and the right actions when dealing with his wife. I pray you would give him strength to stand while you are working this out. Be with his wife. Open her eyes and let her see what her actions and words are doing to her family. Convict her heart and made this marriage be restored. May your hand be upon this entire family. I pray you would bring them together again. Thank you and praise you. Amen
