Beloved of All
🙏 Prayer, 📖 Word, Fellowship, 📋 Organizational Abilities and Duties... Dear Lord Jesus in Heaven, please help me have quality time with You, The Word, Parents, Child, Wayward Wife, Children, Pastors, Evangelists, AND Help Me organize, meet pressing needs and enjoy Your Holy Spirit while getting things done. Help me get a plan, know where to start and sort into trash and large trash and recycling cans. Help me contact ministries that mail and get off their list, wash, vacuum, sort, shred, throw away and store, Ecclesiastes 7:18. Help me round up my books, protect them, 2 Tim 4:3. I admit I have "zero" aptitudes for this and "apart from You I can do nothing," John 15:5, for "Even in laughter the heart may be still grieving," Prov 14:13. I ask for Guidance and Wisdom on contacting the right people for different goals, aid visitation, grant quality time, financial wisdom, how to get a "Non-for-profit" setup -- and again, "if Your Presence does not go with me, kindly do not lead us up from here," Ex 33:15. Thank You in Jesus' Name, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We join with you in this honest and humble cry for help and we bring your burdens before the throne of grace together in Jesus' name. We hear your heart to put God first and then to faithfully steward the time and responsibilities He has entrusted to you with parents, children, your wife, pastors and evangelists, and we praise God for your desire to walk in His presence while you work.

You have rightly confessed your dependence on Christ when you quoted John 15:5 that apart from me you can do nothing. That is the foundation of wisdom. We also join you in praying Exodus 33:15 that if His presence does not go with us, we do not want to go up from there. Your desire for quality time in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship is pleasing to the Lord, for He tells us in Matthew 6:33 to seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. We encourage you to guard that first time with the Lord each day, even if it is brief and focused, trusting that He will redeem and order the rest of your hours as Psalm 90:12 teaches us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom and as Ephesians 5:15-16 urges us to walk circumspectly, redeeming the time.

We lift up your practical needs to the Lord who cares about order and diligence. God is not a God of confusion, but of peace, and 1 Corinthians 14:40 reminds us to let all things be done decently and in order. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, Colossians 3:23. We pray for clarity where you feel you have zero aptitude. God promises in James 1:5 that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We ask Him to give you a clear plan, to show you where to start, and to give you strength and discernment to sort, to wash, to vacuum, to shred, to throw away and to store, and to know what to keep and what to release. We pray for discipline to contact ministries and graciously be removed from mailing lists where needed, and for protection over your books as you mentioned in 2 Timothy 4:13 where Paul says bring the cloak and the books, especially the parchments. May the Lord help you round them up and preserve what is useful for His glory.

We also bring your family before the Lord. We pray especially for your wayward wife and for your marriage, which God ordained as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman. We pray that God would work in both of your hearts to bring healing, repentance where needed, forgiveness, and restoration. What therefore God has joined together, don't let man tear apart, Matthew 19:6. We pray that even through sorrow, of which Proverbs 14:13 says even in laughter the heart may be sorrowful, the Lord would comfort you and be near to you. We pray for quality, grace-filled time with your parents, your child and children, and for godly fellowship with pastors and evangelists, that each relationship would be strengthened and centered on Christ.

We pray for your larger callings as well, for wisdom in visitation, for financial wisdom and stewardship, and for guidance regarding a non-profit setup. We ask the Lord to connect you with the right people for each goal, persons of integrity and skill who fear the Lord. As Ecclesiastes 7:18 says he who fears God will come out of them all, and we claim 2 Corinthians 1:20 that however many are the promises of God, in him is the Yes.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we thank You for our brother's humble heart that acknowledges his need for You. We ask for Your Holy Spirit to fill him with peace while he works, not anxiety, and to grant him joy in Your presence as he labors. Grant him wisdom to prioritize, energy to do the next small thing faithfully, and help to not be overwhelmed by the whole. Guide his hands to sort into trash and recycling as stewardship of what You have given, grant him favor as he contacts others, provide godly counsel for finances and for establishing any ministry work with honesty and order, and above all let Your presence go with him. Restore and guard his marriage, draw his wife back to You and to covenant faithfulness, protect his children, honor his care for his parents, and bless his fellowship with shepherds and laborers in the gospel. Strengthen him with Philippians 4:13 that he can do all things through Christ who strengthens him, and let all he does bring glory to Jesus Christ our Lord, in whose name we pray, Amen.

We hear how full your plate feels right now, wanting to be faithful with time with the Lord, with your parents and children, with pastors and others, while also getting your home and responsibilities in order. Carrying that many good desires at once can feel overwhelming, especially when you feel you have no aptitude for organizing.

It helps to remember this is more like training than trying to fix everything in one push. Small, regular steps over time do more than a single exhausting effort. You are not meant to sort every pile, contact every ministry, and make every plan today. Becoming more steady in these areas happens as we keep showing up in little ways and let God shape us as we go.

One thing that may help is to make the work smaller and clearer. You mentioned trash, recycling, shredding, washing, and books. Try writing down just three categories: time with God and people, home sorting, and calls or paperwork. Then choose one small starting place for tomorrow, for example fifteen minutes with the Word before the day starts, one bag or shelf to sort, and one ministry to contact about mail. Finishing that is enough for the day, and you can build from there. If the nonprofit questions or financial decisions feel heavy, consider asking one trusted pastor or wise friend who has done this before to point you to the next right person.

Father, we bring this dear brother before You. You see his love for You and for his family and his desire to walk in Your presence. Grant him wisdom for each next step, peace as he does what he can, and grace for what must wait. Guide his time, his home, and his decisions, and let him know Your nearness as he trusts You. In Jesus' name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your honest confession that apart from Christ you can do nothing is the very place where true strength begins, and it is well that you have brought every burden before the Lord with His own Word upon your lips.

You desire quality time with God in prayer and in the Word, and this must be first. The steward has nothing of his own, for all is his Master's, and his first charge is to be faithful with what is committed to him. To defend and to treasure the truth of God's Word is good stewardship, and to trifle with it would mar all else. Therefore keep close to the Scriptures and to prayer, not as a task to be hurried through, but as the fountain from which order and wisdom flow. He that feareth God shall come forth of them all, as you have quoted, and that fear is nourished in secret communion with Him. Remember also your own word from Exodus, if Thy presence go not with us, carry us not up hence. It is wise to ask for no plan, no organization, no forward step without His presence, for to the eternal God time is nothing and He can redeem and establish the work of our hands when we wait upon Him.

In the duties of the home you have described so plainly, the washing, the vacuuming, the sorting and shredding, the care of books and papers, the trash and recycling, you are called to the faithful stewardship of little things. A steward is charged with the general care of the family, to look after the stores and to take care of all the household. To be faithful in these goods, to put each thing in its place, to protect what is useful and to put away what is not, is not trifling work. It is making full proof of the ministry God has given you in your own house. Seek counsel for practical order, write down what presses most, begin where necessity is greatest, and do all as unto the Lord who will come and require an account. He honors such quiet faithfulness, and He leaves room in His church for humble ministry, even the ministry of setting a house in order for His glory.

For your family you carry a heavy and tender burden, parents and child and children, and a wife who has turned aside. Know that marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, ordained of God, and the call upon you is to remain faithful within that covenant, to love and to pray and to seek peace where it may be found. The objective of true gospel ministry is reconciliation, and the reconciling work on God's part is already done in Christ, so that the white flag of mercy is still held out. Pray therefore not that God would bless waywardness, but that He would bring conviction and restoration, that He would guard your children and lead them in the way of life, and that He would help you to walk before your household as one led by the Spirit of God. For they that are the children of God are led by the Spirit, and family prayer and private prayer diligently maintained will do more for those you love than any plan alone.

You ask also for guidance in contacting the right people, pastors and evangelists, for aid in visitation, for financial wisdom and for the setting up of a nonprofit work. This also belongs to stewardship. Seek the counsel of godly pastors whose ministry has proved to be wheat and not chaff, whose word breaks the hard ground and builds up holiness. Ask them to help you discern who to contact for each good goal, and to weigh matters of money and organization with honesty and generosity. Do not despise the day of small beginnings, but do all with strict rectitude and self consecration, remembering that every gift is from your Master and is to be used for His honor.

You have quoted that even in laughter the heart may be grieving, and the Lord knows the sorrow that lies beneath your many tasks. Bring that grief to Jesus, who stooped to need the ministry of others and who still condescends to accept the service of His poorest people. He sees the desire for order when you feel you have no aptitude, and He is able to teach and to establish you.

We join our prayer with yours, that the Lord Jesus would grant you wisdom to know where to start, grace to be faithful in each duty, time well spent with Him and with those entrusted to you, and the abiding comfort of His Holy Spirit while you get things done. May every promise be yea and amen in Christ to you, and may His presence go with you in every step, for without it you rightly would not wish to move at all.

Your honest prayer shows a desire to put God first while carrying many real responsibilities, and that desire itself is pleasing to Him. You have named what weighs on you, time with the Lord in prayer and in the Word, time with parents, children, pastors and evangelists, the burden for your wife who has turned aside, and the many practical duties that feel overwhelming. You are right to confess that apart from Christ you can do nothing, as you quoted from John 15:5, and to ask that His presence go with you, as Moses prayed in Exodus 33:15. God does not despise that dependence. He hears it.

Scripture calls you to show the same diligence unto the end. That diligence is not a frantic striving, but a steady faithfulness in the small things God has entrusted to you. You have received a stewardship through the Lord, not from yourself, and you are called to take heed to it and fulfill it with care. Part of that stewardship is your place in His house, which is His people, your family and your church. To care for that house is to be faithful as a guardian who orders what is inside for the good of all.

For the practical needs you mentioned, it is wise to ask God for a plan and then to work the plan step by step. Begin with prayer and the Word each day, even a short, consistent time, before other duties press in. Then make a simple written list and divide it as you described, trash, large trash, recycling, shred, store, and keep. Do one area at a time, wash and vacuum one room, sort one pile of papers, gather and protect your books in one place. Contacting ministries to be removed from mailing lists is a good step toward simplicity, and it is right to do it with courtesy. For financial wisdom and for setting up a nonprofit, seek counsel from mature pastors and from wise, trustworthy people with experience in those matters, rather than trying to carry it alone. God often gives guidance through the fellowship of His people.

You quoted that even in laughter the heart may be grieving, from Proverbs 14:13. The Lord sees that hidden grief and He does not ask you to pretend. Bring that sorrow to Him plainly, and also share it with faithful pastors and brothers who can walk with you. For your wife, we will not ask God to bless waywardness, but we will pray that He draws her to Himself, grants her repentance and faith in Christ alone, and restores faithfulness within the lifelong covenant of marriage as He designed it for one man and one woman. For your children and parents, pray that your home would be ordered in love and truth, where time together is protected and where purity and commitment are honored.

May the Lord grant you wisdom to know where to start, strength to continue, and joy in the Holy Spirit as you work. Hold fast to Him as Ecclesiastes 7:18 exhorts, and remember that every promise of God finds its Yes in Christ, as you quoted from 2 Corinthians 1:20.

Let us pray. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, grant this brother Your presence to go with him. Teach him to abide in Christ and to walk in Your Word daily. Give him diligence to fulfill the stewardship You have given him in his family and in Your church. Grant him a clear plan, wisdom to contact the right people, help for visitation and fellowship, financial understanding, and order in his home and books and papers. Work in the heart of his wife and children, draw them to salvation through Jesus alone and to faithfulness, and guard this home in holiness. Comfort his grieving heart, and let him know Your peace as he trusts and obeys. Amen.
