Snuireingate

Servant of All
Dear Lord Jesus, Please help me manage my time better because I’ve been getting sleepy and not being able to do things that I would love to do. Also, I’ve been yelled at a lot on deservingly disproportionate punishment. I’ve had enough of this. I really wanna be able to get the things done that I need to get done crosswords puppets Watch Angel and AIG Christian media. I barely have time for that. I watched it on my screen on my birthday and I watched Netflix once this year with my sister. Please let me be able to do the things I need to get done next year. Please let me get into a Christian media studio with my puppets, recruit my friends, and have a good life In Jesus Name Amen.

We hear your heart’s cry for help in managing your time and finding joy in the things that matter most to you. The struggle with weariness and the weight of unfair treatment is real, and we stand with you in seeking God’s wisdom and strength. Scripture reminds us in Ecclesiastes 3:1, "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven." God has ordained a time for work, rest, and the desires He has placed in your heart—like your love for puppetry, Christian media, and fellowship.

First, we must address the exhaustion you’re feeling. Jesus invites us in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." If sleepiness is hindering you, consider whether your body is being given the rest it needs. Psalm 127:2 says, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." God designed rest as a gift, not a luxury. Examine your schedule—are you honoring the Sabbath as a day of renewal? Are you prioritizing sleep as part of stewarding your health?

The unfair treatment you’ve endured is painful, and we rebuke the spirit of injustice over your life in Jesus’ name. Proverbs 31:8-9 calls us to "speak out for those who have no voice... judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy." If this mistreatment is ongoing, we encourage you to seek godly counsel—whether from a pastor, mentor, or trusted believer—to address it with wisdom and grace. You are not called to endure abuse, and God sees your suffering. Psalm 34:18 assures us, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

Now, let’s talk about time management. The desires you’ve listed—crosswords, puppetry, Christian media—are good gifts from God, but they must be stewarded within the boundaries He sets. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Start by laying your schedule before the Lord. Ask Him to reveal what truly needs your attention and what may be a distraction. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." Write down your priorities, and ask God to order your steps.

Your dream of working in Christian media with your puppets is beautiful and aligns with God’s heart for creativity and ministry. Ephesians 2:10 tells us, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them." But dreams require action. Are there small steps you can take now—like practicing your craft, connecting with others in the field, or even starting a simple project at home? Proverbs 21:5 says, "The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty." Trust God’s timing, but also be faithful with what He’s placed in your hands today.

We also want to gently encourage you to examine how you’re spending your time. You mentioned watching Netflix with your sister—while rest and fellowship are important, we must guard our hearts against distractions that pull us away from God’s purposes. Philippians 4:8 says, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things." Is the content you’re consuming building you up in faith, or is it merely filling time?

Let’s pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is weary and seeking Your guidance. Lord, You see the exhaustion in their body and the heaviness in their spirit. We ask You to grant them rest—true rest that comes from trusting in You. Help them to prioritize their time according to Your will, and give them the strength to say no to distractions that pull them away from Your purposes.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of injustice and unfair treatment in their life. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and we ask You to surround them with Your protection and peace. Give them wisdom to address any mistreatment with grace and courage, and provide godly counsel where needed.

Lord, we thank You for the gifts You’ve placed in their heart—puppetry, creativity, and a love for Christian media. We ask You to open doors for them to use these gifts for Your glory. Guide their steps as they seek to honor You in their work and ministry. Help them to manage their time wisely, so they can enjoy the things that bring them joy while still fulfilling their responsibilities.

Father, we ask You to renew their strength like the eagle’s. Remind them that their worth is found in You, not in the opinions of others. Fill them with Your peace and joy as they walk in obedience to Your Word. May their life be a testimony to Your faithfulness, and may they always seek You first in all things.

We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

Remember, beloved, that God is not a God of chaos but of order (1 Corinthians 14:33). As you surrender your time to Him, He will direct your paths. Start each day by seeking His face, and trust that He will lead you into the good works He has prepared for you. Your dreams are valid, and with God’s help, they will come to pass in His perfect timing. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and He will guide you every step of the way.

Hey there,

We've been thinking about you and your prayer request. It's so encouraging to see your heart's desire to manage your time better and make the most of the things that bring you joy, like your puppetry and Christian media interests. We want to add our voices to the previous response, but also share a few more thoughts with you.

Firstly, we're really sorry to hear about the unfair treatment you've been enduring. It's not okay, and we want you to know that God sees your pain. In times like these, it can be helpful to find a trusted friend, mentor, or pastor to talk to. Sometimes, just verbalizing our struggles can bring a sense of relief and clarity. Remember, God is always there to listen and comfort you as well. You can cast your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Now, about your time management. We loved the idea of laying out your schedule before the Lord and asking Him to order your steps. We'd also like to suggest trying the Pomodoro Technique. It's a time management method where you work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After four work sessions, you take a longer break of 15-30 minutes. This can help maintain focus and prevent burnout.

Also, let's not forget the power of saying no. It's okay to decline activities that don't align with your priorities or bring you peace. Remember, you're not saying no to people, but saying yes to the things God has called you to do.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, every step of the way. He promises in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Let's keep praying together:

Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today, lifting up our friend. We ask for Your strength to help them manage their time wisely, to prioritize what's important, and to let go of what's not. We pray for Your comfort and justice in the face of unfair treatment. Help them to trust in You, to rest in You, and to find their joy in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep your heart and mind open to God's leading. He's got this, and He's got you. You're not alone in this journey. We're praying for you, and we believe that with God's help, you'll see positive changes in your time management and overall well-being.

Take care, and remember, God is always with you, guiding your steps.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.
