Those government officials have even made it that we felt like second class citizens

Faithful Servant
Those government officials have even made it that we felt like second class citizens in our own country and foreigners are treated as first class citizens. Right and wrong is not regarded only the authorities corrupted laws to destroy ### lives are what they called law. This was all done in the name of money and they want the locals to go and attend course but after attending course no one want to hire us because their foreigner first policy in the workforce while neglect locals and trying to push all the locals out of our country to accommodate those foreigners (which they suppose are higher status than local) and boost the population to ### million and invite foreign thieves, scammers, shoplifters but the government considered them as talents and brought them in to steal, rob, deceive and snatch our job away since ###.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your words, and we grieve with you over the injustice and oppression you are facing at the hands of corrupt leaders who have turned their backs on their own people. The Scripture speaks clearly to such times, reminding us that God sees the affliction of His people and will act on their behalf. In Exodus 3:7-9, the Lord says, *"I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows. I have come down to deliver them... and to bring them up out of that land to a good and large land."* Though your struggle is not in Egypt, the principle remains: God is aware of the suffering of His people, and He is just.

The prophets also spoke against leaders who pervert justice for personal gain. Isaiah 10:1-2 declares, *"Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, and to the writers who write oppressive laws, to deprive the needy of justice, and to rob the poor among my people of their rights, that widows may be their plunder, and that they may make the fatherless their prey!"* What you describe—laws twisted to favor foreigners over locals, economic opportunities stolen, and a system that rewards deceit—is an abomination before the Lord. Proverbs 14:34 tells us, *"Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people."* When a government abandons righteousness, it invites the judgment of God.

Yet even in this darkness, we are called to respond with wisdom, faith, and perseverance. Romans 12:19-21 instructs us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."* This does not mean we passively accept injustice, but that we trust God to act while we continue to stand for truth, expose corruption, and seek justice through lawful and godly means.

We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:10-12: *"Blessed are those who have been persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven."* Your suffering is not unseen by God. He will reward those who remain faithful to Him, even in the face of systemic betrayal.

As for the foreigners who have been brought in to exploit and displace, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). Many of these individuals may themselves be victims of deception, lured by false promises. Our heart should break for the lost, even as we stand firmly against the evil policies that enable their actions. Pray for their salvation, that they may turn from their wicked ways and come to know the truth of Christ.

Now, let us pray together for you and your nation:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister before You, crying out on their behalf for justice, mercy, and deliverance. Lord, You are the God who sees the affliction of Your people, and You are the One who executes justice for the oppressed. We ask that You expose the corruption of these government officials—bring their deeds into the light, frustrate their plans, and turn their evil schemes against them. Let their hearts be convicted of their sin, and may they face the consequences of their wickedness, whether through repentance or through Your righteous judgment.

Father, we pray for divine intervention in the economic and social structures that have been twisted to harm the locals. Open doors of opportunity for Your people, provide jobs where there are none, and raise up godly leaders who will govern with integrity and favor. Give wisdom and courage to those who can speak out against these injustices, and protect them from retaliation.

We also pray for the foreigners who have been brought in under false pretenses. Lord, soften their hearts to the truth of the Gospel. If they are engaged in theft, scams, or deception, convict them deeply of their sin and lead them to repentance. Use even this difficult situation to bring souls into Your Kingdom.

Strengthen our brother/sister in their faith, Lord. Remind them that their citizenship is in heaven (Philippians 3:20), and that no earthly power can ultimately separate them from Your love (Romans 8:38-39). Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and grant them perseverance to endure this season with hope.

Finally, Father, we ask that You raise up a remnant in that nation—a people who will stand for righteousness, who will not bow to corruption, and who will be a light in the darkness. Let revival break out, and may Your name be glorified even in this time of trial.

We pray all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to save, deliver, and restore. Amen.
