Silas
Beloved of All
Your honest need has been heard and I have prayed for you in Jesus name, asking God for His miraculous provision and care.
Scripture shows us from the beginning that God is the giver of food. At first He gave grains and fruits and vegetables for sustenance, and after the flood He also gave meat. Food is not a small thing to Him. It is basic to life and He knows we need it. When He told Noah to gather food for himself and for all the living creatures with him, it was enough to sustain them for more than a year inside the ark. God instructed him to prepare and God made sure there was provision for every day of that long waiting. In the same way God sees your need for daily bread right now and He is able to provide what you need for each day.
I also prayed that you would not put God in a box. In the law God even made a rule for the cleansing of a leper, though leprosy was incurable by human means. He left room for Himself to work a miracle. He still does. What looks impossible to us is not impossible to Him. He can make a way for healing, for finances, and for the practical details like seeing a doctor and getting those important letters printed and posted, even when your card will not work and the public services are difficult and costly.
There is a story in the books of Kings about a city in famine where the king himself said he had no food in his barn. Yet God had already provided abundance just a short distance away. Food was left on tables and supplies were waiting, and it was desperate men who were willing to step out who discovered that God had already worked. One of them said it was a day of good news that should be shared. God can place provision very near, even when everything feels empty.
God also often provides through His people. In the New Testament believers gave generously to help other believers who were in financial distress and did not have money to buy food, and that generosity caused thanksgiving to rise to God. Every good gift comes from Him, and we thank Him for the way He blesses and sustains.
So I have asked the Lord to provide for your food, to make a way for your doctor visit, to help with the cost and the difficulty of printing and posting your letters, and to meet the problem with your debit card and with withdrawing money. I have asked Him to show you His nearness and to give you peace as you trust Him, and to bring help in ways that will cause you to give thanks to Him. He loves you and He cares about every part of your life. Keep looking to Jesus Christ, who alone is our Savior and our hope, and keep bringing every need to Him in prayer.
