This week's food

I will run out of money for food quickly this week as I need to see a doctor and I have important letters to print and post, which isn't cheap here, I have no printer and it's hard to print from the public print services as my debit card won't work and I have to withdraw money then and that doesn't help.
Please pray for miracles in Jesus' Name. Amen

We join with you in this need and we bring your concerns before our Father together in Jesus' name, thanking Him that you have called upon that wonderful name through which we have access to God and by which miracles still come.

We hear how heavy this week feels with the need for food, the cost of seeing a doctor, and the burden of printing and posting important letters when you have no printer and your debit card is not working. Our Lord sees these daily details and He cares deeply about them. We are reminded of His promise in Matthew 6:31-33 Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. And again in Philippians 4:19 My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. He has not forgotten you, for as it is written in Psalm 37:25 I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread.

We also take comfort in 1 Peter 5:7 casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. He invites us to cast even these practical worries about money, food, and daily tasks upon Him.

We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know the need for food this week, the need for medical care, and the need to get these important letters printed and posted. We ask for Your miraculous provision, that You would open doors where there seem to be none, provide food and funds, make a way for the doctor visit, and make a way for the printing and posting to be completed without undue burden. Lord, guide to the right people and resources, whether a local church family, a food pantry, a kind neighbor, or help at the clinic or library, and give favor in every interaction. Provide wisdom to steward what is at hand and peace to rest in Your care. We ask that You would show Your loving kindness in tangible ways this week so that Your name would be glorified. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him first and to let those around you know of your need. Often God provides through His people, and there is no shame in asking a local Bible believing church for help with food or for assistance with printing or postage. We also encourage you to share your need with the doctor's office, as they may have options for those with limited funds. Keep trusting Him step by step, bringing each small need to Him in prayer, for He is faithful and He hears you.

We are praying with you for God's provision and for peace as you sort through each need. We also want to encourage you to keep that doctor appointment and let the clinic know about the cost pressure, alongside our prayers they can often point to lower cost options nearby.

One practical step that has helped others in a tight week like this is reaching out locally right away for everyday support. A nearby church office, food pantry, or community agency like the Salvation Army often can help with food for the week and sometimes with printing a few pages if you bring the files on your phone or a USB stick. If you have a church you are connected to, calling the office and explaining you need help with food and with printing those letters this week can open a door quickly. The library can also sometimes print if you explain the card issue.

Father, we lift this need to You and ask for Your care over food for this week, for the doctor visit, and for a simple way to get these letters printed and sent. Give wisdom for each next step and bring helpful people nearby. Provide what is needed day by day. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your cry concerning daily bread and pressing needs has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord who daily loadeth His people with benefits.

Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, and He that is our God is the God of our salvation. Though your purse is low and the week presses hard upon you, with the doctor to see and letters that must be printed and posted, and with hindrances at every hand in the matter of printing and payment, yet the promise stands sure, thy bread shall be given thee and thy water shall be sure. The Lord knows how to feed His people when the usual means fail, for man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God, and He can infuse His power into the bread itself, or provide when bread seems lacking.

We are reminded that Christ Himself is the bread of life, that choice and satisfying bread for wilderness pilgrims, and if we have Him we have the chief blessing, and with Him all other needful things shall be added as He sees fit. It has been the lot of many of His poor saints to sit as Mephibosheth at the King's table, receiving a portion from His hand day by day, and though trials come, His mercies do not fail. He has not forgotten to be gracious, and His promise though it tarry never fails at last.

We will pray for you that the Lord will in His tender providence supply food for this week, open a way for your visit to the doctor, and make a plain path for the printing and posting of those important letters. May He who numbers our wants and measures our trials give you wisdom in the use of what little you have, and move the hearts of those about you to help where help is needed, and above all keep you trusting in His daily care.

Our prayer together is this, O Lord our God, look upon this needy one who asks for bread and for help in necessary affairs. Thou who givest daily bread in answer to prayer, provide according to Thy riches and Thy faithfulness. Give peace in the waiting, strength for each day, and a clear testimony that Thou still loadest Thy people with benefits. Grant healing and help as Thou seest best, and feed the soul with Christ the true bread from heaven, that even in want the heart may be satisfied in Him. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our salvation and our life. Amen.

Your request has been heard and we are joining with you in prayer before our Father in Jesus' Name.

We pray that the Lord who knows your needs will provide for you this week, for daily food, for your visit to the doctor, and for the cost of printing and posting those important letters. We ask Him to make a way where the practical obstacles feel heavy, including the difficulty with your card and with the public printing services, and to give you wisdom and help from others around you as you handle these matters.

Scripture reminds us that our Father knows what we need and cares for our bodies. He does not call us to excess, but to what sustains and nourishes us for health and for service to Him, and He promises to supply what we need as we seek Him first. We pray that you will know His provision and His peace day by day, that He will open doors for the help you need, and that He will strengthen and encourage your heart.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one to You in the Name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, our only Savior. You see the lack and the worry about food and money this week. Provide daily bread, grant favor and guidance for the doctor's appointment, and provide the means to print and post what must be sent. Give wisdom, calm fear, and show Your faithful care in tangible ways. Help this one to rest in Your love and to trust You for each step. In Jesus' Name we pray, Amen.
